My partner and I had a great stay! The apartment was very cute and had everything we needed. We easily walked or took the metro to get around the city. There was some noise at night from Chinatown nearby, but it didn't really bother us. Great price for what you get :)

The apartment is very authentic and special. It is located in a nice neighborhood and there are many bars and places to eat. Our room was spacious with a very large bathroom. Climbing the stairs is not so easy as they are narrow. The owner, Camilla, is super gentle and helpful with everything we needed. Although we had a small issue with the hot water, she managed to fix it on time.

This is an authentic Bed and Breakfast, situated at the end of a traffic-free street. It is easy to reach the city center on foot. The room was ok and came with a very big bathroom. The entrance to the room, though, was very narrow with a steep spiral staircase. For breakfast we went to a nice coffee shop just across the street.

Certainly the bathroom is small and, in September, the accommodation a bit dark (ground floor), but we really liked the taste with which this small charming apartment is decorated, the tranquillity of the patio onto which the door surrounded by greenery opens and the very helpful welcome of the person who, that day, was replacing the owner. The location is very convenient (close to must-see sites in Milan and to bus and tram stops). The quality/price ratio is satisfactory given the prices of accommodations in Milan. We really recommend this B&B.

The room is furnished in a very particular and welcoming way, like the structure, in a classic Milanese courtyard house. Spacious and quiet room as it has double glazing, in white, cream, light brown. The common lounge is beautiful. The owner was very courteous in responding to me regarding the bathtub phone that I couldn't activate to take a shower (a bit uncomfortable honestly) and the fan that I hadn't seen. I would mention in the ad or explain right away during the booking phase that the room is on the second floor without an elevator (for me not a problem I had little luggage), I would explain better that the bathroom is outside the room even if for exclusive use, and that there is no air conditioning but a fan (for me better because I don't like air conditioning). In conclusion, a pleasant stay.

Perfect location. Ms. Silvia, the person in charge of check-in, is very kind and helpful. The apartment is very special, very well furnished and designed. The only hitch is that the shower is a bit uncomfortable, everything else is perfect. Thank you.

Camilla super Host from booking to check-out. Very good location, original/authentic furnishings. The lack of air conditioning penalizes especially in the summer period; the nightlife in Sarpi in the evening and waste collection in the morning complicate things a bit but still recommended.

Delightful apartment, tastefully furnished. A small oasis of peace in the midst of Milan's chaos. Very comfortable bed, in the room there is everything needed for a small breakfast. The location is in one of my favorite streets in Milan, Via Paolo Sarpi. The owner and her collaborator are kind and helpful. Everything perfect! I will return.

Very nice structure, decorated with style and originality. Convenient location with main attractions within walking distance. House and room a bit warm due to lack of air conditioning, but with the fan it's possible to stay comfortably and sleep without too many issues. Comfortable bed. Overall, I had a good stay, they welcomed me nicely and provided everything I needed. Positive experience.

Two issues: the management only accepts cash payments, but this was communicated to me only after booking. The single room is small, and I understood this, but I did not notice in the photos that there is practically no space between the bed and the TV stand, so to open or close the window you have to climb over the bed. The overall structure is pleasant and in a good location, but some details should be improved, maybe following the advice of an architect for space organization.

My stay at Camilla's house was very positive. It's a quiet, clean place with a nice design. Camilla was very kind upon my arrival. The courtesy detail with biscuits, coffee, and tea was very good... Close to a variety of restaurants, I highly recommend going there. A really nice house.

For the single room: Regarding breakfast, I was told it was not included, so just a coffee sachet and a few cookies. Checking on the website, breakfast is included. The room is extremely basic, small, to reach the window beyond the bed, the space is 25 cm. The bathroom is private but you have to walk down the hallway. Outside, they are renovating the facade causing major inconveniences, but I was informed about this. However, a light point to ease entry at night would be necessary. It is certainly not worth the €80 paid.

Mi scuso con Lucia per non avere specificato che il bagno è ad uso esclusivo ma in corridoio,che la coazione è una buona scelta di tisane e the ad infusione, cioccolato cappuccino nescafè. solubile.. (bollitore), acqua in bottiglia di vetro, biscotti monoporzione di una nota pasticceria torinese.. Insomma il necessario per. un gentile risveglio. Sono distratta dal fastidio causato dalla ristrutturazione della facciata, il desiderio di essere chiara sui disagi che la cosa può provocare.. mi ha fatto dimenticare di spiegare tutto quello che di solito specifico con chiarezza. Per la luce all'ingresso concordo con Lucia, ho provveduto subito a chiamare il capo cantiere che ieri aveva tolto la lampada /per fare meglio il suo lavoro: ( oggi rimessa. le delusioni sono cose che tutti facciamo fatica di accettare.. deludere un ospite è per me fonte di grande dispiacere. la "piccola stanza" ha anche grandi estimatori, con la sua monacale dimensione, arredata con arte povera, si veste di serena luminosa essenziale modestia.

Alejandra was very welcoming! The room I stayed in, 'Letto alla francese,' was clean and modest. The bathroom was private, but outside the room; however, being at the end of the corridor, it was completely private. The area is beautiful, the street is closed to traffic, therefore very quiet.

If you love places with personality, if you are looking for the ancient spirit of Milan without missing out on modern Milan, if you are artists, architects, or poets, then you must absolutely get to know and experience the Camilla Santi B&B apartment. Located on the second floor of a beautiful house, presumably from the early twentieth century, with a courtyard and balconies full of greenery. Cozy and restful apartment, furnished with great taste. The location is strategic, situated on the pedestrian Paolo Sarpi street, long, pedestrian, lively, and safe even in the evening. Early in the morning, I recommend taking a walk in the nearby Parco Sempione and having a second breakfast in one of the bars on Corso Sempione. The B&B is also a stone's throw from the RAI headquarters on Corso Sempione. In addition to the metro, many trams and buses cross the area; I recommend using the circular bus line 94 (at the beginning of via Sarpi) and tram 1 with its fascinating 1928 cars passing through Corso Sempione.

I had a great time in an elegant and very comfortable environment. Beautiful entrance with all the plants unimaginable in the center of Milan. Nice location, pedestrian and central area. Easy to reach by public transport. I plan to come back when I pass through Milan and I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in peace.

We had a really great time. On the occasion of our stay in Milan, we chose the Camilla Santi B&B and found it excellent! Everything was perfect. The location, the beautiful and very spacious room, with lots of light, quiet and well-furnished. The staff was courteous and helpful. The presence of Wifi was greatly appreciated. Just steps away from the metro stop and not far from the city center. We will definitely come back.

It was a great pleasure to stay at this Camilla Santi B&B (even if only for one night). Very welcoming, tastefully and creatively decorated (a feature we appreciated). Camilla is very helpful (she always replied to all our information requests via email). Close to the city center (well connected by public transport) and the possibility to park the car in an affiliated parking lot a few meters away. Definitely a place where it will be pleasant to return.

Beautiful and well-kept, in the heart of old Milan. Well positioned in the quiet street P. Sarpi. I recommend it to those who want to be in the center but at the same time away from the crowds.

Camilla made us find a truly peculiar and delightfully furnished location, with great artistic and personal style, and I was very pleased to find something so uncommon. The apartment is located in a pedestrian area, it doesn't feel like being in the big buildings of Milan.

A comfortable and unique accommodation in the center of Milan in a beautiful area conveniently served, ideal for visiting the city or what you can see in a few days. The house is furnished with great style and from everything emerges the artistic sense of the owner who placed it in that position, impeccably clean and very quiet. A real pleasure to return to such a place after a day spent in the chaos of the Expo. I did not have the pleasure of meeting the owner but the girl who helps in the management, Bianca, was very kind and helpful (we came from Florence by car and having found a lot of traffic we arrived almost an hour later than the scheduled time and she waited and welcomed us with great kindness). In conclusion, this time too I am very satisfied with my choice and I feel like recommending it to anyone who wants to stay in Milan in a place that perhaps they would never expect to find in such a city.

Staying with you was the highlight of our pleasure trip to visit the Expo. In the bustling heart of Milan, with all means of transport nearby, bars and restaurants everywhere, walks in Parco Sempione, with a park dedicated to our four-legged friend. An apartment overflowing with art and culture, in addition to a splendid taste in decoration, my friend Elisa and I felt like queens, we will definitely return also because there is so much to see in Milan and the location of the property allows you to reach any point in the city. Sorry we didn't personally meet Camilla, because we would have been truly delighted, we thank Bianca for her kindness, courtesy, and great availability, we hug you and say goodbye see you soon... and thank you again for making us feel at home.

Travel (if we can call it that for a few hours) for work. The building is not kept in the best condition, but the house is a very pleasant surprise: in the heart of "Chinatown", very beautiful and tastefully decorated, and quiet. The location is fantastic and very well served by public transport. Many places of interest can be reached on foot. The owner, Camilla Santi B&B, is wonderful: friendly, kind, and reserved. I have chosen it as my preferred B&B. I will definitely return to Milan even just for the B&B.
