Absolutely amazing hosts, Luciana and Ettore are so friendly and outgoing. They struck a great balance between hosting us and leaving us to it. We loved getting to know them and learning more about the area and the foothills surrounding the area up into the Alps. Air con would have been the icing on the cake, but honestly we would have chosen their hospitality and attentiveness over air con hands down! Thank you so much, genuinely hope we can make it back again to stay some time.

This place was fantastic! There is only one room for guests and there is plenty of space, with wardrobes and drawers to unpack easily. The bathroom is big and very clean. The best thing about this B&B is the hosts, who gave us loads of ideas for activities, offered to pick us up from the station and drop us off afterwards with no extra charge. They were extremely kind and really knowledgeable about the local area. I will definitely go back!

Luciana and Ettore are lovely hosts. Ettore is a mine of information about the beauties of his magnificent region. The room with a slightly dated decor and the bathroom are spacious and well-equipped. Good rich breakfast, sweet and savory. There are several restaurants either next door or a 5-minute walk away or a 10-minute walk along the shore of the lake in the pretty little medieval village of Clusane. One small downside is the traffic noise, even though the room overlooks an alley but it didn't really bother us.

We felt very comfortable. Very good breakfast, for Italian standards, very abundant. We slept great in a very comfortable bed. The hosts are very nice and accommodating.

The owners, husband and wife, are very welcoming and sociable and always make you feel at ease. They were very helpful to us. They gave us many good suggestions, especially about places to visit. The cleanliness and the breakfast were exceptional. Definitely worth returning.

I stayed at this cozy B&B during a cycling holiday with my Gravel Bike. What can I say, everything was absolutely perfect, I felt wonderful in this establishment run by Luciana & Ettore, two exquisite, kind, courteous, accommodating and friendly people, with whom it was easy to interact from the very beginning. The room, with a bathroom included inside, is perfectly furnished, extremely clean, functional and welcoming. The morning breakfast, included in the rate, is of excellent quality in the raw materials, more than complete, generous, and truly abundant, a real pleasure for the eyes to choose from such a wide "range" of options offered. I thank you once again from the bottom of my heart, Luciana & Ettore, for the pleasant stay, and know that I have added you (first and foremost) to my heart and then to my favorites, as it is absolutely not to be excluded that there will be other future opportunities for me to visit you again with great pleasure!

While participating in a running event in Iseo, my wife and I found this accommodation. We couldn't have found better. The hosts were very friendly, the room was perfect in cleanliness and order, a super abundant breakfast, I recommend it. If you want to reach Iseo on foot, which is 5 km away, there is an asphalted bike-pedestrian path.

We had a good time. The couple running the establishment is very friendly and helpful, even in providing suggestions for places to visit.

We stayed for just one night. The owners were uniquely kind, very helpful and ready to provide us with all the information about the local specialties. I really recommend it!

Availability, courtesy, and excellent cleanliness. Excellent value for money.

The structure is located in a strategic point to quickly reach the various cities on Lake Iseo. The room and the bathroom are very clean. The breakfast is very abundant and good. The managers are very kind and welcoming people: they provide a lot of useful information for the stay on the lake and it feels like being at home. Having been there in August, we also used the swimming pool. Highly recommended for those who need to stay a few days on the lake.

Excellent facility managed excellently. I stayed for a weekend as a couple, everything was perfect. The owner is very kind and helpful, the room is neat and very clean, the breakfast is super abundant. Congratulations. Recommended.

Structure managed by a very nice and helpful couple. I felt at home.

Luciana and Ettore are very kind and, since they allowed us to use the kitchen, we actually had access to a whole apartment, in the style of a grandmother's house, but with excellent facilities (new and efficient bathroom, bed, kitchen). The location is convenient for getting around, but there are no significant attractions: you only see the road, which is very busy from early in the week. Excellent and plentiful breakfast.

Everything was perfect, we had a great time, the owners were very hospitable and kind.
