Very distinctive is the "on the balcony corridor" location of this little house, which is in a very quiet and peaceful area of the city. The immediate proximity to the metro stop and to all essential services — bars, tobacconists, supermarket — is a central strength of the property. Colorful furnishings, clean spaces and above all a host who welcomes you with great courtesy, kindness and a smile that makes you feel at home immediately.

The apartment is a real gem: well cared for down to the smallest detail. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming, and we immediately felt at home. The location is excellent and the host was very kind and helpful.
