Our B&B is placed at Colombare di Sirmione district of Sirmione near the Lago di Garda, ideal for wellness, with generous spa waters and facilities (Terme di Sirmione), rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural merit, in a quiet, panoramic setting. "Da Beatrice" is hospitable and comfortable.

Nice B&B. Very good breakfast. Very clean. Nice, quiet swimming pool. Some rooms have a very beautiful lake view. Situated in a quiet neighborhood. Very well situated if you have a car. If you don't have a car, you'll need to walk 1 km to the bus stop (shuttle bus to Sirmione + buses to other destinations around Lake Garda).

Family-run, very cozy and clean bed and breakfast with a great breakfast. We stayed for 2 nights and felt very comfortable. Lake Garda is within 3 minutes walking distance and there are many restaurants within 15 minutes walking distance. The pool was very refreshing and very clean. We felt very welcome by the lovely owners of the bed and breakfast and would come back again.

Too far out of Sirmione, need public transport to get everywhere. We were told it wasn't too far a walk from the ferry, but it was actually 45 minutes. Nice enough B&B, but wouldn't return.

The room and bathroom were very clean and pleasant. The owners are helpful and friendly. The full breakfast was of very high quality. Located near a beach, access to the city center is however slightly more complicated.

Very good welcome, great stay (6 nights). Many advantages: parking, swimming pool open all day and evening, breakfast at the desired time. Speaks French. Large bathroom, private terrace, fridge/freezer, air conditioning.

Quiet place, spacious and clean room. It's nice to be able to park inside the property. The owner sent us to a restaurant that was closed. Apparently, she was not aware of it and didn't make any other suggestions. Since the area is very touristy, there wasn't much of a problem in finding another restaurant. Price quality ratio is perfectly fine.

We had a great stay. Very warm hosts! The breakfast changes daily and is typically Italian sweet, however, upon request, you can also get egg dishes. We would happily come back.

Quiet location, very friendly and dedicated staff with a lot of passion. Extremely clean and lovingly furnished room for Italian standards. Tip-top breakfast with daily changing homemade savory and sweet dishes. Pool cleaned daily. Had a great stay and recommend "Da Beatrice" gladly.

More variety in breakfast and a bit earlier than 8.30 is a bit late. Perhaps a parasol and a sunbed on the terrace. It was a nice holiday almost perfect.

I've been here for the second time and every time I'm thrilled. The B&B is nicely located and offers everything you need. The owner is always friendly and helpful, for example with a reservation at a good restaurant. The communication and booking through this app also went smoothly. The first time I came here with a friend and this time we came as a family. I will definitely come back here.

We immediately felt at home, which is probably the greatest compliment one can give. The location and the view were absolutely great. Carola and Miriam are super nice and helpful. Breakfast was totally sufficient and every wish was fulfilled. The room was very clean and large enough for us. If we had something to improve, it would be a German TV program and a section of balconies with their own staircase. But even so, we would check in with you again on our next vacation! The bed and breakfast is very close to the lake, in a very quiet residential area, even and especially during the night hours. The room is very cozy, tastefully furnished with a large bathroom. Excellent cleanliness. The room overlooks a garden well cared for by the owners. The breakfast is plentiful and suitable for all tastes. The owners were very kind and helpful for information and needs. I absolutely recommend the bed and breakfast!

Great choice made with my family. Well-kept, clean, quiet place, close to Sirmione and the lake, excellent restaurants within walking distance. Only flaw, but it's very personal, the mattress is too hard for my taste. Kind and caring owners, I almost felt at home. I would definitely come back. WELL DONE.

Very nice property in a quiet area just a short walk from the 'spiaggia brema', about a kilometer from the shuttle stop to the historic center. Spacious room and bathroom equipped with everything needed (hairdryer, fridge, kettle, microwave, and air conditioning), only a small bathroom courtesy set was missing, but if you really want to find fault. Varied breakfast served on a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden and the pool, both very well-kept and equipped with umbrellas, sun loungers, and armchairs. The courtesy and availability of the owners made the stay even more enjoyable. Those who appreciate the company of animals will love the house's big puppy.

My partner and I stayed one night at Da Beatrice and we had a great time. The room and the bathroom are very clean and finely furnished, the breakfast is abundant, and the owners are kind and helpful. Finally, Zoe, the lovely dog, is a sweetheart, all to cuddle. Highly recommended!

We arrived at a difficult time for the family that hosted us, so it may be that the cleanliness in a normal situation is better. Breakfast was great, the location near the lake on a very quiet street allows you to reach Sirmione with a nice walk and leave the car in the garden. A significant flaw, considering it's in Italy, is the lack of a bidet.

We are coming back from the weekend in Sirmione! Clean structure, in a good position with the possibility to park both inside the gate and in front of the B&B. The owner was very kind and helpful in showing us places to visit, where to eat, and the breakfast times as well as the mother. An extra point for the presence of Zoe, 60 kg of goodness and cuddles. Highly recommended!

The breakfast is abundant and varied, very clean and tidy. The only flaw is that the seals and sanitary accessories should be replaced. The location allows you to reach every destination, but with a car, obviously. Within a radius of 10-20 kilometers, there are several towns to visit. The pool is nice, too bad I could not enjoy it due to the season.

The owners are very kind and the lady prepared us an excellent breakfast and kept us company while we were having it. Very pleasant conversation. The place is clean. We saw it in winter and surely the whole perspective changes with the sun, so I plan to return in the nice season.

Absolutely available and generous with advice, the lady and her family leave ample room for initiative and do not impose time limits. Spacious and tidy room, refreshing pool. I would recommend some more fresh products for breakfast (fruit above all or homemade cakes).
