Beautiful room with en-suite bathroom. Very clean and very quiet. Well located, 3 minutes from Sondrio metro station and 6 minutes from the central station. I stayed for 8 nights but did not meet the manager, Laura, except upon arrival and departure. On the day of departure, you can leave your luggage in the common room for as long as needed, which is very much appreciated. Breakfast is not prepared on-site. You can make your own coffee (very good) or tea. Packaged pastries, fruit juice boxes, and spreads are available (all very basic). However, you can choose to have breakfast at a nearby café.\n\nAnd that's better! You can choose a coffee, espresso or long, or a cappuccino, and two homemade pastries, very good. However, it's a bit limited: no additional bread. Too bad! That being said, I had a very pleasant stay in Milan staying at 'Il Cortiletto'.

Perfect B&B, close to Milan Central Station. Perfect and spotless room like the rest of the house, equipped with every comfort, fridge, kitchen to use. Laura is also very kind and very nice. I will definitely use it as a base the next times I come back to Milan.

Ms. Laura is very kind and helpful, the room is nice, the apartment is cute with a nice bathroom and a spacious kitchen. We used the triple room with a double bed and a single bed and the bathroom outside the room. In the adjacent room to ours with an ensuite bathroom, there was another guest, but each room is equipped with a key. It's a bit difficult to park, but with a little patience, you can find a place for the car. Convenient to the metro, red line that takes you to the Duomo in 5 stops and to the stations.

Small bed and breakfast with two rooms: one with an attached bathroom and the other with a bathroom outside. Useful fully equipped kitchen if one wants to cook something. Clean environment and the girl managing the bed and breakfast was very kind and friendly. If I return to Milan, I know where to go.

Apartment on the first floor in the center, 2 minutes from the tram stop and 5 from the metro. I found everything clean and tidy, with functioning air conditioning, TV, fast wifi, and private bathroom. Maybe it's not clear from the ad, but the apartment consists of a double room, a room with an en-suite bathroom, another bathroom, and a living room. The reservation concerns the room: you can choose the one with the en-suite bathroom or the other one with the bathroom in the next room (you pass through the hallway); in both cases, the living room with the kitchen is shared. The host is nice and helpful, gave us some tips and let us stay past the checkout time. Recommended!

We were very satisfied, in terms of cleanliness and hospitality I would say it was excellent, a pity that there was a lack of some things like napkins and coffee pods, and a bottle opener, but these are negligible details. Overall I would say we had a nice impression, beautiful and welcoming house, warm, beautiful interior design, nice interior design! Clean and bright, safe at night and very quiet!

I stayed for a day, I chose it for its proximity to the station. The place is very clean and welcoming, the room is large and nice. Laura is very hospitable and helpful. If I were to return to Milan, I will definitely go back to them.

Apartment consisting of 2 bedrooms, ours had the private bathroom but not in the room, you had to cross a corridor to reach it and this is not clearly indicated neither on the website nor in the subsequent emails with the manager. Comfortable room. The shower water was sometimes hot and cold even though no one was using other water at that time. Heating on schedule, I don't know if it was autonomous or communal, but in the morning at 8 the radiator was turned off, so cold, not the best with a child. To be checked. Dirty kitchen and fridge. Clean bathroom and room. We obviously opted for breakfast at the bar, sufficient.\n\nI point out that the third bed for my daughter added 30 euros to the website price, warned but I would say excessive, considering that the breakfast at the bar is essential.

Gentile cliente, mi dispiace molto se il soggiorno non è stato soddisfacente. Sul sito è indicata la camera Red Rose come camera matrimoniale con bagno privato esterno ma ad uso esclusivo. La colazione era possibile farla bel soggiorno a self service con prodotti confezionati oppure al bar. Il riscaldamento è automatico su 22 gradi, nel bagno c’è anche uno scaldino elettrico a disposizione. Farò controllare l’acqua calda ora che l’ha fatto notare. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia della cucina e frigorifero purtroppo è una zona comune e magari per la fretta alcuni clienti hanno trascurato la pulizia, staremo più attenti. Mi scuso ancora. Cordiali saluti.

I recommend this place which is extremely well located. Very close to the center with the M3 yellow Sondrio metro, near the station (1 stop or within walking distance) for connections (airport transfers). Well-furnished apartment, clean room and very comfortable and large bathroom. Kindness of the owner and her daughter. Availability to deposit luggage in advance at check-in and after check-out. Choice of breakfast with a meal voucher at the bar in front (acceptable quality) or inside the structure. I regret that the breakfast available in the kitchen is a bit poor. With a little investment (economic and time), it could offer its customers something more genuine, attractive. It would be the icing on the cake that would make the B&B a perfect place. (A square bread roll with toasted bread, mini portions of butter, jam, chocolate, orange juice pack, a yogurt or a fresh fruit, it takes little to make something great could also ask for the choice of products at the time of booking if it wants to avoid waste). However, I enjoyed my stay and will gladly return to you. Greetings from Belgium.

I stayed at this Bed and Breakfast for only one night, but I can still express a judgment and it is extremely positive. The positive aspects include the cleanliness of the room and the entire structure in general, the proximity to Milano Centrale station, the quietness (at night you can't hear anything despite the highly populated area), and the kindness of Mrs. Chica, a very helpful person. Regarding breakfast, I confirm the choice between the one provided in the internal kitchen or the one at a affiliated bar in front of the structure, using a specific voucher. I recommend those with similar needs to mine to rely on this structure.

Chose this place because it's very close to the central station. Very nice, clean, and well-kept. The owner is friendly, discreet, and helpful. I stayed here for one night, passing through with my 10-year-old daughter. Abundant breakfast (including milk) eaten in a lovely kitchen area available. Alternatively, you could get a voucher for the bar. I highly recommend it.

Everything was excellent and the location, although not central, is still convenient to all services; it is in fact very close to the train station and the metro. We took a double room with an additional bed for children and the accommodation was satisfying, we used the kitchenette in the apartment to have lunch and dinner. Breakfast was to our liking, even for the little ones. We will return.

The B&B is located about 10 minutes on foot from the Central Station, in a quiet and low-traffic area. Right in front of the apartment there is also the police station. The apartment, excellently furnished and clean, has two rooms. We stayed in a double room, with a bathroom reserved for us just a few meters from the room. For breakfast, we chose the bar option, where we had a good cappuccino and pastries. The owner, Riu Chica, proved to be kind and understanding, even though we had slightly exceeded the check-out time.
