Brand new and very nice building, equipped with an elevator, spacious double room with private bathroom, you are completely independent and can enter and exit whenever you want at any time. The b&b La Marina is very close to the center, 3 minutes on foot and 15 minutes on foot from the beaches. The center offers everything, from shops to bars, restaurants, etc. The owner is kind, precise, and available, the check-in was very quick! Overall everything is fine! Negative notes: unfortunately, the soundproofing of the internal doors in the structure and attention to detail (perhaps finding a bottle of water) which is always appreciated in my opinion after a person has traveled for X hours. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't judge on that.

Some downsides are related to the breakfast with snacks from the supermarket and the lack of a balcony; for the rest, the place is super new, clean, with super functional shutters, mosquito nets, and air conditioning... so very comfortable. The gentleman who welcomed us was really kind.

Modern and very beautiful structure in the city center, close to shops, restaurants and promenade, a bit further away is the beach which requires a walk that is still pleasant. Impeccable cleanliness and courtesy of the staff. Pleasant breakfast, it would be perfect with the addition of savory foods for those who prefer an alternative to biscuits, croissants etc.

Nice clean and welcoming structure. I missed fresh fruit and fresh brioche for breakfast, but nice room. A downside was that there was no shampoo and shower gel in the shower and this caught us unprepared but patience. Overall I absolutely recommend it.

The structure is new with two rooms and bathrooms per floor, clean and welcoming. The only downside is the poor soundproofing with adjacent rooms. It practically feels like staying in a single room, so evident are the voices, sounds, and noises from the adjacent rooms.

Very nice, new and well-finished structure. Spacious and clean room and bathroom. Very kind managers, they allowed us to check in before lunch even though it was scheduled for early afternoon. Central location 15 minutes from the sea. The only suggestion I can give is to add a chair (there was only one) or a bench to rest the suitcase. Overall, the structure is definitely recommended.

The B&B La Marina is very new and well-maintained, with luxurious furnishings considering the very affordable price, even though the stay took place at the end of April. Small downside, the shower mat and the shower gel were missing, but these are minor details. Breakfast could be improved, maybe with some fresh products (cakes) instead of packaged ones.

Extremely quiet and comfortable location, very convenient for the center of San Benedetto, perfect for a short bike ride to reach the beaches that stretch for kilometers to the south. The B&B is brand new, with excellent finishes inside and outside the rooms, and impeccable service, including the manager's maximum availability in case of need. Since no one is perfect (and only in that spirit since we had an absolutely excellent experience), perhaps the breakfast service could be a bit more 'rich': however, everything is top notch.

I stayed at this Bed and Breakfast for only one night but it was enough to get a positive impression. Already at the entrance you notice the accuracy and cleanliness found immediately also in the room. Very spacious room with an equally comfortable bathroom and a useful balcony for us 'smokers'. Everything is new and very well maintained, excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
