Siamo lieti che abbiate gradito anche la colazione e il nostro angolo self-service, pensato per offrire maggiore libertà e comfort durante il soggiorno. Capita spesso che ci venga chiesta una piscina: purtroppo, trovandoci in una zona protetta dalle Belle Arti, non è consentita la realizzazione di strutture permanenti come una piscina tradizionale. Tuttavia, per offrire un momento di relax in più, abbiamo installato una vasca idromassaggio in giardino, a disposizione dei nostri ospiti. Grazie ancora per aver scelto Villa Paradiso e per aver condiviso la vostra esperienza con parole così belle. Es fällt uns schwer, die Ursache Ihrer Enttäuschung zu verstehen, zumal viele unserer Gäste uns weiterhin mit hervorragenden Noten bewerten, was einem Durchschnitt von 9, 7 entspricht. Die Struktur, das Management, das Frühstück und der Service sind alle unverändert geblieben, und wir sind ehrlich gesagt überrascht, dass sich ein wiederkehrender Gast so anders fühlen würde. Villa Paradiso bietet eine einzigartige und authentische Atmosphäre mit sorgfältig erhaltenen Möbeln und Dekorationen aus dem 16. bis 19. Jahrhundert, die den Innenräumen großen Wert verleihen und mit Respekt behandelt werden müssen. Wir sind bestrebt, ein Erlebnis zu bieten, das diesen historischen Charakter widerspiegelt, und wir bedauern, wenn Sie dies während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht voll und ganz genossen haben. Nous avons été surpris par la note attribuée au petit-déjeuner, car il s’agit de l’un de nos points forts, très apprécié par la majorité de nos visiteurs. Notre offre comprend des fromages de nos montagnes, de la charcuterie locale, des œufs, des pâtisseries maison, du café, des fruits frais, de la salade de fruits, des confitures variées, du miel, des jus d’orange, des viennoiseries de pâtisserie et bien plus encore. L’appartement ne comprend pas le petit-déjeuner par défaut, mais sur demande, à titre exceptionnel, nous permettons à nos hôtes d’en bénéficier dans notre hôtel, avec confirmation quotidienne. C’est pourquoi nous serions ravis de mieux comprendre vos remarques afin de pouvoir encore améliorer notre service. Grazie per i suoi commenti positivi, la scelta di non avere Televisori nelle camere è stata una nostra decisione in quanto volevamo garantire il massimo silenzio per i nostri ospiti, italiani e stranieri. Il WiFi è disponibile nelle zone comuni e garantisce l'accesso ad internet ai nostri clienti. Per il parcheggio riteniamo la cifra sia ragionevole considerando che siamo nel centro storico e nella zona a traffico limitato e mettiamo a disposizione un parcheggio all'interno del nostro giardino oltre 5000 mq, in uno spazio a cui accedono solo i clienti del nostro B&B.
