We stayed for one night in a pleasant way. Great location and owner always available. Clean and welcoming, in my opinion very nice rooms. Breakfast is nothing special but it's not very relevant.

Rooms: Very superficial. Water stands in the sink, heating off in the morning, only one bidet towel, toilet paper one sheet. Activities nearby: None. Eating and drinking: For breakfast you have to wait until 8:00. It's impossible to make coffee at different times. Important details: The welcome leaves much to be desired, entrusted to the same guests who, by the way, do not speak Italian.

I only used the room daily for a day hospital near my father. Upon arrival, the room was without sheets, but I said it didn’t matter. However, upon our departure, perhaps the cleaning lady could have emptied at least the bins of cotton swabs and paper from the previous guest. The owner was kind and helpful, and the place is nice and close to everything.

Thanks to Emanuele for the courtesy and availability of the bicycles. They are very comfortable for reaching the sea in five minutes. It can be reached on foot in twenty minutes.

My family experience was extremely positive and I must emphasize from the start that the value for money is undoubtedly one of its strong points. The property is new and everything is clean and tidy. The owner is very helpful. The breakfast was good, with a choice of sweet products, both fresh and packaged, essential but very satisfying. The breakfast area was always well maintained and welcoming. Returning to the strength I mentioned initially, I must say that the value for money was truly exceptional. The property offers all the amenities and comforts I expected. All this, at a fair and affordable price. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at B&B Le Palme and I recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, economical stay with great attention to guest needs. My final rating for this B&B is definitely excellent.

The structure, very welcoming and clean, is located in a quiet place that allowed us to recharge our energies to continue a long journey. The manager, Mr. Emanuele, very kind and helpful. The breakfast abundant, not the usual ones found in B&Bs but with hot baked products. I recommend it both for a one-night stop and for a longer period to those who want to enjoy a bit of the sea.

I stayed for only one night, but I had a good time. The place is very peaceful and easy to reach from the highway, a bit far (but not too much) from the center. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, the manager is really helpful and courteous.

We stayed at this B&B Le Palme on the occasion of the April 25th holiday. The structure is comfortable (each room has its own bathroom and ours seemed also recently renovated), very clean and with the possibility of parking comfortably outside (at least during the period we were there). The managers were very, very kind and extremely helpful. Only weak point: the location is definitely not outstanding, but it also justifies the affordable price. In conclusion, a structure that we definitely feel like recommending.

Rooms are a bit small and furnished in a spartan way but very clean. There is a ceiling fan. It is located near the stadium but it is very quiet. 5 minutes walk from the market and 10 from the sea. It also has a small box if needed. Availability of a large fridge in the common area. Very helpful manager. Unfortunately, we did not try the breakfast as we left very early (I gave a rating of 6 because the system forces me to vote).

We stayed for the second time at B&B Le Palme, which confirmed the positive impressions of the first visit. The owner is helpful, punctual, and courteous, while the property is located in a very well-served area (bars, tobacco shops, pharmacies, supermarkets) and a short distance from the sea (a few minutes on foot or by bike). The room was extremely clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good with mainly packaged products of good quality. Being a local, I can say that the value for money is one of the best, highly recommended!

Simple structure on the outside, welcoming and well-kept on the inside, has a small outdoor garden where there were customers doing yoga. Excellent breakfast with fresh croissants and cappuccino, coffee, fruit juices, and other high-quality items! The manager, helpful and patient, also adapts breakfast to the needs of foreigners. All quiet, great location for the sea. B&B Le Palme is located in Grottammare alta to visit, beautiful as well as neighboring places (San Benedetto del Tronto, Cupra Marittima). Adequate host, knowledgeable about the information and always available, according to him 23 hours out of 24.

I have been visiting Grottammare for several years, but I did not know about B&B Le Palme. It was a surprise. Located in front of the Grottammare stadium, a well-lit and quiet area at night; about 10 minutes walk from the beach. We were welcomed by the owner, a young, kind and very helpful guy, the room was spacious and clean with a TV, the bathroom was outside the room, but also clean. The premises are covered by a powerful and functioning WI-FI network. Excellent breakfast with croissants, toast, fruit juices, etc. I recommend it.

The structure is well maintained and the manager is very helpful in case of customer requests. The location is quite good, it only takes 10 minutes on foot calmly and you get to the beach. For us it was positive to have the possibility to move around by bike.
