Its strategic location makes it ideal for moving around the city with subway stations within walking distance (Metro Verde - Sant'Ambrogio, Metro Verde - Sant'Agostino, Metro Verde - Porta Genova F.S....), close to the railway station so ideal for those travelling by train 'Stazione Porta Genova', easily reached from the nearby motorways Autostrada A7 Via Palatucci, Autostrada A7 Viale Famagosta.

Guests can prepare breakfast at the desired time in the privacy of their room. There is the necessary to prepare hot drinks of your choice (tea, coffee, cappuccino, coffee and milk) and a small fridge stocked with fruit juices, milk and yoghurt. Primopiano has it all! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is the B&B you want to be in when you visit Milan for a few days. The owner is super gentle, extremely available and accommodating. The location is perfect; near to all Milan’s attractions. And the room is exquisite, it’s super well equipped, clean and renovated. I highly recommend Primopiano ☺️ Thank you for all Biagio!

We were very pleased with the accommodation! Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed for a nice weekend. Plenty of towels, shower products, as well as a fridge full of Italian snacks and drinks. The host was very accommodating and available. I recommend this accommodation which is very well located and very quiet. I would return without hesitation.

Almost everything is perfect, except for the bed, which in my opinion should be changed (or at least the mattress). That doesn't prevent me from returning when I have the chance.

This place was a pleasant discovery, perfectly located in the Tortona area in a classic Milanese courtyard house. The structure is tidy and clean. The manager is very friendly and helpful. I noticed many small attentions for the guests that I usually do not find elsewhere and that I appreciated a lot. I absolutely recommend it. I will come back!

The room and bathroom are spacious, very clean and equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. The breakfast includes everything: milk, coffee, fruit juices, yogurt, cookies, pastries, everything you could want. Even though it is packaged, there is really nothing to complain about! The room is located in a typical courtyard house, really nice! Very close to the Navigli and near many other attractions in Milan. The host, Biagio, is a pleasant and helpful person, always ready to give advice to make the stay in Milan better. It is also worth mentioning the possibility of booking parking for the entire duration of the stay.

It is my point of reference every time I come to Milan. Functional, clean, intimate and in a strategic position to move easily around the city. Unlike many bed and breakfasts, Biagio welcomes you in person, valuing human contact and making himself available for any eventuality. The welcome kit in the bathroom with toothbrush and toothpaste is also greatly appreciated. Last but not least, the breakfast with fruit, yogurt, jams and every kind of delicacy. Highly recommended, ten out of ten!

We had a great time. Comfortable room, complete with everything. Super comfortable bed. I forgot to ask you where you bought those super soft sheets! 😂 Plentiful breakfast and snacks, I really appreciated the fridge with drinks and disposable slippers. Biagio is a host that everyone would like to find upon their arrival. Kind, helpful, and very discreet. The apartment is well-kept with a rich breakfast selection. Everything is available and it's only a 10-minute metro ride from the Duomo. Highly recommended for those looking for a good value accommodation for a few nights in Milan.

The room is spacious and has all the comforts for a quiet stay in Milan. Excellent welcome from the owner, always available to meet the customer's needs. Excellent breakfast in terms of variety, quantity, and quality of the products offered. Everything is always very well taken care of with details that make your stay pleasant. We stayed one night at the B&B Primopiano. Extremely clean room, attention to detail, equipped with all comforts. Fresh fruit, drinks, milk, coffee, herbal teas, chocolates, water, various snacks were available! Close to the metro and a few minutes walk from the Navigli. Quiet and safe area even at night. The room has an independent entrance, which is very convenient for moving around in complete serenity even at night. The only very slight downside: the room has a door that directly adjoins Mr. Biagio's house (which he always keeps locked from the inside)... And this did not give us a complete sense of privacy. Overall, we had a very good experience and recommend it.

The details make the difference and this B&B meticulously takes care of the details. It makes you feel pampered with delicate refinement. The breakfast is varied and does not overlook anyone's tastes: soy milk, rice milk, cow's milk, fruit juices, yogurt, jam etc, for every taste and need. The rose on the shelf is a delicate welcome. Great structure. Good location, there is the possibility to park nearby, moreover it is right on the Navigli and close to the Metro. Good breakfast, already present in the room and provided with many things, only a bit of fruit could be added. Clean and fragrant room and bathroom. My partner Ilenia and I stayed at the Primopiano property owned by Mrs. Silvia who, along with her husband, Mr. Biagio, made us feel at home. The surface area of Primopiano is about 30 square meters, a large bedroom that opens after the hallway with the bathroom located on the left, all protected by a security door. A first-floor residence with a balcony - inner courtyard a short distance from the green M2 metro stop at Porta Genova and Porta Genova FS Station. Civic number 8 of Via Voghera, a small door near a workshop, 2 flights of stairs. Quiet area and about 200 meters from the Naviglio Alzaia Grande with all its numerous venues on both banks. The word that best describes the B&B is COMFORTABLE. For breakfast, there is a large table with 2 chairs, a fridge with a wide selection of drinks, fruit, pastries, espresso machine and tea, etc., bedroom with a large almost king-size bed equipped with 2 bedside tables, comfortable pillows, coat hanger, wardrobe, sofa, plasma TV, air conditioning, wifi, bathroom with a large shower, vertical heating, sink, bidet, bath linen, umbrella stand in the hallway with 2 umbrellas (just in case, our weekend was almost 20 degrees). I think I've written everything, I hope to be helpful to those who read my review. Highly recommended (being from Pescara, I have no interest in "inflating" this review also because I plan to return in the future), price for 2 days (check-in on Friday, check-out on Sunday) 160 euros (plus tourist tax).

Very comfortable structure, equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kindness of the owner is unique and she dedicates herself 100% to her guests in a very sweet and super attentive way. We really felt very pampered and above all at home. Perfect location, close to Porta Genova station and ideal for typical Milanese aperitifs, given the proximity to the Navigli. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back. The courtesy and efficiency of Mr. Biagio, the size and cleanliness of the accommodation are the strengths of this B&B. Not to mention the location and breakfast. The access to the structure stands out, old and poorly maintained, but this small drawback is not the fault of the owners.

I stayed two nights at Primopiano. Despite being located in a central area, just a few steps from the metro station, the silence and tranquility are absolute. The room is delightful, large, tastefully furnished, and full of light points. Comfortable bathroom and a terrace overlooking an inner courtyard. A gem is being able to have breakfast at your own pace, as the room has everything you need (fridge, pastries, small table, fruit juices, yogurt, various pods). Furthermore, the owners are very kind and discreet. For dog lovers, a little surprise.

I had the pleasure of spending a night in this B&B and I was really happy. The structure is in a great location, a stone's throw from Porta Genova station and the Navigli; the room is spacious, quiet, comfortable, and well air-conditioned. The breakfast served directly in the room is varied and plentiful, the owners are affable and helpful. Next time I'm in Milan, I will definitely come back!
