B&B Fontanella 32 is located in Porto Sant’Elpidio in the Marche region in the province of Fermo. The property is located in the center of the city, in a residential and green area, very quiet and peaceful. A few steps all around we find the clubs in the center, restaurants, bistros, food breweries, and the beach about 250 meters away.

The promenade, very beautiful, connects through a magnificent cycle path of about 6 km. the neighboring municipalities, and you have the opportunity to regenerate on the beach or in the pine forest.

The structure of B&B Fontanella 32, a "design" structure and the city, are very popular with families, looking for rest and tranquility, for a romantic or business holiday.

The rooms with bathroom, furnished and equipped with all comforts, have hairdryer, air conditioning, LCD TV, safe, access with smart card, fridge, desk, suitcase rack, chest of drawers.

The second floor, divided by a large window, is dedicated to hospitality, relaxation and breakfasts.

Guests love to consume the latter, weather permitting, on the terrace. The buffet, which is prepared daily, consists of a large variety of homemade desserts, yoghurt, juices, fruit and cereals. For those who love a savory breakfast, locally produced cheeses and meats are available.

Every morning in the breakfast room or on the breakfast terrace, from 8: 00 to 9: 30, you can enjoy a rich and tasty buffet, with a variety of high-quality products, mostly homemade or locally produced. The breakfast includes different options for those who love sweet and savory, such as croissants, bread, jams, biscuits, tarts, cakes, muffins, cereals, yogurt, eggs with bacon, ham, salami, ciauscolo, cheese, fruit juices, cappuccino, tea...even with organic and gluten-free options! And upon request, eggs with bacon can be prepared on the spot.

Elena and Antonello have managed to create the perfect holiday for us from the very first moment. The heart and passion of the two hosts are reflected in every detail of the accommodation. The rooms are lovingly decorated, incredibly clean, well-equipped, and simply cozy. Antonello supported us throughout the holiday with advice and help (!), whether it was for car rental, beach umbrellas, tourist destinations, or airport transfer. With his warm manner, he put a smile on our faces during breakfast, making his homemade bread taste even better (and of course Elena's chocolate cake too). The rich breakfast, made from absolutely fresh and mostly local products, was also prepared with great dedication. (Ask for the world's best sausage!) We will definitely come back and look forward not only to the beautiful region, but especially to Elena and Antonello. Here you are visiting friends!

We had a great stay. Everything was new and well organized. The room was very clean with a super comfortable bed. The bathroom was beautiful and equipped with all accessories. Breakfast was very abundant with excellent cakes prepared by Mrs. Elena, a very kind and sunny woman. Mr. Antonello was cordial, hospitable and helpful to us. We had a problem with our car and he offered to help, taking us to the workshop. We will definitely come back because they deserve it.

We stayed in this wonderful property for two consecutive nights. We were in the "Fontanella" apartment and our expectations were exceeded. As soon as you enter the apartment, you can smell a wonderful scent of cleanliness, as well as in all the rooms of the apartment. Parking in front of the property is available. Abundant breakfast includes both sweet and savory items. Mr. Antonello was very helpful.

We were welcomed by Antonello, the manager of B&B Fontanella 32. Antonello is very helpful and welcoming, he always gave us great advice regarding restaurants for lunch/dinner and places to visit. It was very pleasing to me because, without any notice from our side, he provided abundant gluten-free and lactose-free options for breakfast. The B&B has been recently renovated, the beds are very comfortable and both the room and common areas are very beautiful. We are fully satisfied with this experience!

Fabulous Bed & Breakfast. Extremely clean, fragrant, and comfortable room. Delicious breakfasts handmade with love by Elena, a paradise for food lovers. You can feel the care and attention to detail from the small details. Great location. Antonello always available to give good advice on places to visit, present but never intrusive. Both always smiling and cheerful! Absolutely recommended.

Maximum availability of the owners, Antonello and Elena welcome you with a big smile making you feel at home. Ask without hesitation for advice on the area and you will be given alternatives suitable for any need. Super abundant breakfast, savory, with omelettes, bacon and cold cuts and sweet, with cakes rigorously homemade. The whole structure is furnished with great care and attention towards the guest, the rooms are cozy, well soundproofed, equipped with every comfort and it's pleasant to spend time there. In case of need, stable Wi-Fi. Highly recommended.

B&B Fontanella 32 new with few rooms, beautiful and spacious, in which the attentions and technological innovations inserted in the very recent renovation make the stay very pleasant. The room was very quiet, always fragrant and very clean thanks to the attentions of the Host who always tried to please the guests present, even those like me who have special needs. Breakfast was rich and included both savory and sweet dishes from the territory, as well as homemade. One feels well welcomed and very 'assisted' throughout the very pleasant stay in the structure. I highly recommend it.

A truly welcoming location, extremely clean environments, maximum tranquility thanks to the location in which it is situated. Antonello and Elena, two truly exquisite hosts, very attentive and extremely available towards their guests starting from the care in the preparation of breakfast, with homemade cakes and a truly rich buffet. We had an apartment all to ourselves with an external patio, really nice, like living in a little villa. Definitely a beautiful experience that we will definitely relive on our return, in the future, in this location. Highly recommended. Pet friendly.

We had a great time, beautiful structure and impeccable cleanliness with a superb breakfast, Mr. Antonello and his wife made us feel at home right away, they even booked a beach umbrella and restaurant for us (you can't ask for more)… If we were to come back to the area, it will be our definite reference point. We stayed (unfortunately) for only one night and we had a great time! The managers were exquisite, the apartment delightful, very comfortable, close to everything, clean, welcoming, aesthetically beautiful. The only drawback is that it is right next to other houses, but this really becomes a minor issue when everything else is fantastic.

A beautiful and relaxing weekend! My friend and I couldn't ask for more. Brand new and very welcoming structure just like the family that runs it. It is clear the care and passion that this family invests every day to make guests feel at home. Breakfast on the terrace is just the ideal treat to start the day. Wide choice between sweet and savory, with some homemade goodies. The location is very central, strategic to reach the beach (affiliated with B&B Fontanella 32) and many local places. Free parking a few meters from the structure... in short... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
