Considering that it is actually a residence, it has everything it needs to be one. The room we stayed in for two nights is cozy and comfortable. The structure is new and is located in an area where there is a bakery stocked with food for both breakfast and lunch/dinner. Mr. Corrado was kind and helpful. Two small suggestions for the area let's call "breakfast": the chairs are a bit low compared to the table, which would be better a bit more spacious.
