Friendly, clean, traditional (local typical) environment with green surroundings in the middle of the city at the edge of the old town, less than 10 minutes on foot to Piazza Popolo. Relaxed atmosphere, not modernist, over the top, luxurious.

Wonderful B&B to explore Ascoli Piceno and the surrounding area for a few days. The B&B was clean and tidy. Our room had a balcony with a view of the Tronto and the city. The breakfast was delicious and more than sufficient, not just sweet.

Highly recommended place for a vacation in the Marche region. The structure is very beautiful and welcoming, strategically located in the municipality of Ascoli. The staff is very friendly and available for every need. The rooms are clean and very suitable for tourists, in the kitchen corner there is also an electric oven that gives an extra opportunity to eat comfortably on site. The only downside is the car parking, which is not always easy to find near the structure. Definitely worth coming back.

The property, very well maintained, enjoys a beautiful view of the Roman Bridge and is a short walk from the city center, which can be reached with a pleasant walk through the narrow streets of Ascoli; excellent and abundant breakfast. Perfect welcome from the staff.

I had a great weekend in this former convent on the banks of the Tronto river, delighted by a spectacular view from the balcony of my room overlooking the towered city of Ascoli. The structure is strategically located five minutes walk from the city center, which is accessed through a very suggestive Roman bridge. The owner is kind and helpful and her breakfasts are really delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit this city, which is worth it for its historical beauties and gastronomic specialties.
