If you wish to explore the city of Como and its wonderful lake, Casa di Ale is the perfect place for families or even for work groups who need a quiet place, surrounded by greenery, with large spaces and all comforts. Close to the city of Como, just 30 minutes from Milan and Lugano. The house offers 4 double bedrooms with air conditioning, three bathrooms, a large kitchen and a living room directly overlooking a private garden equipped with a BBQ area. Getting to Ale's house is simple and there is no need to buy basic necessities in both the kitchen and bathroom. The outdoor spaces offer convenient free parking and wi-fi. Directly from the house it is possible to walk in our private valley or go and explore the adjacent areas by bicycle. The new private solarium makes it ideal for organizing parties and receptions.

Ale's house provides coffee, tea, sugar, and milk. There's no need to buy bottled water, as there's a tap that provides purified still and sparkling water. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes everything you need for cooking (various condiments) and cleaning (detergents).

We had an amazing time with my family discovering Como and Milan thanks to this place. Spacious, comfortable, calm, close to Como’s lake and the train to Milan. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting to discover this beautiful region. Not to mention Ale is a very thoughtful host, and gave us amazing advice to make the most of our time there.

The structure is beautiful, both in terms of location with a beautiful terrace overlooking the lake, and in terms of interiors. It is clean and welcoming. Ale is fantastic, helpful, and kind. The quality-price ratio is excellent. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended!
