I appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom and the overall atmosphere of the neighborhood, which had a warm, homely feeling. That said, my experience was affected by some communication issues, possibly due to a busy or stressful day. The room I was assigned did not appear to be fully prepared upon arrival, as the bedsheets had not been changed from the previous occupant. While this may have been an exception, clean bedding is a basic expectation for any stay. There was also some confusion regarding breakfast. The listing mentioned that breakfast was included, but no details were provided about what it consists of or how it is arranged. In the morning, when there was no breakfast available, I was told that croissants could be brought if requested, but this was not communicated in advance. This created a sense of inconsistency in how the service was provided. The host was friendly and responsive, which I appreciated. However, clearer communication about what is included and ensuring consistent preparation across guests would make the experience more reliable and transparent.

Super friendly people; they even phoned me to explain the shortcut on foot to and from the airport (15-minute smooth walk). It's a basic but convenient B&B. Isabel and her enthusiastic mama do everything to make you feel comfortable. I will certainly go back when I need to fly to or from Bergamo airport.

We had a lovely stay here! Isabella was an amazing host, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The house itself is very clean, and the location is perfect for being near the airport. We were able to walk there in just half an hour. The breakfast was also very nice; she had a lot of food to choose from and let us use the kitchen freely. She also made sure we knew exactly how to arrive and how to get back to the airport. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything, Isabella.

Very good stay, everything very clean, spacious and tidy, good decoration and good services, we stayed for one night, but if we had known, it would have been two. The manager Isabella helped us with everything in a very kind way, thank you very much for everything, hope to see you again!!

Terrible experience, even worse reception: the room is cold, without chairs or similar, and you have to put everything on the floor. The bathroom is in the corridor. The lady does not hand over the keys (outer gate, house front door, apartment door "she opens when you ring" and bedroom door). I strongly recommend that anyone avoid such an experience.

Close to the airport, it is possible to walk. The host waited for me; my flight arrived late. Breakfast is included. I recommend it.
