Well-maintained structure. Very helpful and "smart" manager. Strategic location with many services nearby: ATM, café/bakery for breakfast (not provided on-site), useful shops all around (groceries and others), gas stations and repair shops.

The owner is kind and welcoming. The bed and breakfast in general is kept very well, clean and tidy. For quality/price, I would have given 10 if breakfast had been included.

We arrived a bit early for the agreed time, but the owner was very kind in receiving us and very courteous in explaining what we could visit in the surroundings. The two booked rooms were clean and welcoming. I can highly recommend the Monticlaris.

Breakfast is not included but the owner provides water, milk, and some packaged snacks. In addition, she offers a coffee machine and a kettle for making tea/herbal teas. The property is very clean and well-kept. The owner is very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this property.
