Very friendly and helpful host, quick check-in and autonomous check-out. Spacious room, clean and with new furnishings, the bathroom as well. Everything necessary and even more is provided. Outside the center but convenient to reach easily by car. Only downside: there is no parking immediately outside the property.

We had an excellent welcome. The self-service breakfast in the room or on the balcony is very relaxing. The homemade pastries are delicious. Very clean.

We had a really pleasant stay at this B&B. The property is very beautiful and well-kept, and above all, very clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom equipped with a perfect bathtub to relax after a day out. The breakfast was a special moment: simple but delicious, with homemade sweets that won us over. A special thanks to Francesco, the owner, always available, kind, and attentive to every need. We would gladly return!

Great facility, well-kept and full of small attentions that always please a guest.

Environment recently renovated, all clean and in working order. In the bathroom I would add some hooks for towels and I really hope that the air conditioning arrives... the second half of August was like an oven without it! The street parking is close and convenient. If you wish, there is a bar on the other side of the street and also an artisanal gelateria. Very, very pleasant and helpful managers, congratulations and thank you.

The location of the property is strategic for those who want to visit Varese, Lake Varese, Lake Maggiore and the islands. If you plan to leave the car and take walks in the surroundings, this is not the place for you. Cleaning and top services, all new interiors, attention to detail and nothing is left to chance. The breakfast you find in the room is very rich. The owner Mr. Francesco is very kind and very helpful, gives excellent advice on routes to take and where to eat. Congratulations indeed!

Excellent structure. I booked for one night. The room is very well-kept and clean. The owner is a kind and very helpful person. I recommend it.

Kindness, courtesy, cleanliness in a completely new environment and attention to detail at an excellent price. Definitely recommended.

Owner very kind and helpful, everything perfectly clean. Only downside the parking and the bathroom outside the room. Otherwise very satisfied.

Quiet place without noises, close to the lake, kind and helpful owner also willing to provide tourist information... I will definitely come back.
