The place is perfectly located in the heart of town, within walking distance of amazing white sand beaches. The host (Marco) was very helpful and always strives to go the extra mile to make guests comfortable.

Marco was a wonderful host, who called us to check what time we’d like to check in, met us to show us where to park, walked us through everything we had on site at his hotel, and even made us a coffee the next morning! Absolutely fab room, spacious, light and amazingly clean (looked new).

A truly enchanting place, just a stone's throw from the center of Sirolo. It was a stay focused on relaxation and tranquility. A big thank you to the manager Marco who was really very kind and explained all the main points, places to visit, the beaches, in short, all the important information to know to better orient oneself in Sirolo and its surroundings. Highly recommended.

Alemar hello! We were really satisfied, me and my daughter Elena. Two dream days... Clean and spacious room, street view but it's not a problem as it's in the center. Ok location. Breakfast in the square where there are 3 bars and you can choose where to go in the morning. Marco is more than fabulous, attentive, kind, helpful, I couldn't believe my ears. He not only speaks but also listens carefully to the customers' needs and always tries to help. Certainly at Alemar you never feel abandoned! I will come back with my daughter Cristina, thank you for everything and good luck for the newly started season. Sirolo is a nice little village, nothing is missing. Thank you Marco.

The structure is really in an excellent position in Sirolo, central. Guaranteed parking space and lots of friendliness. Large room and excellent cleanliness. Breakfast at affiliated bars: fun to try them all. Very satisfied.

Marco is the perfect host: attentive, caring, courteous in an elegant, beautiful, minimal but functional location. The structure is new, very clean, quiet and peaceful despite being in the city center. Breakfast is offered at choice in one of the 3 central bars in Sirolo. A reserved car parking and a discount at the nicest beach establishment of San Michele and Sassi Neri are available. A pleasant vacation. I definitely recommend Alemar.

We stayed a few days around Ferragosto, which was enough to write an excellent review. Beautiful rooms, clean and well-finished, excellent location. And then, what can I say about Marco, the owner, very helpful and friendly. I recommend anyone to stay in this beautiful part of Italy.

In the heart of the historic center, 1 minute from the beautiful square of Sirolo where local flavors blend with a breathtaking view of the sea, superb! Alemar has created splendid independent rooms, renovating a historic building, without altering its architecture. On the contrary, it has enhanced the existing elements, adding improvements to make the stay comfortable in every aspect. The Conero offers unique landscapes and of the many structures visited in the area, I have to acknowledge that the location, the completely new rooms, the service/price ratio of this property are the winning solution. I admit to being enthusiastic about the weekend spent, so I thank Marco, the host, who with sympathy and competence followed me and advised me well on how to make the most of this splendid corner of Marche. Thank you, until next time.
