Dream location, the position of the apartment is really fantastic, immersed in the Marches countryside with a splendid view of the surrounding hills and Macerata. Upon entering the large and spacious apartment located at the back of the house, one truly feels a sense of privacy and discretion, all the amenities are present such as WiFi, a satellite TV, double-glazed awning windows with mosquito nets, and everything one would expect to find in a place like this. The exterior and interior spaces are really very large and generous, the apartment consists of a comfortable living room set apart from the sleeping area where there is also a table set for breakfast, next to it is the sleeping area with a comfortable double bed complete with bedside tables and a wardrobe, and finally a hallway that further separates the sleeping area from the large bathroom. The cleanliness of the rooms is truly impeccable, and the decor shows great attention to the smallest details. Moreover, the breakfast served by the owners is plentiful and tasty and also includes local products. What can we finally say about Silvia and Roberto, except that they are two truly wonderful, very nice and helpful people and really not intrusive at all. Our compliments, you have earned the highest score!

Beautiful house with excellent private spaces both indoors and outdoors. Very kind and never intrusive manager, great idea to have breakfast served in the room. Clean and tidy. I also recommend it for the convenient yet extremely quiet location.

I recently stayed in the guest room on the ground floor. Very spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished environment. They always provided us with a plentiful breakfast in the room a few minutes after we requested it via call or message. The breakfast also included very good cakes prepared by them. Extremely clean spaces, very friendly, caring, and non-intrusive managers. Very beautiful and quiet location but 5 minutes away from all amenities.

Relax. We spent five days at the B&B Cervare and never was a better choice made. I could mention the impeccable cleanliness, the strategic position to reach all the most beautiful villages of Macerata, the rich breakfasts brought to the room by Roberto every morning; but none of this gives an idea of how the owners, Roberto and Silvia, made our vacation magical with their kindness and availability. This structure will definitely be our reference point for our future vacations in Marche.

Impeccable structure from every point of view. Wonderful location, spacious and well-kept apartment, impeccable cleanliness and last but not least a generous breakfast served directly in the room. These are the evaluations of the place, but I would like to add the availability and kindness of the host Roberto, who besides always being courteous, has shown himself to be a person with a capital P. If there were praise in the ratings, I would put it everywhere! Highly recommended.

A true gem of peace and serenity among the green hills of Marche. The room is an elegant and characteristic little apartment with private bathroom, double bedroom, possibility of two more beds, and a small sitting room with television and all the comforts. Outdoor space immersed in nature, very large garden with a wonderful view of the hills and the city of Macerata. Close to the sea and several tourist cities. The owners are truly helpful, friendly, and welcoming people, respecting the privacy of the guests. Highly recommended.

If there was the possibility to assign the praise in the various dropdowns I would have done it without a shadow of a doubt. The farmhouse reflects and respects the Marche canons, immersed in the greenery and sweetness of the plateaus where you linger and realize that the poetry of infinity was nonsense in front of such beauty... and if you are lucky enough to arrive during the peak sunflower bloom you understand Van Gogh! This is what the Marche region communicates. The owner of the farmhouse welcomes you with sweetness and sympathy immediately putting us guests at ease, the apartment is delightful, functional, bright, spotless, furnished with taste in the smallest details... and the peace you breathe is priceless... listening again to the rustling of the wind among the trees... walking barefoot on the lawn... sleeping... all night long... Maybe I'm a romantic, but all this can be savored in this wonderful B&B, and it's not a little!

Beautiful farmhouse excellently renovated, you stay in a sort of 'suite' with a small living room, large bathroom, all very nice! Fantastic hilltop location where you can 'listen to the silence' just a few minutes from the Conero sea. Extremely helpful owners ready to give excellent advice. In essence, highly recommend!
