My friends and I stayed for only one night, but in that short time spent at the B&B, we felt great! The owners were super kind and helpful. New and very clean rooms. Breakfasts with homemade cakes that stay in the heart. Additionally, an optimal location easy to reach in the midst of greenery with a view of the Gradara Castle.

Pleasant discovery! Hospitality and kindness from the hosts, just a few minutes from the center by car. Infinite thanks to Mr. Guerrino and his wife for the familiar ways in which we were welcomed and the exceptional breakfast rich in homemade sweets! If I had to stop by that area I would repeat the experience without a doubt.

Friendliness, competence, passion, quality that are all visible and make you feel good. Extremely clean room and bathroom, attention to details, super breakfast. We stayed from April 24th to 26th, 2024, we were welcomed with kindness, they made sure to heat the room, which was appreciated given the temperatures, they gave us indications on places to visit, routes, restaurants, and the excellent and abundant breakfast was a nice moment of conviviality with the owners and other guests. Structure and rooms very well cared for, very clean and with all the comforts. One kilometer from the Gradara castle and close to the sea of Gabicce (3 km). The exquisite owners made us feel at home, generous with suggestions and advice for everything. Highly recommended. Very good value for money.

Renovated apartment in the premises and well cared for in every detail, clean and welcoming with a view of the Gradara castle. Spacious room and bathroom. Guerrino and his wife welcomed us and pampered us during our stay, taking care of making us feel good, they advised us on places to visit and on the places to eat. In the morning they made us a rich breakfast with homemade jams and cakes.

I stayed only 2 nights... too bad... it's really nice, it feels like being at home. Large and very clean rooms as well as the entire structure, breakfast made by the exceptional hostess. The location from which you dominate the plain and you can see the Gradara castle very well, especially at night when it is illuminated, is a fantastic sight. I will definitely come back.

Despite our very short stay in this establishment, we were able to appreciate the professionalism and kindness of the managers who anticipated our every need, making the stay truly enjoyable. A special appreciation for the cleanliness and attention to detail, from the impeccable linens in the rooms to the presence of seasonal fruit in the rich breakfast buffet. Finally, the establishment passed with flying colors the relentless "exam" of our daughters, a truly remarkable result!

The hosts proved to be really kind and helpful. They provided us with advice on places to visit in the surroundings. Essential but very clean and detailed structure. Highlight: the veranda where breakfast is served. The structure has a great location: very close to the Gradara Castle, it is also not far from the sea and other points of interest in the area.

Cleanliness and kindness are the two main pillars of this B&B located less than 5 minutes from the beautiful Gradara center. The rooms are simple with new fixtures, flooring, and most of the bathroom, and greenery surrounds the structure. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful, including several homemade cakes. The hosts are two exquisite people who knew exactly what to do and where to eat during our stay. The price turned out to be absolutely in line with the characteristics of the structure, our expectations, and our needs. I recommend it to those who, family or couple, want a base to rely on to visit the area, which is also very nice.

I had a great time, the managers were really helpful and very kind. The B&B La Magnolia is located near the beautiful village of Gradara, away from the chaos of the coast but with the sea reachable in a few minutes. I was there for an equestrian competition at the Horses Riviera Resort in San Giovanni in Marignano, which can be reached in a few minutes from there. Truly convenient from all points of view. The rooms are cozy, very clean, and fresh. Breakfast includes two delicious homemade cakes and much more. I will definitely go back!

We stayed for 3 nights, 2 families with children around New Year's Eve. We had a great time. The structure is new, welcoming, and clean. Spacious rooms equipped with TV and bunk bed with a comfortable bathroom inside. Despite the intense cold, it was well heated day and night. Large breakfast and living room area, with kitchen, fridge, TV, sofa. Excellent sweet and savory breakfast, fabulous homemade jams and cakes. Excellent price/quality ratio. The B&B La Magnolia is not too far from Gradara, with its magnificent Castle. Guerrino and Rosy, two exceptional people who know how to make you feel comfortable with advice on visits in the surroundings and good restaurants. Great property about 2 km from Gradara. The place is stunning and quiet, the managers are a fantastic couple of retirees very helpful with whom we exchanged 4 pleasant chats. They let me park the motorcycle in their garage giving me the remote control. The structure has an outdoor parking. The room cleanliness is excellent, the bed is very comfortable, and WiFi is available. In the morning, breakfast is served with homemade cakes. We had a great time, I highly recommend it even to families!

Family stay with two small children. Only one night, a stopover on the way back to Verona from Puglia. Availability and lots of useful information to visit Gradara and the sea of Cattolica. Large, clean room. Rich and varied breakfast (also with homemade products and fresh fruit) served on the terrace. The location on the hill below Gradara is excellent, with a view of the fortress and the sea. The two hosts, two grandparents, loving with the children and passionate about managing their business. We have just stayed one night at B&B La Magnolia and I must say that the place is stunning, the rooms are beautiful, comfortable, super clean, and very cozy. There is nothing missing of everything one may wish to have in a room. The hosts, Mr. Guerrini and his wife, are two very skilled and beautiful people, always very friendly and kind, attentive to all the requests of the guests and above all very professional. It is for this professionalism that distinguishes them that we booked 2 days in advance also in July since it is difficult to find available spots as it is highly requested as a structure. Super organized structure immersed in greenery, stunning nature, extremely clean rooms, Mr. Guerrino and his wife are wonderful. 10 out of 10 is not enough, the magic of Gradara that you breathe makes you live a beautiful dream, a pity to stay only a few days but we will return. What can I say! We spent five days, we were magnificently welcomed by the owners in a very well-kept and spotlessly clean structure, excellent breakfast and cakes made by the lady. The quiet location allows you to quickly reach the sea and the hinterland. We were guests for one night at B&B La Magnolia, which is the true bed and breakfast as it reflects the initial idea of staying together with the owners. They have come up with original ideas to ensure privacy and we were welcomed very well. The kind owners also gave us some excellent tips for the evening! Only downside: it was a bit hot in the room at night, but it was scorching days. We will definitely come back because the area is worth it. Thank you.

I stayed with my husband and my children aged 5 and 7 for just one night, as a mid-way stop on the way back from vacation. The facility is very nice, clean, and welcoming. The owners are friendly and very kind. The breakfast is abundant and with delicious homemade cakes. The location is ideal for visiting Gradara, 1 km away, and is just a few km from the highway exit. All in all, everything is great, I highly recommend it.

Great compromise for those who do not want to stay directly by the sea. Hill area 5 minutes from the sea and from the castle of Gradara which is very suggestive. Wonderful welcome from the owners, brand new and very welcoming and clean structure. The location is strategic between the sea and the castle of Gradara, it is perfect for those who want to stay in peace but is not too far from the nearby center of Gabicce mare either. Starting point for very interesting visits in the nearby Umbria and Marche regions or as a relaxing point after a day at the beach. The breakfast is very good and plentiful and the hospitality of the owners is truly special. Highly recommended. As soon as we have the opportunity, we will definitely return.

Located 1 km from Gradara on a small hill overlooking the castle of the same village on one side and the Adriatic coast on the other. Great view. It is 5 minutes from Gabicce Mare and Cattolica. The features of this B&B are the location but especially the kindness of the owners and their willingness to meet any customer needs. Excellent cleanliness and newly renovated and modern rooms.
