Many positives: Very beautiful and clean facility, large pool, direct access to the lake, privacy, lovely bungalow with bathroom/kitchen/comfy bed/own terrace, parking, magnificent view, very friendly manager. Only small downside: no sidewalk in front of the house, just a road for cars, so you have to take the car when leaving the facility.

Location directly on the lake, very good tasteful furnishings. The noisy road just behind the property takes some getting used to and the property is only reachable by car, there is no pedestrian path to the nearby Sulzano. Unfortunately, the owner lets her dogs do their "business" on the lawn throughout the garden area. After pointing it out, the droppings were removed, but the owner was constantly busy, when we were there, chasing the dogs, calling them, etc., which greatly disturbed the privacy. We left earlier than planned.

Guten Abend Frau URLIKE, es tut mir sehr leid, dass es Ihnen nicht gefallen hat. Ich leite dieses B&B seit 11 Jahren und akzeptiere Gäste mit und ohne Haustiere. Mein Hund Lilli lebt seit 17 Jahren bei mir, sie wurde blind und taub und ich folge ihr stets, wenn sie ihr Geschäft verrichtet. Mein anderer Hund Arthur ist 10 Jahre, sehr süß und anhänglich. Leider haben wir die Straße hinter dem B&B. Ich verstehe, dass es stören kann. Als Sie in der Nähe des Tisches ein ”Geschäft" gefunden hatten, entschuldigte ich mich, Arthur nicht gesehen zu haben, wie er hinausging und sein Geschäft erledigte. Ich sammelte es auf und reinigte die Stelle. Nachdem ich bemerkt habe, dass Sie meine Hunde beim Frühstück nicht gerne um sich hatten, habe ich beide immer im Haus gehalten. Ihre Aussage, dass die Hunde ihr Geschäft verrichtet haben und ich sie störend gejagt habe entspricht nicht der Wahrheit. Ich erinnere Sie daran, dass wegen der Hitze meine Hunde den ganzen Nachmittag im Haus schliefen und ich mein Schwimmbad für die Privatsphäre meiner Gäste selbst nicht benutze. Für meine Gäste bin ich eine hilfsbereite, freundliche und gepflegte Betreiberin des B&B. Vielleicht haben Sie, für sich, mit meinem B&B nicht die passende Unterkunft gefunden. Geschmäcker sind verschieden, aber bisher habe ich immer nur sehr positives Feedback erhalten und meine Gäste fahren zufrieden und entspannt nach Hause. Mariangela

The host Mariaangela is very warm and puts a lot of effort with her guests. The view of the lake is fantastic. Unfortunately, the road behind the holiday homes is very noisy and can only be used on foot with a good life insurance. The accommodation is recommended for dog lovers - those who don't like dogs should look elsewhere.

What a top location and setting. Two beautiful, well-kept and very clean cottages with a refreshing pool and direct access to the lake. Host Marie-Angela truly goes above and beyond to make the stay very pleasant for her guests, providing practical tips and help where needed, such as choice and reservation of local restaurants, excursions, boat rental, stand up paddle, bike rental, wine tasting... Very spacious, well-kept and enclosed area where dogs are equally welcome. And what could be better than starting your day with a well-prepared breakfast at the foot of the lake with a fresh Italian cappuccino. Highly recommended!
