I came to B&B La Villetta even last year for a short stay and I felt so good that I decided to come back this year too. Externally, the structure is very well maintained and is located in a row of terraced houses. Parking is always available along the street, so there are no problems. The evening is quiet, without shouting or people making noise. The sea is within a 10-minute walk. I always walked, immediately reaching the seafront where there are plenty of pizzerias and restaurants. Inside, the structure is well maintained and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished; nothing is missing. Cleanliness and order are immediately noticeable throughout. Breakfast is abundant and nothing is missing. Mrs. Roberta, as well as her brother, are truly kind, helpful, and of a courtesy and sympathy that is rarely found. In conclusion, for those looking for relaxation and comfort, this is the right place. I will definitely come back.

B&B La Villetta is clean and well maintained. The pink room has a private bathroom, but it's located outside the room. About 500 m from the sea, convenient for parking. A bit noisy at night due to the proximity to the railway (common for the structures in the area), no air conditioning but a ceiling fan that requires keeping the window open at night, resulting in amplified noises.

It's a pity that there is no air conditioning and that the breakfast is basic. The result was three sleepless nights due to mosquito bites. To get some air circulation, we had to keep the mosquito nets open. Breakfast is better at the bar. I'm sorry for the friendly owner, but I do not recommend it.

Per quanto riguarda l aria condizionata, nella descrizione della camera Rosa c' è scritto che ci sono le pale al soffitto, quindi se voleva l aria condizionata poteva scegliere l appartamentino Verde e Arancio invece che la camera Rosa. La finestra della camera è dotata di zanzariere, volendo poteva tenere la finestra aperta, le persiane aperte e le zanzariere chiuse, così da evitare le zanzare. Per quanto riguarda la colazione è completa e ricca di tutto, se voleva qualcosa di specifico bastava solo chiedere. Cordiali saluti lo staff di B&B La Villetta

Ottima posizione vicino al mare e al centro importante avere anche il terrazzino locale non disturbato da rumori ma sopratutto la simpatia la cordialità e la competenza della gestione. Da migliorare un po' la colazione.

Camera verde e arancio. Non è una camera ma un appartamento. Perfetto per famiglie con uno o più bimbi. Posizione tranquilla da caos ma vicina a tutto quello che vuoi raggiungere comodamente a piedi o in bici così ti scordi la macchina. Grazie Roberta.

Ottima struttura vicino al bellissimo lungomare di San Benedetto del Tronto. Ottima l'accoglienza, proprietari molto gentili e simpatici. Tutto curato nei minimi particolari, colazione varia e abbondante. A disposizione tutta la giornata una varietà di merende e succhi. Lo consigliamo senz'altro!

La struttura è carina e curata nonché pulitissima, la cosa più importante a mio avviso; situata vicino al mare, forse è un filo lontana dal centro ma niente che una bella passeggiata o una pedalata in bici non possa risolvere; colazione soddisfacente (come scritto nella descrizione stessa, resta tutto a disposizione per l'intero arco della giornata) e titolare gentilissima e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa (eventuali problemi, Info generiche); ottima esperienza, straconsigliato!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo anche senza condizionatore. Belle camere colorate. Pulito. Gentilissima la proprietaria, organizzata e pronta ad aiutarti con piantine geografiche della città e ristoranti da consigliare. Zona tranquillissima, ma nello stesso tempo vicino al mare ed al centro.
