J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'accueil, le propriétaire est très sympathique et à l'écoute en cas de besoin. La propreté du B&B est impeccable. Je recommande vivement La Perla del Conero, en tout cas je n'hésiterai pas à les recontacter si je retourne dans la région.

The structure is really lovely, the rooms are cozy, spacious, and very clean, it feels like being at home, the welcome and availability of Marco are superb and his mother very kind. We really enjoyed our stay.

Really nice structure, panoramic location and quiet area, new and very well maintained. Excellent cleanliness, the manager is really very kind and very helpful. Brand new rooms, not very large but equipped with every comfort. We will definitely come back. See you soon.

We stayed at this property in August and I must say that everything was great: the cleanliness, the welcome from the owner of the property, the advice on the beaches and places to visit. Another positive note is the room cleanliness. The only flaw (if we want to call it that) is the breakfast, I would have appreciated something savory in addition to croissants and pastries (toast, etc...) but overall I would say EXCELLENT PROPERTY. I forgot... the property is located a 7/8 minute walk from the sea in a rather quiet area of Marcelli.

They couldn't have found better. The owner, Mr. Marco, is endowed with an uncommon kindness and professionalism. His structure is clean, tidy, and well-organized. Our room, although small, had everything we needed. The location is optimal, less than 10 minutes walk from the free beach and with the bus stop one minute away from the structure. The owner, always available with tips and advice to visit the area, offers a tailor-made breakfast. We feel that the intimate and discreet atmosphere of the structure has fully contributed to making our holiday a pleasure.

We decided to spend our holidays this year on the Riviera del Conero and chose La Perla del Conero as our accommodation. It was a very successful choice, we had a great time. Marco is always ready to help and advise you. He suggested restaurants to dine in and places to visit. Clean and essential room. The external garden is very cute, well-kept and full of flowers. There are also some clotheslines, always very useful for those on vacation. The structure is not far from the sea, but just enough to be away from the noises and traffic of Marcelli center. Definitely next time if we find ourselves in the area.

Structure not far from the sea, nice quiet and welcoming place. Abundant breakfast with a variety of choices. Marco the owner welcomed us and made us feel at home. I recommend it.

Very clean and peaceful environment. The managers are very attentive to covid safety, and we really appreciated that; they are also very kind, very courteous and caring. It was like being with family: pampered. A truly enjoyable stay.

Sono stata al Bed and breakfast La Perla del Conero per un week end lungo di giugno. L'accoglienza è stata fantastica, la camera Ametista con ingresso indipendente era pulita e spaziosa con tutti i confort di cui avessimo bisogno. Il proprietario Marco è molto disponibile a proporre itinerari e/o convenzioni nella zona e comunque ad ascoltare ogni esigenza. Colazione buona, con brioche fresche richieste ad hoc. un luogo che assolutamente consiglio.

Sono in vacanza con mia figlia in questo B&B bellissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli. Marco il gestore è gentile e disponibile. Ha preparato per noi il piano turistico di tutta la settimana non avendo noi la macchina e dovendoci spostare coi bus. La signora Rita è gentilissima e prepara dei dolci buonissimi. Il paesaggio che si vede all'affaccio dal B&B è spettacolare. Il mare di tante gradazioni di azzurro mai viste prima. Un posto stupendo. Ci auguriamo di potervi tornare l'anno prossimo.

Da consigliare. Accoglienza, cortesia e simpatia dei gestori. Ottime colazioni e frutta che sa di frutta a disposizione. Zona tranquilla e servita da bus gratuito. Così come si vede in foto anche nella pulizia. Per qualsiasi informazione disponibilità totale dei gestori, qualche dritta no guasta mai.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura nel fine settimana di Pasqua e la soddisfazione è tanta. Ottimo B&B accogliente e soprattutto pulito. La prima colazione è abbondantissima. Il proprietario, Marco, ama veramente gli animali. È cordiale e disponibile. Alla struttura do 5 stelle, al proprietario ne avrei date di più..peccato che non ce ne siano altre. La consigliamo al 100% Eleonora e Antonio.

B&B che consiglio vivamente. La struttura è accogliente e pulita, si trova in posizione residenziale tranquilla. Azzeccata la possibilità di usufruire della cucina e del frigo. Il proprietario si è dimostrato davvero gentile e disponibile, fornendoci tante informazioni utili. Struttura convenzionata con ristoranti e stabilimenti balneari.

Il proprietario è molto gentile e fa tutto il possibile per aiutare gli ospiti, una vera guida turistica! La struttura è nuova, pulita e in posizione tranquilla ma non lontana dalle principali attrazioni della zona. La colazione è ottima e abbondante, lo raccomando!

Il B&B si trova in posizione tranquilla e si gode di una bella veduta del monte Conero, le stanze sono larghe e ben rifinite e di recente ristrutturazione. Ottima la colazione con prodotti preparati dalla proprietaria, accoglienti ed ospitali i proprietari Marco e sua madre. Lo consiglio per chi vuole visitare la zona del conero Massimiliano.

Gestito da persone squisite, disponibili e cordiali. Tutto molto bello e valido, dalla posizione, all'arredamento curatissimo, alla qualità della colazione. Possibilità di avere degli stendini per far asciugare le cose, parcheggio riservato, uso della cucina a qualsiasi ora. Bellissima vista sul monte ed il suo cappello. Consigliatissimo.

Mio marito ed io abbiamo trovato veramente una "perla" di B&B. Camere molto belle, colazioni ottime e gestori sempre molto disponibili, cordiali e discreti allo stesso tempo. La struttura, molto curata, gode di un'ottima posizione: tranquilla zona collinare, ma abbastanza vicina al mare da poter raggiungere con una piacevole passeggiata. Una "chicca" il vassoio di frutta fresca che il gestore fa trovare al rientro pomeridiano dei propri ospiti.
