I particularly enjoyed the welcome, the owner is very friendly and attentive in case of need. The cleanliness of the B&B is impeccable. I highly recommend La Perla del Conero, in any case I will not hesitate to contact them again if I return to the region.

The owner is very kind and helpful with every request for information. Mr. Marco drove us to the bus stop both to and from. It is a 10-minute walk from the sea, there is a bit of an uphill return, but for those who don't even want to take a small walk, there is a free bus stop very close.

The structure is well positioned and offers excellent value for money. I stayed last week with my daughter and we greatly appreciated, besides the cleanliness, the possibility of using the breakfast room also for quick lunches and dinners. Marco was very kind and extremely helpful and his mother was very friendly. The breakfast was always abundant, but if I can give a suggestion, I would always include a savory breakfast as well so that we could choose there too.

We stayed at this B&B for a week from July 7th to 14th and we were very satisfied, from the panoramic location to the nice and very clean rooms, abundant and varied breakfast. The managers, Marco and his mom, are exquisite people and always available. We definitely recommend it.

The structure is really lovely, the rooms are cozy, spacious, and very clean, it feels like being at home, the welcome and availability of Marco are superb and his mother very kind. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this property in August and I must say that everything was great: the cleanliness, the welcome from the owner of the property, the advice on the beaches and places to visit. Another positive note is the room cleanliness. The only flaw (if we want to call it that) is the breakfast, I would have appreciated something savory in addition to croissants and pastries (toast, etc...) but overall I would say EXCELLENT PROPERTY. I forgot... the property is located a 7/8 minute walk from the sea in a rather quiet area of Marcelli.

They couldn't have found better. The owner, Mr. Marco, is endowed with an uncommon kindness and professionalism. His structure is clean, tidy, and well-organized. Our room, although small, had everything we needed. The location is optimal, less than 10 minutes walk from the free beach and with the bus stop one minute away from the structure. The owner, always available with tips and advice to visit the area, offers a tailor-made breakfast. We feel that the intimate and discreet atmosphere of the structure has fully contributed to making our holiday a pleasure.

We decided to spend our holidays this year on the Riviera del Conero and chose La Perla del Conero as our accommodation. It was a very successful choice, we had a great time. Marco is always ready to help and advise you. He suggested restaurants to dine in and places to visit. Clean and essential room. The external garden is very cute, well-kept and full of flowers. There are also some clotheslines, always very useful for those on vacation. The structure is not far from the sea, but just enough to be away from the noises and traffic of Marcelli center. Definitely next time if we find ourselves in the area.

I stayed at the Bed and Breakfast La Perla del Conero for a long weekend in June. The welcome was fantastic, the Amethyst room with independent entrance was clean and spacious with all the comforts we needed. The owner Marco is very helpful in suggesting itineraries and/or agreements in the area and in any case listening to every need. Good breakfast, with fresh brioches requested ad hoc, a place that I absolutely recommend.

I am on vacation with my daughter in this beautiful B&B, meticulously cared for. Marco, the manager, is kind and helpful. He prepared the tourist plan for the entire week for us as we do not have a car and need to move around by bus. Mrs. Rita is very kind and prepares delicious sweets. The view from the B&B is spectacular. The sea with many shades of blue never seen before. A stunning place. We hope to be able to come back next year.

To recommend. Welcoming, courtesy, and friendliness of the hosts. Excellent breakfasts and fruit that tastes like real fruit available. Quiet area and served by a free bus. Just as seen in the photos, also in terms of cleanliness. For any information, total availability of the hosts, a few tips never hurt.

Managed by wonderful, helpful, and friendly people. Everything is very beautiful and valid, from the location to the carefully curated furnishings to the quality of the breakfast. There is the possibility of having drying racks to dry things, reserved parking, and use of the kitchen at any time. Beautiful view of the mountain and its hat. Highly recommended.

My husband and I really found a "gem" of a B&B. Very beautiful rooms, excellent breakfasts, and managers who are always very available, friendly, and discreet at the same time. The structure, very well cared for, enjoys an excellent location: a quiet hilly area, but close enough to the sea to reach with a pleasant walk. A "treat" is the tray of fresh fruit that the manager provides to guests upon their afternoon return.
