La Casa di Silvia

Clean little apartment and very close to the San Raffaele hospital, just a few steps away. Silvia is incredibly kind. One day when it was raining, she lent a raincoat to my partner and drove her to the hospital entrance. A point of reference for the area. Highly recommended.

I can only give high marks for everything. Having needed to stay multiple times in Milan 2, I know well the offer of accommodation facilities in this area. Silvia is a serious, precise, and very helpful person. The small apartment is delightful, very clean, equipped with everything necessary to stay for more nights, and very quiet. The location is very convenient for those who need the hospital or university facility of San Raffaele. Finally, excellent value for money, it is difficult to find better.

The apartment is a true gem, equipped with everything and very cozy. The view from the little balcony is beautiful! The surroundings were truly a surprise: immersed in greenery, quiet, suitable for walks and shopping. The proximity to San Raffaele allowed us to move around easily on foot. We heartily thank Mrs. Silvia for her hospitality and great availability.

Beautiful apartment. Clean, comfortable, cozy. For us who had to go to San Raffaele perfectly located (just 3 minutes on foot). Lovely place and beautiful house with breathtaking view. In the house there is everything. Silvia helped me a lot having with me two elderly parents. Highly recommended, everything you need is just steps away.

The house is very nice. We were there for health reasons and we found a cozy nest. Our Silvia is a wonderful person, welcoming, and very helpful. She has always been super kind. The cleanliness is top-notch. The house is located 3 minutes from San Raffaele Hospital. Exactly below the house, within reach, there is a supermarket, a tobacco shop, and a pharmacy. Furthermore, the house is 10 minutes from Linate Airport. We recommend it without a doubt!

Silvia is a fantastic person, she made herself available for everything. She managed to make our stay pleasant, and we weren't on a pleasure trip, but in these cases it's even more important to be welcomed as she did. The house is small, but it has everything and it's very clean. I hope to come back, maybe for a pleasure trip this time. I recommend it with closed eyes.
