Lovely B&B (though without breakfast offered) in a perfect location 10 meters from the beach. The rooms are simple but there is a small fridge, TV and free Internet that worked fine. And free parking. Very good value for money.

We came from Tuscany by car to spend the holidays in the week of Ferragosto. Structure a few steps from the sea, behind the beach "Spiaggiola", near the port of Numana, with parking included, very clean and quiet place. We were greeted by Mrs. Ursula, a delightful, kind, precise person. Apartment with double bed, TV, air conditioning and minibar, daily cleaning. We will come back as soon as possible. See you soon Mrs. Ursula and thanks for everything!

We thank Mrs. Ursula, a strong and sweet woman at the same time, who welcomed us and explained everything thoroughly. We used many of her suggestions. The room is clean, a bit small but complete. We do not like the curtain in the shower, but we understand the space issues. In any case, the bathroom is clean with a small window that makes a difference. Definitely, to face the ascent and the paths, leave your heels at home and wear comfortable shoes. Leave the car in the parking lot and forget about it, there is a free shuttle to use if needed. There are steps next to reach a fantastic view. On foot, with patience, you can reach Sirolo which is worth more than one visit, as well as Numana alta, the Tower, the fisherman's statue, and the Town Hall with all the flowers at the windows. Prepare for long walks and climbs on the stairs of Costarella and others. Stunning sunrises and sunsets from the room. The place is well-kept and clean. It's a pity not to have breakfast, but you can use the bar of the small beach just in front. In fact, I recommend booking if you don't want to use the free beach, the structure in front for convenience. In any case, the Frati Bay is nearby, the port for boat trips is close. What can I say, it is definitely worth coming to Numana alta at Villa Pucci and meeting Mrs. Ursula's smile.

Well-maintained property, practically by the sea. Reserved parking, 5 minutes walk to the center of Numana, 200 meters from the marina and the nearby beach restaurants/bars. The owner is really kind, enthusiastic, and professional. A week at Conero to remember...

Those who do not know the Conero area, must deal with the 'difference in height'. Villa Pucci is located in a quiet area, facing the sea: by opening the French door of the terrace, you can enjoy an excellent view. On the beach, a short walk away, there is a small restaurant/beach establishment, very convenient for breakfast/snack. In 10 minutes you can reach the historic center (upper part of the city), either by the road (sidewalk), or through a staircase/path in the middle of the greenery. I had a great time. Ursula is a force of nature, very helpful and caring.

A niche of unexpected paradise beyond expectations with everything at hand, where the sea, relaxation, good food, hospitality, and forgetting the car reign. Two days are few but sufficient to breathe good energy. Ursula is very kind and helpful. We will return and highly recommend it.

Well-positioned structure, by the sea and adjacent to the port of Numana, with private parking. The owner, Ursula, was impeccable in kindness and professionalism. What can I say, we will definitely return to this b&b that made our eyes "shine"!

I stayed for 10 days in a sea view room, comfortable and very clean. Excellent location, just a few steps from the sea and a 10-minute walk from the center of Numana. A special thanks to Mrs. Ursula, very kind and always available. Highly recommended!

Very beautiful structure, some rooms have a sea view. Owner (Mrs. Ursula) very helpful and kind. Very close to the Town Hall, restaurants, pizzerias, etc. Parking available on site. The beach in front of the structure is well equipped. Recommended.

Excellent location, clean and well-maintained place, by the sea, a stone's throw from Upper Numana. Parking available. The room is very nice, clean, equipped with amenities (minibar; air conditioning; outdoor space). Mrs. Ursula is very kind.

Unfortunately, neither the room nor the bathroom have windows and there is no air conditioning but a wall fan. For 100€ per night, it seems a bit excessive.

Grazie per il Vostro tempo. ma, come specifico in questi casi, devo chiederVi di essere sinceri e pertanto corretti su quello che avete scelto all'atto della prenotazione sulla base delle nostre precise indicazioni: - non è affatto vero che la camera non ha finestre in quanto la "porta finestra" garantisce quanto di più necessario c'è per quella tipologia di alloggio con un "gioco di tendaggi" che permette di mantenere una "gioiosa privacy" - Il bagno privato a garanzia di quanto tecnicamente necessario è provvisto di punto luce naturale con aeratore collegato all'esterno da intercapedine che "abbraccia" interamente quel corpo strutturale. - Sapevate benissimo che in quella tipologia di unità abitativa non c'era climatizzazione ma ventilazione a parete - Conoscevate perfettamente il costo quindi se non soddisfatti perché prenotare? La prossima volta (se vorrete ovviamente) camera con climatizzatore e finestra nel bagno basta chiedere Ascoltatemi quando Vi dico di non affrettarVi nelle prenotazioni nel senso di capire che cosa volete e che cosa non volete. Sereno e felice proseguimento Ursula.

Ma non vorrei prendermi meriti che non mi spettano poichè palesemente spettanti ad una struttura ubicata in quel di Sirolo che fornisce tra l'altro prima colazione cosa che noi non prevediamo. Interessante però, se mi posso permettere, la sincronicità che si è manifestata nel fatto di far pervenire a noi un feedback che non ci appartiene. Il caso non esiste ma la "sincronicità" SI'. Mi sembrava corretto farglielo presente per poter rendere merito direttamente a chi se lo merita. Un felice proseguimento ed i nostri migliori auguri. Ursula.

Good location, but we had to pay a supplement for the sea view. The room amenities are very basic. A really sore point: the unbearable heat (the fan is completely inadequate and noisy).

Peccato solamente che avete espresso "giudizi" ("dotazione molto spartana") e in quanto tali "gratuiti" sinonimo di totale mancanza di rispetto per non usare un'altra accezione molto più consona. Questo è proprio di persone abituate ad ottenere sempre e comunque quello che ritengono sia loro ovuto. Struttura: 5 / Pulizia: 6 / Posizione: 6: Questo feedback parla chiaro ma non di Villa Pucci di chi lo ha scritto. Per quanto riguarda il "gestore" avete straragione sono da 6 Questo è proprio di persone abituate ad ottenere sempre e comunque quello che ritengono sia loro dovuto. Tutte le nostre camere sono dotate di tutti i comfort e questo lo sapete molto bene e quando sono disponibili quelle senza climatizzazione lo facciamo opportunamente presente. Se posso permettermi Vi do un consiglio: l'ego è sempre bene tenerlo a bada Vi fa fare brutte figure e non si limita solo a quello. Per quanto riguarda invece il rumore del ventilatore è la prima volta che ci viene fatto presente in termini di "fastidio" pertanto interverremo per apportare le dovute modifiche. Splendida continuazione con la bellissima parafrasi di Jung: "Il Cuore sceglie la meta (non vacanziera) la Mente si organizza per raggiungerla". Significato: non usate la Mente perchè è espressione dell'ego e per sua natura, come dice la parole stessa, Vi mente. Se lo gradite Vi mando un Grande abbraccio. Ursula

Guest house really a stone's throw from the sea (10 m), with the possibility also to have a room with a view. The manager is very friendly, precise and attentive in welcoming us so that we immediately felt at home. Impeccable cleanliness. We will come back.

We stayed in the small apartment for a week. I had chosen the place specifically for its location, sea view. The stay was wonderfully relaxing for us and confirmation that we made the right choice. Even in the few moments spent at home, you can enjoy a beautiful view and pleasant sea breeze! If you want to move around only on foot, it is important to be able to choose, for example in case of strong wind, between the two beautiful beaches below the house and the coastline that leads to Marcelli, protected from the wind by the cliff overlooking the tourist harbor. Highly appreciated the availability of Mrs. Ursula and her mother, discreet and reassuring presences (one night we experienced the fear of earthquakes and Mrs. Ursula immediately arrived to check that her guests did not need anything; luckily nothing happened to us). I am trying in vain to find a less positive point but honestly there are none. Location: very pleasant. Structure: simple and sober Marche-style house, which I really like. Cleaning: very accurate. Breakfast: Under the house or a little further beyond the harbor. It's a shame about the short time available, I would even stay in winter! Ten out of ten!

The structure is located in a very picturesque area with the beach just a few meters away and a postcard-like view. The managers are very attentive to customer needs, friendly and precise. For us, it is the second consecutive year that we spend our holidays at Villa Pucci and we feel we can recommend it to everyone who wants to fully enjoy the sea in relaxation. Try it.

The structure met my expectations. The spacious and bright room, with a sea view balcony, was beautiful and very clean. While lying in bed, it is possible to admire the beach below. Mrs. Pucci and her family are kind and willing to provide any information to make the stay pleasant and unforgettable. I recommend it without any doubt.

My friend and I stayed in one of the sea view rooms. The location is nothing short of fabulous, on the Spiaggiola of Numana. Mrs. Ursula welcomed us in the best possible way and was available for any necessity. The breakfast at the beach bar restaurant below our home is convenient and picturesque. I almost forgot: the mattress is extremely comfortable.
