Excellent location. Everything is within walking distance from the accommodation. Close to a train station (which we did not use) and the funicular to Brunate (which was not in service during our stay). The room was very clean and pleasant. We appreciated the small gesture of the bottle of Prosecco. Nothing to fault about the room and the bathroom. Nothing was missing. The breakfast is very adequate; in my opinion, it could use more savory options. There was no physical reception, but communications were cordial. Very clear directions to access the room and recommendations on things to see, things to do and suggested restaurants. I highly recommend it.

Grazie della bellissima recensione. Come precisato nelle nostre condizioni, serviamo una tipica,abbondante colazione all'italiana che non prevede cibi salati. Il servizio funicolare era sospeso per manutenzione ma sostituito da servizio bus.
