A very nice and cozy house in a strategic location, with everything needed for a good and simple stay. The owners are very kind and helpful, and the sea view from the room is the strong point.

It is not the first time we have been to Fermo and among all the places we have stayed, this is definitely the best. The house is simple, but very, very well-kept and welcoming (and with a breathtaking view!). The presence of a small kitchen allows you to organize meals independently. The property is located a short walk from the historic center and near a road where there are numerous free parking spaces, elements that allow you to minimize, if desired, the use of the car. The managers of the property are people of exquisite kindness and availability. Highly recommended!

A beautiful rustic house, simple but nothing is missing, everything you need is there: from the kitchen to the shower. Not for those who depend on the TV... Very quiet area, surrounded by the countryside and a short walk from the beautiful medieval center. Sea view where you can enjoy the beautiful colors of the sunrise. For those who want to stop in Fermo, I recommend B&B Con Arte!

The apartment is right next to the city walls in a quiet area with no parking problems, in a couple of steps you can reach the center. Excellent solution to stay in Fermo and visit the many nearby locations!

Old structure, but quite well renovated. Clean and tidy. Basically a double room with equipped kitchen (+ fridge/freezer) and with everything needed for cleaning + bathroom with shower. Breakfast is not provided, but it can be easily prepared, as well as all kinds of meals. Ideal for two people. Free parking on the same street. Very quiet area. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes by foot, especially because, for those who do not know Fermo, it's all ups and downs. Kind and helpful hosts.

The managers are available and friendly. The B&B looks good both in terms of appearance and cleanliness. Well cared for in the details, it is very welcoming and functional.
