I stayed with Stefania and family for 20 days in May/June 2025 at Bollate. I was studying in downtown Milan and commuted each weekday. The experience was pleasant and I would stay again and would recommend it to people seeking a quiet and non expensive family-based place in Milan. The facilities were as described in Instagram etc so I will not repeat them here. The owner is very clear in her description about what is on offer. It is a B&B and not an AIRBAB. 12 Turati is not a chain in a hotel empire. This is a small family-based operation. Stefania will be your main contact and she manages the place. If you do not want that then stay somewhere else. Stefania is a terrific hostess/manager. She is a winner. Nothing in her ability to change or tailor or improve is too much trouble. On my first day she drove me to the station. Another day was wet so she again drove me to the station. Her husband and daughters and a small dog and a spoiled cat are also friendly. The house is heritage listed and this has pros and cons. Lovely marble stairs but air-conditioning is not allowed in heritage listed houses. Because the houses and the neighborhood are to be kept in the original historical perspective. This is a government rule. I asked Stefania about a better reading chair and a few other minor things and her response was to do all she could to accommodate my whims. You will have to get used to not having a key to the house as Stefania is very security conscious. In practice that was not a problem. I would signal to her and she would immediately appear to usher me in and out. Breakfast is the only meal provided and it is available 24 hours and has lots of options. However, it is a Continental breakfast so you should know about that before you go to Europe if this is your first time. Cooking is basic with toaster and microwave and coffee and tea. I often picked up a tailor made sandwich from one of the many local cafes and toasted it for supper. You will pass at least 3 such cafes on the 10 minute walk to the station. In summary, a lovely and friendly place to stay. I would return.

My Sweet Home feels like a little home. Stefania is a very lovely and polite person who takes care that her guests feel good. The rooms are very clean and cozy. It was a very nice stay and I recommend My Sweet Home very much.

Ms. Stefania takes care of the guests even before their arrival, being attentive in providing directions and useful information to ensure a truly problem-free stay. One has the pleasure of having, first and foremost, a human contact based on kindness, courtesy, and availability. I stayed here for three nights while moving around Milan, with the train station reachable on foot in a few minutes, the structure is in the city center, a residence with a lot of charm, enhanced by care and taste that impresses. The room was clean and tidied every day. The breakfast served in a room with the possibility of using a refrigerator, coffee machine, and microwave during the stay was excellent. Congratulations!

I stayed at the bnb My Sweet Home for two nights to attend a course. Located in a beautiful liberty-style villa, it is small, family-run, welcoming, and spotless. But what made the experience extraordinary was the presence of Stefania, a special hostess who took care of me as if I were an old friend. If I return to Bollate in the future, I will definitely return there. Thank you, Stefania!

I stayed here during the Homi Fashion event. The structure is comfortable, just 12 km from the fairgrounds. The price, considering the period, is fair. The owner, Stefania, is kind, caring, helpful, and attentive to needs. Some flaws in cleanliness and the lack of a bidet. The breakfast with packaged products clashes a bit with the structure and expectations. Overall, however, the judgment is sufficient.

Gentile Sig. De Martino, la ringrazio del suo feedback sulla sua esperienza nel mio Bed&Breakfast. Sono molto dispiaciuta che il suo soggiorno non sia stato soddisfacente. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia sono molto stupita, in quanto l'attenzione e la cura che metto nel mio lavoro sono la mia priorità per garantire massimi standard di pulizia e in 14 anni di attività è la prima volta, in ogni caso se qualcosa non andava bene poteva segnalarlo subito e avrei rimediato tempestivamente. La mancanza del bidet è dovuta alla dimensione del bagno che non lo permette e comunque dalle fotografie sul sito era visibile che non c'era. Un bed and breakfast non è un hotel, ma identifica un ospitalità che consta di pernottamento e colazione a pagamento in abitazioni private. Riguardo alla colazione non avendo l'HCPP, per legge, non posso fornire alimenti che non siano confezionati, questo comunque senza nulla togliere alla qualità della colazione con ampia scelta di prodotti senza coloranti, conservanti, BIO e naturali. Una precisazione, la struttura come riportato da Google Maps dista meno di 6 Km da Rho Fiera.

I stayed in this property for 10 days for work reasons, beautiful and attention to detail, well maintained, clean, tidy, excellent location. Stefania is the gem of the property because she is very sweet, very attentive to any kind of need and request, sometimes even too much because she breaks herself into a thousand pieces to satisfy any customer's request! She is wonderful. Do I recommend it? Absolutely yes! PS: Stefania enters the heart and never leaves!

Beautiful B&B, in a great location to reach Expo (reachable by car or bus) but also good location for the city of Milan, easily reachable by the railway link. Double room with a clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated bathroom. Stefania, the owner, is the added value of this structure. Available for advice and suggestions, she fully cares to make you enjoy your stay to the fullest. I would return.
