Brand new property, very functional and clean, three minutes from the Villa Pini clinic. Comfortable, clean room and a nice terrace with a small table. There is a kitchen, shared with the other room, where you find the coffee machine with pods and cups, a bottle of water with glasses and a microwave to heat anything. The host's kindness is amazing. Kind and available for anything. I recommend it to anyone going to Civitanova Marche.

We stayed for one night at this property. The room is new, clean, and has every comfort. The location is very close to the sea but on an internal street, definitely quieter than the seafront. Romina is definitely a plus, a very friendly and attentive person. Definitely recommended.

Very well-kept structure, tastefully furnished, just a few steps from the sea. A fantastic welcome from the hosts. Romina is a wonderful person, kind and extremely helpful... Unique! I highly recommend this structure to everyone. We will definitely return!

We stayed on our way back from Puglia for one night, 2 adults and 2 kids, room located behind the seafront. Central area. Clean and comfortable with air conditioning and a nice large bathroom. Romina very kind and helpful. Recommended.

It was a beautiful experience. The structure is very well-kept, the location is situated in the most beautiful, equipped, and frequented part of Civitanova. They are truly 26 Passi d'Amare! And what about the owner. Simply extraordinary, a beautiful person, super helpful, and very empathetic. To come back just for her. Congratulations!

Due to personal problems, I couldn't enjoy the hospitality of this establishment, but I can say with absolute certainty that I found the owners to be incredibly kind and courteous, a rare find in the industry. When the opportunity arises, I will definitely turn to them!

Lovely place just steps away from the sea and Villa Pini clinic. But what makes it special is the care and passion of the owners in managing the bed and breakfast. I felt pampered. Mrs. Romina, a wonderful person, very kind and extremely helpful... incomparable! Not to mention the animal lovers, they are pampered too! I will definitely come back.

Very warm welcome, thank you Romina, maximum availability to help us find parking and to recommend an excellent seafood restaurant for dinner, location just steps from the beach on the quieter north promenade, a shame there was no sea view. But everything was perfect. We certainly recommend it.

My stay at the Bed & Breakfast 26 Passi d'Amare was beyond all expectations: the Sunset room, spacious, clean and tastefully furnished, equipped with every comfort. But what makes it special is the attention to detail, the passion and care that Mrs. Romina devotes to managing the B&B, making the guest feel important and at home. Strategic location, 5 minutes from the free and equipped beach, another 5 minutes from the train station and the Villa dei Pini Clinic. Recommended 100% for both short and long stays, beach holidays or in case you need to go to the Villa dei Pini Clinic. A heartfelt thank you, Mrs. Romina.
