This B&B is run by a down-to-earth,genuine person — Raffaela — who made us feel welcome,gave us valuable advice about the place and the surrounding area and was always attentive to our needs. I highly recommend it.

A wonderful place, away from the chaos of crowded centers but convenient for reaching the main cultural attractions and the beaches. Excellent cleanliness, very well-kept property, abundant breakfast personalized according to requests. The real specialty of this B&B, however, was Raffaela's welcome, who with her kindness and smile makes you feel like part of the family. We will definitely return and will recommend it to anyone who asks us where to stay for a visit to the wonders of the Conero.

Modern and very clean room, very kind host, strategic location.

At B&B Camera e Caffè, you feel at home! Raffaela manages everything perfectly with kindness, professionalism, and friendly words! Beautiful recently built rooms, clean, with TV, air conditioning, and a small outdoor space for breakfast or relaxing! Location not in the town center, allows you to take advantage of the reserved parking space and enjoy tranquility. Highly recommended!

The structure is very nice, the rooms are well-kept, the outdoor space is pleasant. The owner is a very kind and nice person.

We had a great time due to the strategically good location for us and the quiet place with parking just a few kilometers from the sea. We met Raffaella, a delightful person.

The property is managed impeccably by Raffaella, who immediately makes you feel at ease and is always available for any of your requests. Comfortable and welcoming rooms, quiet place with a wonderful view. I will definitely return.

Mrs. Raffaella is a very kind and helpful person. We had friends nearby the B&B and instead of having breakfast there, we opted for a bar. She immediately helped us and gave us vouchers for breakfast so that we could use them with our friends. The structure is clean and very comfortable.

Raffaella is very kind and always available for anything. The room and the bathroom are spacious, modern, and clean. Every day she tidied and cleaned the room and provided us with what we were missing. The parking is located in the courtyard of the structure. Each room is equipped with a fridge and outside there are drying racks with clips, deck chairs, and tables with chairs. The area is really quiet but convenient for the sea and the towns.

Great room, spacious and equipped with everything necessary. The bathroom is also very spacious, the bed is very comfortable. Raffaela is very kind and nice, great communication, I can only recommend.

Thank you Raffaella, for your hospitality, cordiality, and kindness. The B&B is located just outside the town of Osimo and enjoys a wonderful view of the hills down to the sea. B&B with new rooms, excellent cleanliness, and excellent breakfast prepared every morning by Raffaella.

My daughter and I stayed for only one night in the low season, but the owner still did everything to make us feel at ease. The structure is brand new and clean. The location is great because in a few minutes you can reach the center of the town and the other beautiful locations in the area, but it is also surrounded by greenery and silence. We really liked the very spacious shower and the very comfortable mattress.
