The B&B "a due passi" is in San Benedetto del Tronto near the city centre and the sea.

The property has been totally restored in 2017. It is on the second level of the building, that has a private free parking.

The rooms are very brightness and furnished in a modern style. They all have a private bathroom, air conditioned, tv, free wi-fi, phon and towels. Upon request, single, double and triple use with extra bed.

Every morning, we strive to make every guest feel at home. How? With a delicious breakfast. We offer scrumptious sweets to start the day off right. All cakes and jams are of high quality and made by us. Come and visit us!

We spent very nice holidays at B&B A Due Passi, thank to high sense of hospitality of the owner. Quintillia was, as five years ago when we discovered her B&B, a perfect host and a great pastry chef. We plan to come back in the future.

We had a very pleasant family stay with a child, at the well-kept establishment by a charming and caring hostess who provided us with multiple services, always with a smile. The room was large, spotlessly clean, with a large bathroom and air conditioning. At breakfast, we were served excellent homemade cakes (a special mention for the cheese-cake!) and of course an Italian coffee as we expected! The beach was about ten minutes away, and on the way, we discovered the best gelateria in town. We highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect, starting with the owner, Mrs. Quintilia, who is always smiling, very kind, and helpful. The room is beautiful, furnished with new furniture and has a nice bathroom. The breakfast is excellent, with homemade sweets and cakes, as well as jams. The location is also great, just over 5 minutes on foot from the beach and about twenty minutes from the center. A supermarket and various shops are just a few steps away. We felt great and plan to return next year.

The property is located on the second floor of a large condominium building with an elevator. The B&B was thus created from the partitioning of an apartment in which apparently the owner also lives with her family. Our room was quite spacious, clean and with a private bathroom, also equipped with air conditioning. The breakfast was rich in all kinds of sweets, even homemade, we were told. Vegan options were also available. However, I recall that savory options were missing. The owner is very helpful and serves breakfast herself.

Excellent, it takes five minutes to walk to the sea and 10/15 minutes to the center. Free condominium parking, and if you want, you don't need to move the car. The rooms are very clean, modern, and equipped with air conditioning. The owner is very hospitable and knowledgeable about restaurants and services to recommend in the area. Special attention to the amazing homemade breakfasts, prepared with care, creativity, and a keen eye on the guests' tastes. I will definitely return.

The structure is not located right in the city center, but very close, ample and convenient parking under the house (a plus for those traveling with large cars), the room is not very large, but very clean and equipped with air conditioning that you will be forced to use in the warmer periods, the breakfast is abundant and varied with homemade pastries. You can use the fridge, the freezer (I put the two batteries) and also the microwave for heating. The owner, along with her daughter, are very kind and friendly, they can also guide you in choosing restaurants or attractions in the area. A place to go, feel good and come back :-).

My wife and I stayed at this property during the Italian Skating Championships. We were greeted very kindly by Mrs. Quintilia, who gave us useful information about the area. We can only speak very well of B&B A Due Passi, very new and perfectly clean room, optimal location with ample private parking. The only small downside was the lack of savory options in breakfast, but it must be said that Mrs. Quintilia's cakes were excellent. Definitely a structure to recommend.

Splendid, shining like the song of Rettore, many things have already been said in previous reviews and I can only confirm them and add my very positive opinion of this structure. I start by thanking and warmly greeting the beautiful, kind and caring Mrs. Quintilia who pampered us and delighted us every morning with her wonderful cakes, cream puffs and local sweets accompanied by yogurt, cookies, jam, etc. Thanks also for the pleasant chats with her and the couple we became friends with. The yellow room where we stayed was spacious, with a large bathroom, comfortable shower, bidet and a large sink with mirror, accurate cleaning every 2 days with change of soft sponge towels. Very pleasant stay in this beautiful location that is an absolute must-visit as well as all the surrounding villages and I recommend this structure to anyone, if we happen to be in this area again we will definitely book at this B&B.

We stayed at this B&B during our summer vacation and I feel like summarizing our experience with just one word: EXCEPTIONAL. The structure is slightly outside the chaos of downtown San Benedetto (about 15 minutes on foot, so very convenient!) and five minutes walk from the promenade (equipped beach and free beach), has a private parking always available. The apartment has been recently renovated and is very well-kept, clean and well-managed. Spacious room, with a large wardrobe, air conditioning. Mrs. Quintilia is definitely the strong point: very kind, puts guests at ease making them feel at home! And, moreover, she prepares special breakfasts: every day homemade cakes by her, juices, croissants, cookies, yogurt, cereals...! A beautiful experience, we will come back!

Stayed for a total of 5 nights, we had a great time. The room and bathroom have new and modern furnishings. It is a 5-minute walk from the sea, and 15/20 minutes from the city center. There is a convenient parking area. The breakfast is top-notch with cakes, pastries, and jams, all homemade by the hostess, in addition to also having cookies, cereals, juices, yogurt, fruits, and snacks. The hostess is very kind and helpful. Everything is fantastic.

Fantastic place! Short stay (1 night), the structure is located 400 meters from the seafront and beaches of San Benedetto del Tronto, a 5-minute walk. An added value is the possibility of leaving the car parked in the B&B's square for free (in San Benedetto it's very hard to find parking!). Wonderful welcome from the managers, we felt like we were at home. Kind, helpful, and easy-going, always ready to help you. The structure is on the second floor of a building, with an elevator. The rooms are spacious, all modern and well-kept, with air conditioning. Very clean shower bathroom. Sweet and abundant breakfast, the homemade cakes by Mrs. Quintilia are amazing! If we were to come back to the area, we would come back here without a shadow of a doubt. 10 and praise.

If it were possible to give more than 10, I would have done it. Quintilia and her daughter Gloria really treated us with kid gloves. Quintilia's cakes are excellent. We had a great time and, if I have the opportunity, I will definitely go back. Highly recommended! PS TOC TOC! They will understand.

I stayed over the weekend at this B&B A Due Passi in San Benedetto del Tronto with my boyfriend and we had a great time. The structure is located on the 2nd floor of a building less than 10 minutes walk from the seafront. Free parking available for the car as well. The room and the private bathroom were very clean and modern, equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, and TV. Breakfast with delicious cakes prepared directly by Mrs. Quintilia. She and her daughter Gloria were friendly and helpful in everything. I recommend it!

What can I say? Everything was perfect! Cute room, right size, spacious bathroom, all brand new and well taken care of in detail. Location? 10 minutes walk from the Lungomare. Cleanliness? It's impossible to imagine any hotel cleaner. Breakfast with biscuits, cereals, toast with jams, etc., and several delicious homemade cakes made by the owner. Every morning at least a different cake. Very good coffee. Management? The owner is a very kind lady, friendly, very helpful, ready to exchange a few words with each guest and very professional. I travel a lot for work and it's really hard to find places so well-kept. Lots of attention to anti-Covid rules, fresh water in the room upon our arrival and bottles always available in the fridge. Truly a great experience.

Strategic location in San Benedetto, just steps away from the sea in a quiet and peaceful area, comfortable and spacious rooms, excellent cleanliness. Room with a cheerful bathroom in colors, simple, clean and welcoming. The host was very kind and always available, she refreshed the room with air conditioning, prepared delicious pastries for breakfast daily, and recommended places to visit. The location of the B&B A Due Passi is convenient for reaching the beach and nearby places, but for this very reason it does not have a nice view as it overlooks the street.

I must admit that being in big buildings and arriving in the dark, the first impression was not the best, but as soon as we went up, we immediately changed our minds! We met the owner, a perfect hostess, very kind, helpful, nice, and attentive to our needs. The environment, new and very clean, both the bedrooms and the area where the lady served us a great and abundant breakfast, with cakes and other delicacies prepared by her! The location is optimal, close to many shops and 5 minutes from the sea. Excellent value for money. It was 3 perfect days of vacation! If we have the opportunity to return to San Benedetto, we will definitely come back!

The B&B is located about 10 minutes walk from the seafront and in front of a supermarket. The structure is modern and very welcoming. Very rich breakfast, almost like a pastry shop. I stayed with my partner for 2 nights last week and we were pleasantly impressed by the structure; completely renovated rooms and breakfast area, rooms complete with every comfort, impeccable cleanliness, attention to detail and maximum care for the guest, great convenience of the communal parking area. Excellent value for money, especially when compared to other B&Bs in the area, older but with the same prices. It is necessary to mention the kindness and attention to guests of the landlady. Highly recommended!

Really surprised by this B&B. Upon arrival, you will find yourself in front of a building in decent conditions, with private parking, something not to be underestimated in the summer. Once inside, you will find 2 rather bare and poorly ventilated flights of stairs, but once you reach the 2nd floor, you will be greeted by the owner in a very kind manner. She will give you the keys to the room, and what surprised me is that the B&B's front door opens with a code to be entered on a numeric keypad (it feels like being in front of a safe, a very nice and convenient idea). Once inside, you will face an apartment renovated in 2017 and modernized, I must say, with good taste (modern style). Finally, a double room with a double bed and not 2 singles put together, then the transparent glass shower cubicle is really nice if you are with your girlfriend. What can I say, I would definitely go back. Highly recommended.

Beautiful B&B brand new and modern in the furnishings, even though looking at the big building externally you wouldn't say, once entered you are truly amazed. Furnished with care and attention.\n\nThe managers are very helpful, friendly, sociable, and know how to make you feel comfortable in every way.\n\nExcellent homemade cakes by Quintiglia. Abundant breakfast. And fresh water in a pitcher always available in the fridge for the guests of B&B.\n\nMy boyfriend and I had a very pleasant week, and if there is an opportunity, we will not fail to stay again at B&B A Due Passi!

Kind and polite people always ready to meet any request, they will host you in their brand new and very clean B&B A Due Passi, with plentiful and good breakfasts. Near the sea and the city center. Highly recommended.

We stayed 2 nights at this property and felt at home! Optimal location, just over 5 minutes from the sea and a maximum of 20 minutes from the pedestrian area, welcoming and very clean environment, all made even more special by the owner, Mrs. Quintilia, kind and very helpful, who prepared delicacies for breakfast! If we were to return to San Benedetto, we would definitely stay here! Thank you again for everything, keep it up!

Brand new B&B, excellent cleanliness, spacious room equipped with all comforts. Super breakfast with homemade jams and cakes. Strategic location, 10 minutes walk from the sea and close to the city center. The owners are always available, smiling, hospitable, make you feel at home. We stayed fifteen days at the B&B A Due Passi and we were very satisfied with this choice. The structure is indeed brand new and always clean; the interior design is beautiful and the name "A due passi" is really fitting because in a few minutes on foot you find yourself both on the beach and in the center of San Benedetto del Tronto. Surely what we will remember from this period is the welcome received and the attention towards us. The managers are very friendly and helpful and those who choose this B&B wake up with a smile every day. Thanks again for everything, we hope to see you soon!

We stayed at this B&B for a week in July, a very pleasant surprise. Brand new, welcoming, super clean, and well cared for. The kindness and friendliness of Quintilia and her daughter Gloria brightened every moment shared together, making us feel like part of the family. Excellent breakfasts always abundant, fresh, and genuine. Internal parking, sea at 5 minutes walk and 15 from the center of San Benedetto. Highly recommended.

New, clean, modern structure with all the comforts. Fresh water in the room and cherries offered and well appreciated. Rich breakfast and all requests satisfied (both a specific milk for the little one, and late check out). Very kind managers. Optimal location, away from the chaos of the seafront but very close to it and to the city center.
