Our stay at this property was very comfortable because both the bedroom and the bathroom are spacious, well-furnished, and very clean. The manager was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was abundant. We highly recommend it.

The structure is new, very clean and well-kept. The host Paolo was helpful and kind. A fundamental aspect for us: the place turned out to be perfect even for our 87-year-old grandmother. Comfortable, quiet and with all the necessary amenities. Thank you again, we happily recommend it!

Great B&B, I recommend it to everyone. From the outside, breathtaking view towards Switzerland. Clean and especially sanitized rooms. Breakfast with a wide selection of coffee, cappuccino, and delicious warm brioches served by Mr. Paolo, who is very kind and especially available for any request. To be repeated for another upcoming vacation. Thank you very much to Civico 58, we are satisfied.

The B&B is brand new, well organized, and very clean. The managers are very welcoming and open to any request. We stayed in the green room, which has excellent space and the large bathroom equipped with aids for disabled guests. The location is perfect for Como and Varese. We recommend it without a shadow of a doubt and, when the opportunity arises, we will definitely return.

We stayed in this establishment for only one night and being five, we occupied all the rooms. The owners are courteous, friendly, helpful, and attentive to the well-being of the customer. The rooms are new, tastefully furnished, and equipped, in my opinion, for every need. There is also a parking space. I can certainly recommend this B&B and I would like to extend my compliments to Mr. Paolo and his wife.

Recently renovated structure, extremely clean and located in a quiet and peaceful area. Surely its strong point is the owner, Paolo, a super kind and friendly person. Despite the short stay, he made us feel at home. It will definitely become our base for spending future weekends in Como and its surroundings. Paolo, we are waiting for you in our Tuscany.

The structure is new and equipped with all comforts such as parking, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and television. The owner is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is excellent with croissants, cappuccino and other available foods. It was a very positive experience, I recommend staying here.

All good, spacious and clean room, kind and welcoming manager, very much appreciated the presence of the air conditioner in the room, unfortunately the village is a bit out of the way but very good for those who want some peace and quiet and still in 30 minutes you can reach the various lakes in the area.
