Fabrizio and his wife welcomed us warmly, the apartment is super cute, comfortable, and quiet. The location is amazing. The daily parking behind the house costs 6 euros. I couldn't have asked for better, thank you very much.

The very central location of this apartment allowed us to fully enjoy the atmosphere of the Festivaletteratura in Mantua, from the opening until late evening. The cleanliness of the house is impeccable and no street noise reaches the secondary street where it is located. The owners, Mr. Fabrizio and his wife, are very kind and helpful people. It is an excellent accommodation, which we highly recommend.

I stayed at Bed and Breakfast 3176 (Mantua) for three nights and I had a great time. The apartment is new, spacious, well-equipped, clean, and conveniently located to visit Mantua. It is a 5-minute walk from Piazza Sordello. The owners are very kind (I arrived in Mantua at lunchtime and it was very hot, they came to pick me up at the train station. A gesture that I appreciated very much) and they were also very helpful during the booking process. When I return to Mantua, I will definitely book at Bed and Breakfast 3176. Thank you! Antonella.

Nice apartment in a great central location. Excellent relationship with the host and excellent welcome. The house is well equipped with everything you need. The only aspect that could be improved is the quality of the mattresses which are too thin and uncomfortable, as well as the noisy bed frame. The additional beds in the living room are very uncomfortable sofa beds, suitable only for small children.

We had a great time with the owner, who was very flexible and kind. The apartment is in an optimal position and very nice and welcoming. I only point out that despite being able to use the kitchen, there is a lack of any kind of food (salt, oil), which we thought were included. However, it remains a great experience, recommended!

We stayed only one night, but everything was perfect. Very quiet, clean apartment and just a stone's throw from the squares. The managers are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is not included, but there are bars and excellent trattorias nearby. A real surprise in the center of Mantova. Highly recommended!

Mini apartment in a great location, very close to the main attractions. Furnished with everything you need. The person who welcomed us was very kind and helpful. The price is absolutely affordable. I highly recommend it. There are no cheap parking spaces nearby, but just take a few extra steps and you can find some in zone 2 for 6.50 euros per day.

B&B found quickly for an impromptu stop in Mantua. Very clean, in the center, it has a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. And air conditioning. Very nice and welcoming hosts. Only small downside, the lack of breakfast, because it is not included.

Ottima posizione, ideale per visitare il centro di Mantova, anche la stazione è a una ventina di minuti a piedi. Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità. Unico problema non aver potuto lasciare i bagagli in deposito l'ultimo giorno, dato anche il fatto che la stazione di Mantova non fornisce il servizio.

Ho fatto soggiornare i miei genitori e mia zia che essendo persone sui 65/70 anni sono abbastanza diffidenti dei B&B invece sono rimasti contentissimi sia per la pulizia del posto, sia la posizione rispetto al centro e sia della tranquillità anche se situato nel centro storco. Io che li andavo a prendere e a trovare avevo il parcheggio proprio vicino al B&B dove è veramente difficile trovarlo nel resto della città. Entrando ho notato con i miei occhi che aveva tutto ciò che occorre, anche se a dire il vero avrei preferito il wi-fi ma va benissimo anche senza. Bagno spazioso, camere spaziose e soggiorno spaziosissimo. Le sorelle titolari sempre molto disponibili ad accoglierci sia al check in come al check out e molto simpatiche. Lo consiglio veramente.

Ottima posizione centrale se volete visitare la via del Principe con i palazzi storici è eccezionale, saranno 250 mt da Piazza Sordello. Si tratta di un appartamento in strada privata dove non è possibile parcheggiare ma a poca distanza c'è un parcheggio a pagamento (tariffa giornaliera 5 € per tutto il giorno, festivi gratis). La colazione non è prevista ma avete cucinino a disposizione quindi possibile anche cucinare e mangiare a casa. Il locale sembra ristrutturato da poco, è in ottime condizioni e pulito. Trattasi di un 4 posti con camera da letto e divano letto quindi và benissimo per la famiglia. È un po' caro nelle festività, ho pagato 140 € al giorno che, considerando bed&breakfast senza colazione, è un prezzo un po' alto, ma è l'unico trovato libero al centro di Mantova.

Ottima struttura in un vicolo in pieno centro in strada chiusa senza traffico quindi molto silenziosa. Molto gentile e disponibile la proprietaria. Veri e propri appartamenti nuovi provvisti di tutto.. Anche a/c lo consiglio e ritornerò sia per la bellissima città che per l Ottimo soggiorno. Grazie Filippo.
