We had an awesome 3-day stay at B&B Casa del Nonno! All the rooms have been renovated with delicate taste, combining modern conveniences and decor, yet preserving the rich centuries-old history of the house. The breakfast room is full of family memories that go back several generations, a great topic of conversation, ask them for stories! Eugenio's craftsmanship and design show everywhere; his sense of reusing everything, transforming scraps (even old nails salvaged in the renovation!) into art. You don't even notice the solar panels on the roof! The manicured garden is a peaceful retreat with spectacular views of the Alps and the Piedmont valley, just sit and enjoy it. Valeria's (daily) homemade pastries and her (large) cappuccinos, served with heart-shaped foam, are exquisite; they make breakfast a very special time. And the innkeepers' love for the "Casa del Nonno" extends to their guests in heartwarming hospitality! For us, all things combined into a perfect 10!

Great experience. We stayed there for two nights and it was great: clean, spacious room, refreshing swimming pool, beautiful green garden. Owners are very nice and helpful. Wish I could stay longer.

We have fully enjoyed the very charming B&B of Valeria and Eugenio. Entering the house was such a surprise, as if we stepped into another world. The rooms are very nice, the garden, the reading corner, the swimming pool, the total environment is really beautiful. Eugenio and Valeria are the most friendly and nice Italian people we have ever met. They really do everything to ensure the guests make the best out of their stay. We really recommend this B&B to anyone. It is the perfect location for visiting Lago d'Iseo, Bergamo, Milano, or for hiking in the green mountains so nearby. Dear Valeria and Eugenio, thanks for your warm hospitality! And for your patience teaching us Italian! We stay in touch with you! A hug from Belgium!

Great welcome by Valeria and her daughter Giulia. Very nice house decorated with taste and beautiful outdoor area with the pool which is a plus with children. We had good recommendations (restaurants, visits). Highly recommended! We will come back.

Advantages: The accommodation is very chic and beautiful; successful combination of old and modern; tastefully furnished. Great view of the mountains. Pool with a view of the mountains. Nice, helpful owners. Disadvantages: Not really suitable for families. Attention!: Limited use of the kitchen (microwave, toaster, dishes) - no cooking allowed. Minibar in the room not sufficient for a family of 4. The hosts' dog constantly roams without a muzzle. The location is far from Lake Iseo; the village not particularly attractive. Breakfast monotonous, always the same, no fruit or vegetables. Didn't dare to ask for a second coffee. We always received only 2 boiled eggs even though we were a party of four. Lack of privacy, constantly under the hosts' surveillance.

A noi dispiace che non siete rimasti soddisfatti, ma forse per la vostra famiglia era meglio un appartamento, il bed and breakfast è concepito in maniera dove l'ospite sta in casa dei proprietari e deve anche accettare la vita quotidiana della nostra famiglia. Se poi a voi non piacciono gli animali, potevate dirlo prima. Vi abbiamo messo a disposizione l'uso delle stoviglie ma ovviamente per legge non si può cucinare nei bed and breakfast. Anche nelle camere che hanno tutti i confort, non possiamo mettere un frigo da 100l. Il mini frigo è sufficiente. Riguardo alla zona, potevate informarvi prima di prenotare, forse un bed and breakfast vista lago lo trovavate. Per le colazioni, bastava chiedere il doppio cappuccino o altro ma se a domanda "volete altro?" voi rispondete "tutto ok", per noi è apposto. Sulla gentilezza mi dispiace che non ci sia stato feeling, ma mi sembra che abbonarvi una camera per una settimana di un vostro parente che il giorno dell'arrivo non si è presentato sia oltre la gentilezza, ad essere maleducati avremmo dovuto farvela pagare. Un consiglio spassionato, per le prossime vostre vacanze affittate un appartamento. Eugenio, Valeria, Giulia e il nostro cane Eight.

Since I had never booked a B&B before, I was more than skeptical. Those concerns were dispelled at the latest upon arrival. I would have never expected such accommodation, service, and such loving care. For me, this B&B is better than many 3-star hotels. Eugenio, Valeria, and Giulia, thank you for a wonderful vacation. Eugenio Valeria and Giulia (and Zoe) are fantastic hosts, they make you feel at home. They provide you with all the necessary information of any kind. Room is okay, breakfast is excellent and there's a pool to relax if you want to be quiet. Great weekend, we will definitely return.

As you enter through the ancient gate into the courtyard, a world of past memories and modern elements well integrated with each other opens up to you. The friendly and helpful owners explained all the attractions of the place in a comprehensive and non-invasive way, the room was very cozy and well furnished, and the breakfast was superb. We are a family of four who spent the holidays in this enchanting B&B. The location is simply fantastic. Everything is as it appears in the photos and in real life it is even more beautiful! The position is ideal as it is in a quiet area but close to all the main points of interest in the region. Let Eugenio and Valeria tell you with what passion they renovated this old family house. You will find the same passion and emotion in every detail. Nothing is out of place, but nothing is intimidating. A place to regain strength, relieve tension and away from the usual itineraries. I highly recommend it.

Valeria and Eugenio are very friendly and helpful people.\n\nNothing is too much for them. Eugenio provides great information about walks in the area, taking the ferry to the island of Mont'Isola,..\n\nValeria is a top woman! She is always cheerful, prepares an excellent breakfast, gives tips for excursions,..\n\nAnd even though she only speaks Italian, that's not really a problem for me as I am learning the language.\n\nShe is patient and a very good teacher.\n\nThe bnb is very well located to do everything: walking, cycling, taking a boat trip from Sarnico or Isola,..\n\nFrom there you can also visit for example Milan, Verona, Brescia, Bergamo,..
