I came to B&B La Villetta even last year for a short stay and I felt so good that I decided to come back this year too. Externally, the structure is very well maintained and is located in a row of terraced houses. Parking is always available along the street, so there are no problems. The evening is quiet, without shouting or people making noise. The sea is within a 10-minute walk. I always walked, immediately reaching the seafront where there are plenty of pizzerias and restaurants. Inside, the structure is well maintained and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished; nothing is missing. Cleanliness and order are immediately noticeable throughout. Breakfast is abundant and nothing is missing. Mrs. Roberta, as well as her brother, are truly kind, helpful, and of a courtesy and sympathy that is rarely found. In conclusion, for those looking for relaxation and comfort, this is the right place. I will definitely come back.

B&B La Villetta is clean and well maintained. The pink room has a private bathroom, but it's located outside the room. About 500 m from the sea, convenient for parking. A bit noisy at night due to the proximity to the railway (common for the structures in the area), no air conditioning but a ceiling fan that requires keeping the window open at night, resulting in amplified noises.

Green and orange room. It's not a room but an apartment. Perfect for families with one or more children. Quiet location away from the chaos but close to everything you want to reach easily on foot or by bike so you forget about the car. Thank you, Roberta.

Excellent structure near the beautiful promenade of San Benedetto del Tronto. Excellent hospitality, very kind and friendly owners. Everything taken care of in detail, varied and abundant breakfast. A variety of snacks and juices available all day long. We definitely recommend it!

The structure is nice and well-kept, as well as very clean, the most important thing in my opinion; located near the sea, it may be a bit far from the center but nothing that a nice walk or a bike ride can't solve; satisfying breakfast (as written in the description itself, everything is available throughout the day) and the owner is very kind and available for anything (any problems, general info); great experience, highly recommended!
