Our B&B is placed in an area surrounded by peaceful countryside, in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, in a location with a spectacular view, in the heart of the city. "Dimora & Arte" is a prestigious home where the echoes of times past linger in sounds, scents and emotions, a lovely, refined building, a building of the past where the magic of history blends with modern amenities.

Grazie per la sua recensione, ho visto che non giudica eccellente la posizione, eppure siamo un vecchio edificio storico nel centro del paese, sicuramente non adiacente al ristorante Dal Pescatore che è situato in una frazione di campagna, comunque mi fa piacere che vi siate trovati bene e abbiate apprezzato il silenzio all'interno della struttura, grazie, alla prossima volta.

Buongiorno, nel weekend da lei trascorso abbiamo avuto diversi ospiti, che hanno soggiornato nelle medesime camere e dato ottime recensioni, siamo nel centro storico, la camera ha tutti i comfort, la pulizia è maniacale, comunque come dice il detto non si può piacere a tutti...

The room was small. The bathroom lacks a bidet. Breakfast is not provided, instead, a voucher is provided to have it in a bar near the property. It did not seem right to me.

Buonasera sig. Paolo, la camera dove ha soggiornato è un 3 posti letto, quindi piccola non mi pare, il bagno è scritto che è x disabili quindi come bidet si utilizza il doccino del wc, molto più igienico. Per la colazione abbiamo specificato che è la versione Basic, x le varianti dobbiamo saperlo prima, in tutti i casi offriamo a tutti il caffè o te, da autogestirsi, con biscotti di alta pasticceria. Nella stagione estiva tutti i clienti oltre a trovare le bottigliette d'acqua nel frigo, facciamo trovare caraffe termiche con acqua fresca e ghiaccio.

Double room with single bed small but comfortable and with everything you need. Very welcome service: kind and always available landlady. The bathroom is equipped with soaps and I also found make-up remover wipes (never happened in my life!). There is also a small fridge, a coffee machine, and a kettle for breakfast. Although we did not choose to have breakfast at the property, the landlady kindly gave us permission to use the coffee machine to make ourselves a coffee. Very comfortable bed and warm room. If I really have to find a non-positive aspect, the only thing that comes to mind is the little space, but it did not negatively affect our stay.

Grazie per la gentile recensione, purtroppo la stanza quadrupla era già prenotata e fare di meglio per lo spazio era impossibile, comunque mi fa piacere che abbiate gradito il soggiorno presso la nostra struttura.

Excellent bed and breakfast, with cozy and well-furnished rooms; they are equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, and fridge. The property is located in Canneto sull'Oglio, a peaceful town in the Parco Oglio Sud and a stone's throw from Lake Garda; equidistant from Cremona, Mantova, and Brescia.

The lady at Dimora & Arte is courteous and nice, the place is beautiful, clean, original and welcoming, characterized by art and good taste. You sleep very well in the bed. There is great silence. To try.

The property stands out for its cleanliness (truly appreciated) and the courtesy of the manager, exquisite lady. Breakfast is entrusted to a local bar, near the B&B, therefore in my opinion it does not foster guest loyalty despite providing the service. The location is central in the village, but the property not being close to any particular points of interest does not benefit from it, in my opinion.

Grazie Annamaria del suo giudizio, per quanto riguarda la colazione la scelta della convenzione aggiuntiva col bar è nata da poco tempo per permettere agli ospiti in partenza all'alba, di effettuarla comunque e mi consente di seguire meglio l'altra mia attività e di essere più vicina a mio marito disabile. Per esigenze particolari o su richiesta siamo comunque sempre disponibili, tanto è vero che ai ragazzi disabili al piano terra, è stata servita in camera. Mi farebbe piacere avervi ancora come graditi ospiti, magari stavolta automuniti, sinceramente non sapevo più come convincervi a non avventurarvi in bici nella notte per raggiungere l'evento che vi ha portato da noi.
