ALTHOUGH THE COVID EMERGENCY IS PARTIALLY ENDED, WE PREFER NOT TO SERVE THE BRAKFAST IN OUR COMMON BREAKFAST ROOM. TO ALLOW OUR CUSTOMERS TO BE ABLE TO HAVE BREAKFAST INSIDE THE B&B, we have equipped each room with its own Breakfast Station consisting of an electric coffee maker with everything needed for Guests to prepare breakfast, with coffee and milk, biscuits, rusks and single-serving jams and also a kettle with everything needed to prepare hot milk, tea and herbal teas. Sealed bottles of water, white and brown sugar, teaspoons and disposable glasses complete the breakfast station.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fastinn Home Bocconi Navigli. It was super clean, the hosts were sweet and very accommodating, and the location is very close to public transport so it’s easy to get to the city center. Definitely recommend this place if you’re staying in Milan.

Breakfast food was great and tea and coffee. But if you don't eat cookies and bread, you need to think about cafes around and shops to get something you eat for breakfast.

The room and location suited my purposes perfectly. I was traveling by myself and it was located near my family. I was really happy to have a private bathroom. Milan is very expensive, so I was glad to have found this place. The hosts were very warm and friendly. They also helped me a great deal by carrying my luggage up the stairs because I had a cast and crutches. The room was exceptionally clean.

Fantastic stay! Provided free water and snacks which were much appreciated. Very close to the canal and restaurants! Antonella and her husband were very kind and offered recommendations that were amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely room with convenient private bathroom. Super close to the canal and a multitude of restaurants and bars. The room itself is stylish and comfortable. We slept like babies. Antonella has been a great host, welcoming and made sure we had everything we need and found the property easily. 10/10 would highly recommend for a stay in Milano and come back again.

Antonella and Fabrizio are very nice hosts, very kind and helpful. Thanks for all the support! All was fine, water for free, a fridge available. The bedroom/bath was very nice and a wonderful Italian market is available on Saturday directly nearby. Lovely!

It was a very nice and clean place to stay, as the location is a stratigally one near the metro and well served by the tram, also near to Bocconi university. I will highly recomended it as the owners were friendly and really helpful in every question and problem i had.

Very pleasant stay at Antonella's who provided us with a lot of information about places to visit both in Milan and in the surroundings. Very pleasant and comfortable room, kettle in the room to prepare a cup of tea accompanied by delicious little cakes. Delicious breakfasts with artisanal products, served with kindness. A comfortable and pleasant stay, the property is impeccable, cared for down to the last detail. The room is spacious, clean and very nice. We stayed at this B&B with our 3-month-old baby and they were very kind in preparing everything we needed for our stay. Excellent breakfast corner, with both sweet and savory snacks and all the necessary to make hot coffee and tea. With a short walk you can visit the Navigli and in about half an hour on foot you can reach the Duomo. Very kind and helpful managers! We definitely recommend it!

I stayed in this property for one night with 3 friends. We booked 2 double rooms. The apartment is located in a beautiful building, easily accessible by metro and bus (very punctual!). The rooms are tastefully furnished and welcoming. The cleanliness is impeccable. There is a breakfast corner in the room with everything you need (moka pot, kettle, coffee, tea and herbal teas, packaged biscuits and snacks). In the hallway, there is a fridge available to guests, stocked with water, fruit juices, and plant-based milks. Mrs. Antonella and her husband are lovely and helpful people. The quality-price ratio is excellent. We were really satisfied.

Excellent structure in a vintage apartment, equipped with everything necessary. Impeccable cleanliness, very well-kept and abundantly available bath linen. The location is great for our needs, and it is well placed in relation to public transport lines, as well as in an interesting area. The managers are very helpful, precise, and extremely courteous. We had already been their guests in 2021, and we plan to be so again in 2024.

Close to Bocconi University, excellent facility. Cleaning is very accurate both in the bed and breakfast and in the building that hosts it, which is also very beautiful. Super welcoming managers. Fantastic beds.

Great bed and breakfast in a great location. Mrs. Antonella and Mr. Fabrizio were very kind and helpful. I stayed in a very nice single room with a large bathroom. Clean and scented towels! I appreciated the possibility of preparing breakfast in the room with everything you need. The only thing to fix is the closing of the room door that was closing, but with difficulty. Otherwise, I would like to come back if needed. Highly recommended!

First time I came, in a single room, very comfortable room, also private bathroom. Beautiful historic building, on the 1st floor without elevator. Very helpful and friendly managers. Breakfast in the room with packaged products, but very assorted and of quality (herbal teas, coffee, cookies). I will definitely come back.

Pleasantly surprised by this small but well-equipped bed and breakfast. The lady is very helpful and caring, the location is perfect just a short walk from the tram to get to the Duomo area, while you can easily walk to the Navigli. The area is very quiet with a park right in front of the window. Breakfast is packaged but available and accessible at any time of the day, very convenient especially to have something to drink not only at breakfast but always. Saying excellent is really an understatement! I would say superlative! Managed to perfection by husband and wife who are super kind! The room is truly very beautiful, furnished very well and extremely clean. Breakfast is served in the room and they are very well organized... I highly recommend it... we will definitely return!

First time as a customer, I was assisted from the booking on the website in a professional and diligent manner. I asked for information about possible car parking and I was given very useful indications to organize both the trip and the stay. The B&B occupies an apartment inside a beautiful period building and the room is tastefully furnished with attention to detail. Quality is perceived, highly appreciated. A great reference point in the Navigli area. Experience to be repeated.

We found the B&B to be of a certainly good overall standard, comfortable and equipped with various amenities, located in a nice area and well connected. The welcome we received was very courteous and helpful. However, I would rethink the breakfast, which could be improved both in terms of food and, in particular, regarding eating in the room, which is not very comfortable to be honest.

Having to stay as close as possible to the Bocconi University where my daughter studies, I found the b&b to be in an excellent strategic position. The structure is very clean and welcoming in an elegant setting where you can breathe a certain charm of antiquity. I didn't feel far from home at all, thanks also and above all to the warm hospitality of Mrs. Antonella, a lady of courteous grace and enveloping warmth, caring and affable. I highly recommend it. Kindness and quality are the cornerstones of this establishment. I had the opportunity to stay at the Fastinn Home Bocconi Navigli for three nights. The property is strategically located, close to bus and tram stops. Nearby there are also many shops and a supermarket. Breakfast is served in the room and truly nothing is missing. Everything is taken care of in the smallest details, the rooms are cleaned every day, as are the towels that are changed daily. Mrs. Antonella is available and kind. The building where the establishment is located is truly very beautiful and historic. Favorite establishment in Milan so far.

Structure located in an elegant building and in a convenient and central position (Duomo is a 20-minute walk away, but tram and bus stops are very close). The Bed and Breakfast is cozy, in a convenient location and well served by public transport. The room is very clean and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The bathroom is extremely clean. Due to Covid restrictions, breakfast must be enjoyed in the room, where everything needed is provided: coffee machine, milk and water kettle, tea, milk, cookies, rusks, and more. However, the most positive aspect of the stay was the kindness and availability of the owner Antonella. I will definitely return.

The real added value of this fantastic structure, located in an old building in the center, is definitely Antonella, the courtesy and elegance personified. She immediately proved to be kind and helpful (despite some of our organizational needs) and also gave us the opportunity to leave our luggage in the structure after check-out. Before leaving, we thought, nothing happens by chance. A bit like the search for this B&B. We stayed for two nights at this property, attracted by the positive reviews. Which in the end turned out to be true. Excellent welcome from Fabrizio and Antonella, two excellent hosts, helpful and discreet. Beautiful room with en suite bathroom. Essential, fragrant, and very clean. Excellent breakfast, both for the attention towards us guests, but especially for the careful mise en place. Three girls from the south who go to Milan for the first time, where they found a bit of home with Antonella and Fabrizio.

L'antico Palazzo dove si trova il nostro B&B, costruito dagli Invernizzi Crespi Falciano negli anni 30, come ha potuto ammirare ha un meraviglioso ampio giro-scala a forma di diamante con le ringhiere il ferro battuto e sarebbe un vero peccato rovinarlo con un moderno orribile ascensore. Per fortuna siamo al primo piano, e pare che salire giornalmente qualche gradino faccia bene al cuore!

I stayed at Antonella and Fabrizio's Bed and Breakfast last week and it felt like stepping into grandma's house. The building is very beautiful. The apartment and the room are carefully furnished; family furniture, fragrant towels, kettle and herbal teas available in the room, very comfortable bed. Everything exceptionally clean, in a warm and slightly messy environment, like a house lived with love. Antonella and Fabrizio are very pleasant people, with whom it is a pleasure to chat, while they prepare a good and well-served breakfast. In the morning comes Venere, a beautiful sweet and playful dog. Then there are those who come in and go out - a daughter, a friend, the neighbor... like in a house.

In a historic building in one of the coolest areas of Milan, you will find so much "class" in the furnishings, attention to detail, meticulous cleanliness, linen scented with flowers, a very warm and soft king bed, all kinds of herbal teas in the room, and a spectacular breakfast served with a finesse of yesteryear. But the added value of this place is the owners: Antonella and Fabrizio. Two wonderful people! Friendly, helpful, attentive to every need, they really make you feel at home. A trip with our son for study reasons turned into a very pleasant stay, and when returning to Milan, we will certainly know where to come. Thank you from the heart, Antonella and Fabrizio! The room is on the first floor of a beautiful 1930s building. It is equipped with every comfort, spacious and bright. On the antique dresser, in addition to the TV, there was a kettle and a tray with porcelain cups and tea of every flavor. In the hallway, you will find a small fridge stocked with 1-liter water bottles that you can always take included in the room rate. Extremely comfortable bed and you don't hear any noise. What we will remember from our stay are: Antonella, a pleasant person to listen to with whom we shared moments of cultural exchange and Milanese anecdotes, the scent of the room and the linen that accompanied us throughout the weekend. And then the feeling of home (especially during breakfasts) that slows down the rhythms of the mind and leaves you with the desire to return. Highly recommended.

Very clean and comfortable rooms, family-friendly environment, lovely hosts. Just 20 minutes from the Duomo and 10 minutes from the Navigli, very convenient to have a parking spot. Truly no negative aspects.

Antonella and Fabrizio, husband and wife, are two splendid people. A truly welcoming atmosphere and great availability. The structure is very beautiful, everything is extremely clean. The decor is elegant and comfortable. The breakfast moment is stunning, with beautiful porcelain, toast, 5 choices of jams, cookies, and brioche; it felt like being with family. The lady explained to us where to go, what to see, and which means of transportation to use. The structure is very close to the center. A truly pleasant stay, to be repeated.

I stayed only 1 night in this accommodation and there is only one word to describe the B&B: fantastic. Great location and easily accessible by both walking and public transport, very close to the Navigli and Bocconi. The managers are exquisite and caring people, attentive to the needs of their guests, I felt at home. The room was very clean, the possibility to use the wifi provided by the managers, very good breakfast, rich in choice and abundant. I highly recommend it to those who need to stay in Milan, moreover, the city center is easily reachable. I have been to many B&Bs in different cities in Italy, with not always beautiful experiences, this time instead I felt very good. Congratulations.

Beautiful building in '900 style, magnificent visual impact already from the atrium, in a spacious lobby with staircase trumpet to photograph. The apartment is very well-kept in cleanliness and in the furnishings of the rooms and bed linens. Our stay was comfortable, having been able to use the internal parking of the building, made available to us by the courteous and helpful owners. Breakfast served in a very pleasant dining room was served with class and elegance, and was abundant and varied. The proximity to the metro and the center is an added value. We spent just right, but very little compared to a hotel of equivalent position and services.

The managers are very kind, very helpful and welcome you warmly. Very cozy and very clean rooms. Abundant and varied breakfast. Easy to reach by car. Twenty minutes walk from the Duomo and 10 minutes walk from the Navigli. We had a great time.

Family atmosphere thanks to the very friendly and helpful owners. The somewhat retro environment is very peculiar, but despite this, it is very well maintained. Excellent and plentiful breakfast, I would only avoid the packaged croissants. Overall satisfied!

It's been a year since I met Antonella's B&B and many times in this difficult period of my life and my family's life we have had the opportunity (and will still have) to go to her. A nice person, beautiful on the outside but especially on the inside, full of those human values that very few have; sensitive, welcoming, discreet, helpful, affectionate, and intelligent. Great place, indoor parking for cars, elegant breakfast for the view and delicious and plentiful for the palate, courtesy and warmth of the managers, beautiful furnishings and top cleanliness. Nearby places to eat and a central location from which to visit anything. Highly recommended. Unimpeachable value for money. Truly excellent, everything. Located in a quiet and peaceful area, easily reachable. We stayed one night and I must say that it is the first time I find myself in such a welcoming place, well maintained but above all super clean, also the beds are large and very comfortable. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo B&B. Era tutto perfetto: dalla stanza, pulita ed elegante, alla colazione con la Bravissima Antonella che accoglie i proprio clienti con sorriso e amore. La posizione del B&B è ottima, si può facilmente raggiungere il centro senza difficoltà. Antonella e Fabrizio sono persone fantastiche molto disponibili e gentilissimi. Per me è stato un soggiorno meraviglioso. Un ambiente bello e confortevole. La camera è bella, elegante, la biancheria di classe, tutto funziona e tutto studiato in dettagli per rendere il soggiorno perfetto. Non manca nulla, addirittura i fazzoletti, il sapone per le mani in un bel contenitore. La pulizia è impeccabile, la camera e il bagno vengono puliti ogni giorno con il cambio asciugamani. L'atmosfera creata dalla proprietaria Antonella ti fa sentire a casa ma con il confort di un hotel a 4 stelle, coccolata e servita al top. Una colazione elegante con la spremuta d' arancio servita dalla signora Antonella sempre gentilissima, disponibile e cordiale ti fa davvero partire bene la giornata. Viaggio tanto per il lavoro e mi fermo spesso in alberghi a 4 stelle e quindi avrei da paragonare. Devo dire che questo B&B è davvero ottimo! Ci tornerò molto volentieri e lo consiglio anche ai più esigenti.

Siamo due ragazze di Roma e abbiamo soggiornato al Fastinn Home dal 13/03 al 15/03. Che dire è come sentirsi a casa a partire dalla proprietaria la signora Antonella che con la sua gentilezza e cordialità non ci ha fatto mancare nulla! Ci ha addirittura illustrato come poter visitare la città in una giornata cercando di vedere il più possibile le zone che la caratterizzano! La struttura è ben collocata..con una passeggiata di 20 min arrivate al centro storico e a pochi passi potete godere della moVida milanese ai Navigli.. quindi ottimo direi! Il Bed and Breakfast è pulitissimo e accogliente e la colazione sembra quella delle bambole per come è curata nei minimi dettagli! Evviva il Fastinn Home e ci torneremo sicuramente.

Ottima formula per soggiornare nel cuore della movida milanese dei navigli, ma lontano dal frastuono. A 20 minuti a piedi dal cuore della "city". L'autonomia dell'appartamento con parcheggio, e il servizio di pulizia e cambio biancheria, oltre a quanto necessario per abbondanti colazioni senza vincoli di orario. Cortesia e disponibilità dei titolari ai fini del migliore soggiorno dell'ospite sia esso per lavoro o per svago. Fabio.
