Great stay within walking distance of the Navigli. Proximity to the train station (University Boccioni) really came in handy when going to the Santagiulia Arena. The room was spacious and was cleaned regularly, although the shower stall in the bathroom was a tight squeeze. Breakfast mainly consisted of packaged pastries, along with some fruit. Overall, the stay was very good value for money.

Truly a home away from home! Mrs. Antonella and Mr. Fab are kind, considerate, and very helpful. The accommodations were impeccable. It was the cleanest facility I have ever been in! The location was perfect for visiting Bocconi, the Duomo, and all of Milan. I hope to stay here every time I visit!

The charming hosts provided everything one could wish for. Extremely comfortable beds in the beautifully furnished room, which is serviced daily and includes new towels. Quiet in a lovely area close to the tram and the city centre. Many items are offered for breakfast, including an espresso machine to make espresso. I give it a 10-plus and will stay there when I next visit Milan.

Fastinn Home is the ideal place for your stay in Milano if you want a quiet, safe and immaculate clean place. The location is perfect. Many walking distance stores and eateries. Signora Antonella Fastinn goes well beyond her duties to help and I am very grateful for everything. I travel alone so I am picky. Many five star hotels I use for work travel are not so clean and quiet. Grazie mille to Fastinn Home. Yes, I highly recommend this business.

It was a lovely stay there, the room was big enough and the amenities were all nice. The hosts, a lovely Italian couple, were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was rich, we had everything we needed. Lots of water bottles were very nice gestures. Vintage design of the room was very cosy. Recommended.

The stay was globally excellent. The host is very friendly and ready to make your stay enjoyable with nice amenities. The rooms are nice and cosy and super clean. The apartment is well located, 30 minutes walks from the city center. I suggest testing restaurants and bars around the Navigli area, far from the crowded city center. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very clean. Fair price. The coffee in the room was good, but the breakfast is just a bunch of packaged processed sweets. That is my only complaint and it doesn't matter at all since you can walk down the street and find a good coffee and brioche on every corner! I would stay here again.

Nice neighborhood location, the street was not too busy with a farmers market just outside the door and a park across the street. Very friendly host and nice room. We walked to the Navigli grande area in about 10-15 minutes and caught the street and/or walked to the Duomo area. Packaged breakfast/tea time goodies were nice.

A super nice and clean bed and breakfast not so far away from the centre, with easy access to downtown by public transport (or even on foot). The hosts are very kind and available to answer all questions. Highly recommended bed and breakfast, I will also choose this place next time when I am in Milan.

It is a room with an ensuite. The owner lives right in the next room. There is not enough space in the shower if you are above medium built. Everything else was very clean and neat. Just be mindful it is a very tight space. Good for people with carry-on luggage who just want to sleep overnight. The host was super friendly. You need to pay an extra tax when you get there.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fastinn Home Bocconi Navigli. It was super clean, the hosts were sweet and very accommodating, and the location is very close to public transport so it’s easy to get to the city center. Definitely recommend this place if you’re staying in Milan.

Breakfast food was great and tea and coffee. But if you don't eat cookies and bread, you need to think about cafes around and shops to get something you eat for breakfast.

The room and location suited my purposes perfectly. I was traveling by myself and it was located near my family. I was really happy to have a private bathroom. Milan is very expensive, so I was glad to have found this place. The hosts were very warm and friendly. They also helped me a great deal by carrying my luggage up the stairs because I had a cast and crutches. The room was exceptionally clean.

Lovely room with convenient private bathroom. Super close to the canal and a multitude of restaurants and bars. The room itself is stylish and comfortable. We slept like babies. Antonella has been a great host, welcoming and made sure we had everything we need and found the property easily. 10/10 would highly recommend for a stay in Milano and come back again.

It was a very nice and clean place to stay, as the location is strategically located near the metro and well served by the tram, also close to Bocconi University. I will highly recommend it as the owners were friendly and really helpful with every question and problem I had.

Comfortable room, small but it was very good for one night. Host welcoming and helpful. Breakfast served under plastic, as unfortunately is often the case in Italy, with not much space in the room. Real coffee cups would have been appreciated. Very well located to enjoy the Navigli district and the atmosphere by the canals. About a 30-minute walk from the Duomo. A bit more complicated to get to the central station (taxis are expensive).

We greatly appreciated our stay: very friendly welcome, nice pleasant and well-decorated room, quiet environment while being close to a shopping street and the many restaurants along the canals. Breakfast is provided and is quite ample, but only with packaged food (maybe it's the rule in Italy? We noticed this in several guesthouses).

Very pleasant stay at Antonella's who provided us with a lot of information about places to visit both in Milan and in the surroundings. Wonderful accommodation in a beautifully restored historic building. The location is great, as you can quickly reach the tourist hotspots in the center. However, strolling along the canal with the wonderful flea markets, cafés, restaurants, and bars is very pleasant and we preferred that. Highly recommended, as we were very well taken care of by the owners who were available for any questions. On our next trip to Milan, we will gladly come back.

I had the pleasure of staying at this B&B in Milan in the Tibaldi area and the experience was truly very positive. The environment is comfortable and well cared for, with impeccable cleanliness that is noticeable from the very first moment. The bed is extremely comfortable and the decor is tasteful, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The food station is well stocked and offers everything needed to start the day off right. A special thanks goes to Mr. Fabrizio and Mrs. Antonella, two truly delightful and always helpful people, who make the stay even more pleasant with their kindness. If you go to Milan I absolutely recommend it: it is also very well connected and you can easily reach the city center in a few minutes.

Excellent stay in Milan. The area of the property is quiet and central, perfect if you do not want to be in the hustle and bustle of Milan. The staff is really very friendly and helpful. The room is truly stunning with everything you need and the cleanliness is really excellent. A truly pleasant stay, I will definitely return.

The room is located in a well-kept, tidy and quiet building. Very close to Bocconi University, it is well connected to the city center by several trams, the stop for line 15 is a few minutes' walk away and takes you to the Duomo in 10 minutes. Recommended.

We stayed at this B&B with our 3-month-old baby and they were very kind in preparing everything we needed for our stay. Excellent breakfast corner, with both sweet and savory snacks and all the necessary to make hot coffee and tea. With a short walk you can visit the Navigli and in about half an hour on foot you can reach the Duomo. Very kind and helpful managers! We definitely recommend it!

I stayed in this property for one night with 3 friends. We booked 2 double rooms. The apartment is located in a beautiful building, easily accessible by metro and bus (very punctual!). The rooms are tastefully furnished and welcoming. The cleanliness is impeccable. There is a breakfast corner in the room with everything you need (moka pot, kettle, coffee, tea and herbal teas, packaged biscuits and snacks). In the hallway, there is a fridge available to guests, stocked with water, fruit juices, and plant-based milks. Mrs. Antonella and her husband are lovely and helpful people. The quality-price ratio is excellent. We were really satisfied.

Pleasantly surprised by this small but well-equipped bed and breakfast. The lady is very helpful and caring, the location is perfect just a short walk from the tram to get to the Duomo area, while you can easily walk to the Navigli. The area is very quiet with a park right in front of the window. Breakfast is packaged but available and accessible at any time of the day, very convenient especially to have something to drink not only at breakfast but always. I stayed for 3 nights and we really enjoyed it... like at home!

Saying excellent is really an understatement! I would say superlative! Managed to perfection by husband and wife who are super kind! We found the B&B to be of a certainly good overall standard, comfortable and equipped with various amenities, located in a nice area and well connected. The welcome we received was very courteous and helpful. However, I would rethink the breakfast, which could be improved both in terms of food and, in particular, regarding eating in the room, which is not very comfortable to be honest.

Having to stay as close as possible to the Bocconi University where my daughter studies, I found the b&b to be in an excellent strategic position. The structure is very clean and welcoming in an elegant setting where you can breathe a certain charm of antiquity. I didn't feel far from home at all, thanks also and above all to the warm hospitality of Mrs. Antonella, a lady of courteous grace and enveloping warmth, caring and affable. I highly recommend it. Kindness and quality are the cornerstones of this establishment. I had the opportunity to stay at the Fastinn Home Bocconi Navigli for three nights. The property is strategically located, close to bus and tram stops. Nearby there are also many shops and a supermarket. Breakfast is served in the room and truly nothing is missing. Everything is taken care of in the smallest details, the rooms are cleaned every day, as are the towels that are changed daily. Mrs. Antonella is available and kind. The building where the establishment is located is truly very beautiful and historic. Favorite establishment in Milan so far.

The Bed and Breakfast is cozy, in a convenient location and well served by public transport. The room is very clean and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The bathroom is extremely clean. Due to Covid restrictions, breakfast must be enjoyed in the room, where everything needed is provided: coffee machine, milk and water kettle, tea, milk, cookies, rusks, and more. The real added value of this fantastic structure, located in an old building in the center, is definitely Antonella, the courtesy and elegance personified. Before leaving, we thought, nothing happens by chance. A bit like the search for this B&B. We stayed for two nights at this property, attracted by the positive reviews. L'antico Palazzo dove si trova il nostro B&B, costruito dagli Invernizzi Crespi Falciano negli anni 30, come ha potuto ammirare ha un meraviglioso ampio giro-scala a forma di diamante con le ringhiere il ferro battuto e sarebbe un vero peccato rovinarlo con un moderno orribile ascensore. Per fortuna siamo al primo piano, e pare che salire giornalmente qualche gradino faccia bene al cuore!

I stayed at Antonella and Fabrizio's Bed and Breakfast last week and it felt like stepping into grandma's house. The building is very beautiful. The apartment and the room are carefully furnished; family furniture, fragrant towels, kettle and herbal teas available in the room, very comfortable bed. Everything exceptionally clean, in a warm and slightly messy environment, like a house lived with love. Antonella and Fabrizio are very pleasant people, with whom it is a pleasure to chat, while they prepare a good and well-served breakfast. In the morning comes Venere, a beautiful sweet and playful dog. Then there are those who come in and go out - a daughter, a friend, the neighbor... like in a house.

Superlative! But which five-star hotel? This B&B is more! It's superlative! In a historic building in one of the coolest areas of Milan, you will find so much "class" in the furnishings, attention to detail, meticulous cleanliness, linen scented with flowers, a very warm and soft king bed, all kinds of herbal teas in the room, and a spectacular breakfast served with a finesse of yesteryear. But the added value of this place is the owners: Antonella and Fabrizio. Two wonderful people! Friendly, helpful, attentive to every need, they really make you feel at home. A trip with our son for study reasons turned into a very pleasant stay, and when returning to Milan, we will certainly know where to come. Thank you from the heart, Antonella and Fabrizio! The room is on the first floor of a beautiful 1930s building. It is equipped with every comfort, spacious and bright. On the antique dresser, in addition to the TV, there was a kettle and a tray with porcelain cups and tea of every flavor. In the hallway, you will find a small fridge stocked with 1-liter water bottles that you can always take included in the room rate. Extremely comfortable bed and you don't hear any noise. What we will remember from our stay are: Antonella, a pleasant person to listen to with whom we shared moments of cultural exchange and Milanese anecdotes, the scent of the room and the linen that accompanied us throughout the weekend. And then the feeling of home (especially during breakfasts) that slows down the rhythms of the mind and leaves you with the desire to return. Highly recommended.

Antonella and Fabrizio, husband and wife, are two splendid people. A truly welcoming atmosphere and great availability. The structure is very beautiful, everything is extremely clean. The decor is elegant and comfortable. The breakfast moment is stunning, with beautiful porcelain, toast, 5 choices of jams, cookies, and brioche; it felt like being with family. The lady explained to us where to go, what to see, and which means of transportation to use. The structure is very close to the center. A truly pleasant stay, to be repeated.

I stayed only 1 night in this accommodation and there is only one word to describe the B&B: fantastic. Great location and easily accessible by both walking and public transport, very close to the Navigli and Bocconi. The managers are exquisite and caring people, attentive to the needs of their guests, I felt at home. The room was very clean, the possibility to use the wifi provided by the managers, very good breakfast, rich in choice and abundant. I highly recommend it to those who need to stay in Milan, moreover, the city center is easily reachable. I have been to many B&Bs in different cities in Italy, with not always beautiful experiences, this time instead I felt very good. Congratulations.

Beautiful building in '900 style, magnificent visual impact already from the atrium, in a spacious lobby with staircase trumpet to photograph. The apartment is very well-kept in cleanliness and in the furnishings of the rooms and bed linens. Our stay was comfortable, having been able to use the internal parking of the building, made available to us by the courteous and helpful owners. Breakfast served in a very pleasant dining room was served with class and elegance, and was abundant and varied. The proximity to the metro and the center is an added value. We spent just right, but very little compared to a hotel of equivalent position and services.

It's been a year since I met Antonella's B&B and many times in this difficult period of my life and my family's life we have had the opportunity (and will still have) to go to her. A nice person, beautiful on the outside but especially on the inside, full of those human values that very few have; sensitive, welcoming, discreet, helpful, affectionate, and intelligent. Great place, indoor parking for cars, elegant breakfast for the view and delicious and plentiful for the palate, courtesy and warmth of the managers, beautiful furnishings and top cleanliness. We were greeted with great courtesy. The structure has an excellent location, just steps from Bocconi, the Navigli and very close to the center. The room is spacious, well cared for in detail. The only flaw is the small shower. I will definitely go back because I really enjoyed myself.

Truly excellent, everything. Located in a quiet and peaceful area, easily reachable. For me it was a wonderful stay. A beautiful and comfortable environment. The room is beautiful, elegant, the linen of high quality, everything works and everything is carefully designed to make the stay perfect. Nothing is missing, even tissues, hand soap in a nice container. The cleanliness is impeccable, the room and the bathroom are cleaned daily with towel changes. The atmosphere created by the owner Antonella makes you feel at home but with the comfort of a 4-star hotel, pampered and served at the top. An elegant breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice served by Mrs. Antonella, always very kind, helpful and friendly, really makes you start the day well. I travel a lot for work and I often stay in 4-star hotels so I have experience to compare. I must say that this B&B is really excellent! I will gladly return and I also recommend it to the most demanding.

We are two girls from Rome and we stayed at Fastinn Home from 13/03 to 15/03. What can I say, it's like feeling at home, starting from the owner, Mrs. Antonella, who with her kindness and cordiality did not let us miss anything! She even illustrated how to visit the city in a day, trying to see as much as possible the areas that characterize it. The structure is well located, with a 20-minute walk you reach the historic center and a few steps you can enjoy the Milanese nightlife at the Navigli, so great I would say! The Bed and Breakfast is very clean and welcoming and the breakfast seems like one for dolls for how it is cared for in the smallest details! Long live the Fastinn Home and we will definitely be back.
