Sirmione is an enchanting location, but it can sometimes feel too crowded. This B&B is a calm oasis slightly away from the busy pedestrian market. Of all the beautiful sights and natural wonders here, my favorite part of our stay was the sumptuous breakfast.

We spent five glorious days at Villa Paradiso. We knew we would love it from the photos we had seen, but it exceeded our expectations. The expansive gardens of the villa are an inviting place to sit and relax. The villa looks magnificent and is just as beautiful inside. Our second-floor room had lake views and overlooked the gardens, with plenty of windows and a comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious with a large choice of food available: fresh fruit salad, assorted cakes, eggs, pastries and more. The people who own and work at Villa Paradiso are so lovely and do all they can to make your stay perfect. The villa is in a peaceful part of Sirmione, a few minutes' walk down to the centre. We have travelled a lot in Italy, but Villa Paradiso has been our favourite place to stay.

The villa was the highlight of our holiday, a quiet oasis in a busy area. The rooms, view, gardens and hospitality made our holiday special. A short walk to the old town and to Jamaica Beach. We hope to return.

The room, although with old furniture which makes sense for a traditional villa, was spacious, very clean, comfortable and with a nice view of Lake Garda. Amazing gardens, with lots of seating areas and very well maintained. Parking was also possible in the garden. Five minutes away on foot from the historical centre of Sirmione. Exceptionally nice staff and owners. Highly recommended and definitely our choice if we visit Garda again.

It was a total joy to stay at Villa Paradiso, we were really made to feel like one of the family. Its beautiful location just beyond the hustle and bustle of Sermione was perfect. The views over the lake were a bonus due to its elevated vantage point. Breakfast was a very traditional affair and we especially loved the home made cakes and pies that followed the breads, eggs, meats & cheeses. Nothing was a problem for the team to accommodate. Our room was spacious and perfectly appointed and I slept like a log which is not common for me on holiday. Did we enjoy our stay - absolutely. Would we return - same answer.

Our family with kids 11 and 14 loved the villa. It is charming and beautiful, with a fantastic location in a park between the old town and the lake beaches. The hosts are friendly and it feels like you are a guest to the owners, not just a paying customer.\n\nWe had the blue room on the second floor with wonderful views and good AC. It has a double bedroom, toilet & shower and a sitting room with a double sofa bed. The AC was much needed in mid-June and worked well.\n\nThe breakfast had several sweet and savory options: cakes, croissants, fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread, cold cuts and cheeses. Coffee was made by order. We also liked that you can buy wine/soft drinks/beer at self service, as there is no shop nearby. Prices were very reasonable.\n\nThere are several options to sit outside on the grounds. The only thing we missed was a pool.\n\nI highly recommend this charming villa stay in a beautiful location in beautiful Sirmione.

Fabulous old villa set in a tranquil garden close to old town of Sirmione. If you want a peaceful retreat away from the noise and bustle of the town centre this is the place to stay. A measure of great places and great service are the surprises. The owner offering us a lift in his car to a local restaurant because it was raining hard during a storm was such an example. Fabulous place and definitely we will return.

Beautiful villa. The gardens are fabulous. Our room was lovely, so comfortable. Just a few minutes walk outside the busy beautiful historic Sirmione and you have reached tranquillity, the only sounds are birdsong. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. Villa Paradiso is a truly unique place to stay. It is lovingly cared for by the family that own and live there. Within a few minutes you can be strolling along the lake with fantastic views. This is a very beautiful and special place to stay.

Second stay at Villa Paradiso! This was our second stay at this magnificent property. No words can really describe the beauty and the peacefulness of this amazing place! The owners are fabulous! The breakfast is great and Christiana’s preparation and service is top notch! Francesca and Sergio are always available and responsive to anything you might need or know! We loved hearing the history about this special Villa! The grounds are just spectacular, every day we just gazed at the beauty of the landscape. The hot tub is such a great touch and so relaxing among the gorgeous landscape. The apartment is fantastic, spacious, and has everything you would need and very comfortable! The location is beyond perfect! You’re in the action of Sirmione and within a few minutes walking but in the most peaceful surroundings when you return! We absolutely loved Villa Paradiso and felt so fortunate to stay there. The beautiful home and lush gardens combined with the incredible views of Lake Garda from our room made it the perfect B&B for us. Just a few doors up from Maria Callas' summer home, this beauty has gorgeous gardens tended by Sergio, one of the very welcoming owners. Cri provided a lovely breakfast and Francesca was prompt and efficient in her communications prior to our stay. The location was perfection, too. Within walking distance of the Roman ruins, the medieval church next door, Jamaica Beach, and the shopping and restaurant area, not to mention the hospitality of everyone there, makes Villa Paradiso the perfect choice for travelers to Sirmione.

We had the most amazing stay at the apartment on the grounds of Villa Paradiso. The apartment itself has a perfect location, just a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Sirmione but away from all the crowds so it’s super quiet and peaceful. It’s also located very close to Jamaica beach and the Grottoes of Catullus. The grounds of Villa Paradiso are beautiful and we loved spending our evenings in the jacuzzi. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the large terrace which again was super quiet and peaceful with a lovely view of the lake and the surrounding greenery. Lastly, Francesca and her family were such lovely hosts, they were so welcoming and friendly and really made us feel right at home. The perfect base in Lake Garda!

A wonderful find... we certainly found a lovely place to stay at Villa Paradiso. No concerns at all. So nice to be away from a big hotel. The owners and staff were lovely and helpful. Our corner room on the top floor had a magnificent view across the gardens to lake beyond. Very quiet... only bird song. Easily stroll down into town. Avoid a public holiday though if you are driving.

Its location is perfect - within 100m of an 11th-century church and very close to Roman ruins of a lakeside residence in the 1st century. Wonderful experience for us. This place is really a "paradise" place. Situated at the very end of the historic Sirmione village, just before Jamaica beach, it enjoys a superb location and views of the lake. The property is set in beautiful gardens and is VERY quiet even if being a few steps away from the lively village. The hosts organize everything beforehand, so that you have the right to cross the ZTL zone and reach the property after crossing the village (slowly and carefully because of all the crowds). Breakfast in the garden, with numerous quality products, is a moment of happiness. We had booked the blue suite, which consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom. The view from the first room was FANTASTIC, much better than the photos on TripAdvisor. The second room also offers a nice view of the lake but not as nice as the main room. You just have to ask and Sergio opens the outdoor spa for you (free). A moment of heavenly peace under the olive trees. Parking is very well organized under the trees in the garden. The property is a gem! Please go there, you will enjoy every minute. The only little set back is the air conditioner: even at the lowest setting, it barely cools the rooms a very little bit but does not air-condition the rooms. So, we slept with the windows open... the mosquitoes enjoyed every minute of our skin... but we would however go back to Villa Paradiso! We love the place! Many thanks to the fantastic hosts who run the place.

Hosts Francesca and Cristiana were fantastic. Welcoming, available and professional. The villa stood by its name, Villa Paradiso. It is situated in an unbelievable location, with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Within walking distance of the beaches, restaurants, and historic city center. Very quiet and charming interiors. The garden is also wonderful. Breakfast is generous, equating to a brunch. Highly recommended, I would definitely return for a longer stay.

Holiday at Lake Garda with so much Italian flair! This villa convinced us immediately with its charm,the coziness,the 'finally-arrived' feeling,the Italian warmth,the peace and the beautiful garden. The rooms offer a magnificent view over Lake Garda,whether at sunrise or sunset. The place is perfect to escape everyday life and switch off,far from tourism and noise. Yet you are within a few minutes' walk in the middle of the lovely old town,where tourism is booming. The 'Jamaicabeach' beach with its slippery large rocks is reachable in 10–15 minutes. The hosts are exceedingly warm,hospitable and helpful. The balanced,plentiful breakfast is lovingly prepared every morning. We are more than satisfied with our stay and are already planning the next one.

We felt very comfortable at Sergio and his wife's place. The garden is a dream and you always find a quiet and beautiful spot here. Thanks to the private management and the limited number of guests (6 rooms and a separate apartment), there is enough private space. If we were to go back to Lake Garda, we would definitely come back here.

Besonders die Bewertung „8“ für eine historische Villa aus dem frühen 20. Jahrhundert, die mit originalen Möbeln und Dekorationen ausgestattet ist, um eine einzigartige und authentische Atmosphäre zu schaffen, ist für uns etwas schwer nachzuvollziehen. Vielleicht hätten der wunderschöne Blick aus Ihrem Zimmer oder unser 5. 000 m² großer Garten, den viele Gäste besonders schätzen, eine Erwähnung verdient. Bezüglich des Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass alle Hotels im historischen Zentrum von Sirmione eine tägliche Parkgebühr von etwa 15 € erheben, wobei die Fahrzeuge außerhalb des Zentrums abgestellt werden müssen. Bei uns hingegen ist das Parken im sicheren, privaten Garten der Villa kostenlos, mit direktem Zugang zur ZTL-Zone – ein Vorteil, den viele Gäste sehr schätzen. Trotzdem danken wir Ihnen für Ihren Besuch und hoffen, Sie vielleicht eines Tages wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen. 🌿✨.

Magnificent villa, one can breathe the past. Of course, like everything, it is not for everyone. Villa Paradiso is beautiful, it has a perfect location, right in the center of everything and is very close to the Thermal Baths. It has maintained the original valuable furnishings, so you can breathe an atmosphere of other times, still guaranteeing all the comforts of a recent structure. The Park is beautiful and well-kept. The Managers are very kind and very helpful. The breakfast is excellent, both sweet and savory. From our room on the second floor, we had a crazy view of the lake towards both Desenzano and Peschiera del Garda. Finally, the advantage of parking the car inside the garden is not to be underestimated knowing Sirmione. It was a beautiful experience. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Villa Paradiso with my husband and my 7-year-old daughter. The property is truly paradisiacal. You can breathe tranquility and peace immersed in a pleasant atmosphere of bygone times. We have always appreciated structures with few rooms and a lot of human warmth. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast offers everything you could want, from sweet to savory. And I would like to point out that the savory section offers quality local cold cuts and cheeses. We are seriously considering returning for a longer stay, since this time we were just passing through. In the heart of Sirmione with free parking inside the property, a great convenience.

Fantastic stay. The B&B has a beautiful panorama and a free parking with the possibility to access the restricted traffic area. We had a plentiful breakfast in the Villa's park. Everything clean. Very kind and patient with our 5-year-old son.

Fabulous villa, a truly beautiful property with a charming location and view. From the room, you could see the lake as the villa is positioned very high up. Everyone was very kind, from the lady owner to her grandchildren who help her manage. The only thing I can't review is the breakfast as it's extra, €10 per person is a bit too much for me, but it's a personal opinion. Highly recommended.

What can I say, we stayed two nights during a motorcycle trip, my wife and I. The structure and the elderly owner were very pleasant; excellent location, close to everything: center, spa, blonde beach, castle. Pleasant and quiet location, very poetic but, personally, for a stay longer than two nights, the lack of a TV, WiFi, air conditioning is felt and the €4/day for parking is definitely out of place. Overall, for a short romantic getaway from the daily chaos, we absolutely recommend it.

Il WiFi è disponibile nelle zone comuni e garantisce l'accesso ad internet ai nostri clienti. Per il parcheggio riteniamo la cifra sia ragionevole considerando che siamo nel centro storico e nella zona a traffico limitato e mettiamo a disposizione un parcheggio all'interno del nostro giardino oltre 5000 mq, in uno spazio a cui accedono solo i clienti del nostro B&B.
