Very basic room in city center. Breakfast at a nearby cafe.

Room had kettle, fridge, table and chairs, and cutlery. Spacious room with a king-size bed. TV with Netflix. Downside - the heater made a lot of noise that didn't allow us to sleep. We had to switch it off, and as a result, we had to cope with the cold at night. During the day, the window cannot be opened as the road noise was very loud. Hence, it was a bit stuffy. The toilet was very small.

Totally impressed by the building and our BLU room, the beds were very comfortable, bathroom modem and all kept spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for the train station, Lake Como, the Funicular, shopping, dining, Christmas market, Magic Light Festival etc. Am hoping to return again next year with more of my family. Excellent location in Como. Nice space, the bed in the large room is of very good quality, however the sofa bed (we had booked for adults) needs to be changed, mattress too thin and squeaky mechanism. Very clean and very spacious. Good welcome. Thank you.

Il residenza si affaccia sulla Piazza principale che a sua volta si affaccia sul lago, la posizione strategica permette di raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse comodamente a piedi. Stanza accogliente e pulita, personale gentile e disponibile. Inoltre per chi volesse un posto sicuro dove parcheggiare l'auto, il Residence può consigliare e prenotare il posto in un'autorimessa vicino alla struttura.
