We stayed only overnight, but what a wonderful place this was to stay. We arrived at 9 am from Australia, having flown for over 20 hours. Catherine met us at the accommodation and made us a tea and coffee, making us feel very welcome. She gave us some good information. Our room wasn't ready but we were able to leave our luggage and she put it in our room when ready. When we returned from our day out, our room was lovely and clean. It is right next to the tram line, which was a bit noisy at times, but would not deter me from staying there again. The beds were comfy as were the pillows. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. Again Catherine made us feel so welcome. I would definitely stay here again. The location was really convenient and close to the tram and train station.

The inside of this apartment was nicely done and very clean. However, it was not in the same location as the other apartments, which was not explained to me. It did not have any terrace or shared space as I was expecting and was in an area of the city that I felt uncomfortable as a young woman in alone.

Was also specify the area of the city (isola area), very popular with tourists because full of bars and restaurants (and named as the coolest area of the city by The new York Times). Very nice place, beautiful, clean, large room, great breakfast, the owner is very nice person. Lots of restaurants and markets options very close, ate the same block. 25 minutes walk to city center. Really recommend.

It was like staying in a magical tree house in the city. We would stay here again absolutely! The host and staff were always friendly and helpful. Fabio helped us navigate a train strike to make sure we were able to catch our train to Rome. The breakfast was simple but very tasty, and was ready at the times we requested. Since our train was very early, the staff dropped off yogurt and fruit the night before! The location was very close to transportation.

For us it was a perfect stay at LaFavia Milano. Fabio is a very friendly person and let us feel like home. The accommodation was absolutely amazing. Lovely quaint B&B on the edge of Milan’s Chinatown. Tram stop right outside and short walk from Train station and Metro. Fabio was a charming host who provided lots of information and tips on how to enjoy the city. The rooms are beautifully decorated, we stayed in a terrace room which had an outside sitting area and a small but well-designed kitchen area. With a 2-ring hob, microwave, and small fridge. The breakfast was self-service for cereal and fruit. You can pick the night before if you want a cold meat platter, boiled eggs, or scrambled egg and bacon all beautifully served and tasty but not large portions.

Good value B&B just to the north of central Milan. Nice clean rooms really nicely decorated with good size comfortable beds and nice bathroom with walk in shower. The host Fabio met us on arrival and showed us the rooms and breakfast area. There is a nice garden area where you can sit and relax or eat breakfast weather permitting. Breakfast is made to order and good quality. There is a Nespresso machine available to use 24 hours and tea making facilities. There is a tram stop right outside the door with routes 2 & 4 serving the Duomo, Cadorna station and the castle Sforzesco and Sempione Park. Metro station Monumentale is only a couple of minutes walk away so anywhere within central Milan’s easily accessible. Lots of useful information provided by Fabio and maps and leaflets available. Would recommend this B&B and would gladly stay again.

Fabio and his team provided us with a great B&B. The room was not the largest we have ever stayed in, but the location and facilities were superb. Fabio was a great host giving us dining and sightseeing suggestions. Each morning Catherine had our delicious breakfast ready, and there were plenty of choices! My wife is gluten-free and they had no problems providing lots of choices. The location is great, not far from Garibaldi station, and the room is very secure. Highly recommended.

Handy location, a short stroll from Porta Garibaldi station (with regular trains to and from Malpensa airport, and also connected to the metro network); and there is a nearby tram line too. It's also within easy walking distance of the Castello Sforzesco and Parco Sempione, Pinacoteca di Brera, Cimitero Monumentale, etc. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Friendly and helpful owner and staff. Nice breakfast selection. Stylishly decorated. Would happily stay again!

Fabio, Anna and Katherine went out of their way to answer our questions, provide recommendations and accommodate our requests. The entrance door does not look “inviting” but once inside the property was very nice. We had the apartment on the top floor. We had to walk up one flight of stairs (not a problem for us) but some may object. Our major complaint was the poor water pressure in our apartment and the variability of water temperature while taking a shower. Otherwise, the apartment was great! We would definitely stay again on a return visit to Milan. A clean, well situated property; Fabio was an excellent host.

La Favia Four Rooms is nestled among many bushes and trees, which gives it a nice change from the street in this area. Good tram service on the same street to reach the City Center and the Duomo area. Inexpensive BnB.

My wife and I spent 4 nights in Fabio's perfect B&B and we enjoyed the time. The room we had was spacious and very clean, the sheets on the beds are of super quality and the mattresses are comfortable. The terrace is a perfect place to have your breakfast on a sunny morning and to relax with a glass after a long sightseeing day in the city. The B&B is also located in a neighborhood with easy access to public transportation (tram and train). There are also many good restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again when coming to Milan.

Thank you very much Fabio for a wonderful stay and we would most likely stay at LaFavia again should we come to Milan in the future. The rooms were excellent - different from other accommodations in the city and well-designed. The only change I would make would be to have slightly more selection at breakfast time and / or fresh fruits but everything that was served at breakfast was great.

Visiting Milan partly for the Expo but also for its many interesting sights, we chose La Favia4rooms because it suited our needs in regard of location. We liked it very much because of its special atmosphere, its beautifully designed rooms and also because Fabio did a very good job at feeling us welcome. Breakfast was a treat, fresh and tasty and not just the typical Italian style. We will definitely be back!

We had a pleasant stay, the rooms are very nice and well-maintained, the breakfast was very good, freshly squeezed orange juice, warm toast, fresh cake of the day. The welcome was very friendly and offered good advice for visiting Milan. The location is quite convenient, either by metro or on foot. A general thumbs up for this bed & breakfast at a reasonable price considering the quality.

It's an address to remember and recommend to anyone going to discover Milan. An interior where delicacy and harmony of colors and objects intersect. As for the tranquility of the garden (exceptional in the middle of the city), it's nice to have breakfast between shadows and lights, and once again served with very special attention. The choice of the location is excellent as it is located in the northern part of Milan while still being central, a 1/2 hour by metro from the Furniture Fair, delightful, very warm welcome, you feel so good, just look at the photos everything is charming and refined, the neighborhood is very lively, thank you again and well done, we will recommend you.

This facility is well thought out, nothing is missing. Sufficient storage space in the bathroom, good wardrobe with mirror, comfortable bed. It lacks a bit of patina, but still the apartment is charming. The courtyard is fantastic.

Very well organized, always someone available, good location description with photos. In the kitchen there is a stove, refrigerator, toaster, microwave. Also coffee, tea, oil, salt and pepper are available. In the bedroom there is a desk with lighting and books. Everything very clean and beautiful.

The accommodation is very unique and every detail in the rooms is carefully chosen. The conversation with Fabio was smooth. The ladies at breakfast were delightful. As promised, the rooms in the backyard were also quiet. What could be improved are the showers in the backyard rooms - glass showers instead of curtains would be nice! The tram passes in front of the house directly into the city. Unfortunately, there were strong thunderstorms at night and we had to switch to the metro, which is also only 2 minutes away. Parking garage was also just around the corner (20 euros per night).

We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very helpful. The garden terrace is very nice. The rooms facing the street are unfortunately very loud, as the tram stops right in front of the window. The city center can be reached with a 15-minute walk. Nearby, local restaurants are open in the evenings.

Excellent place, the location, the accessibility to the metro and other transports is very good, along the street where the hotel is located, some tram lines pass by that go to the center and to the station, the service is excellent and they are very friendly, without hesitation I would stay again at LaFavia.

The accommodation is great. It is decorated with great taste. Fabio is charming and the girls who served us during breakfast as well. The room is very nice and the bedding is of great quality. The location is not exactly in the center, but it is very well connected by metro and tram (in 15 min). The only downside to our room is that, being in the hall, everything could be heard. But since there was only one more room on the same floor as ours, it was not a big inconvenience. Highly recommended.

I stayed for two days and I had a great time. The two-room apartment, small but very cozy and clean, is located near the metro. Despite being close to Garibaldi station, it is very quiet. Surely they have gained another customer.

We came to give our children a night in the facility they saw in their favorite program: LaFavia. We are a simple family used to the home exchange network, and a 4-star hotel intimidated us, but when we arrived at LaFavia we immediately felt welcomed and treated very well. We really liked the structure, in particular we appreciated the design elements inserted in each room. A special thanks also for putting an extra bed in the children's room, and for keeping our luggage after check out. We would like to come even in the in-between seasons, because the heat prevented us from fully appreciating Milan. We forgot to have a tarot reading!

The B&B La Favia is an excellent choice for short and long stays in Milan. The structure is nice, tastefully furnished and close to the center. Mrs. Anna was very kind and welcoming. B&B consigliatissimo, fin da quando siamo arrivati io e la mia ragazza abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità di Fabio, che ci ha persino stampato i biglietti dell'expo che avevamo sull'email. La colazione è abbondante e genuina, ho apprezzato anche che ci ha chiesto il giorno prima cosa volessimo per colazione in modo da evitare stupidi sprechi di cibo. Insomma bello, accogliente, lo consiglio!

Struttura eccezionale nel centro di Milano non pensavo esistesse un posto così bello e curato nei particolari. Ci si sente come a casa ma respirando le atmosfere dei luoghi da cui provengono gli oggetti che arredano il B&B passione e ospitalità dei titolari sono al di sopra di ogni aspettativa lo consiglio vivamente!

La recentissima ristrutturazione è stata fatta con molta cura buon gusto e attenzione ai particolari. L'accoglienza del gestore è ottima. Fabio è attento alle esigenze degli ospiti senza essere mai invadente. La colazione merita una menzione speciale poiché è possibile richiedere ciò che si desidera dalla sera prima e la mattina si troverà tutto ben disposto nella bella veranda. La colazione spazia da spremuta di vere arance a torta fatta in casa a brioches di pasticceria. In ultimo ma non meno importante la posizione che permette anche a donne sole di stare fuori e rientrare in tranquillità.
