My husband and I spent only 1 night here on our way to Sulzano. We arrived during the heat wave. When the air conditioner did not turn on immediately, I sent a message to Edoardo. He replied quickly and asked me to allow 5 minutes. And in 5 minutes, the air conditioner was working well! The next morning, we enjoyed an abundant breakfast with many options. Edoardo called a taxi for us when we needed one. Everything here was very good. The check-in process was easy. Communication through WhatsApp was easy. We would stay here again!

I stayed for two nights in November 2024. It is a nice place and nice people. I took the small room due to the fact that it is at the ground level, but it is not small! Much bigger than I expected. The place is organized with care and taste. It can be our home. The only problem I had was related to the identification of the place. Due to troubles with the train, I arrived later than planned. I identified the street easily, but I was not able to find the number. Then I thought that it was not that street. My suggestion is to correct the name of the street to avoid doubts. "Corso Giacomo Matteotti" instead of just Corso Matteotti. In fact, the property had a small identification in the place of the number, but at night it is not visible. If you use GPS, you have the problem solved! I hope to come back! To the hosts, my congratulations and thanks for the good service and care for those who decided to stay with them.

Wonderful location and surgically clean rooms. The room design and layout were very comfortable and the host was very nice and professional. The breakfast was excellent and the service was great. I could not recommend anymore. Added bonus if you are into art, the church across the street has an altarpiece by Titian.

We had a great stay. The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect, just on the edge of the old town. It was quiet but easy to reach everywhere on foot. The free parking a couple of streets away was a real bonus. I would recommend it to anyone.

The B&B Corso Matteotti is located in a small house in Brescia. The owner is very nice and was waiting for us despite the fact that we were later than expected. The room was fine, the bathroom clean, and the bed very comfortable. Our bikes could be placed inside the house. The owner gave us advice on where to eat and some interesting places to visit. Breakfast: very good. We felt welcome.

Wow! This property has exceeded my expectations. I have stayed at numerous bed and breakfasts but have never experienced one quite like this. It is high quality in cleanliness, near the station and the main center. Very good value and the hosts are just such lovely Italian people. It's a charming Italian bed and breakfast and I would absolutely stay here again when I am in Brescia. I highly recommend staying here.

Lovely B&B. The hosts were welcoming, our room was clean and comfortable with a good sized bathroom. Breakfast was varied with fresh fruit, cornetti, pastries, yogurt etc. and good coffee. The B&B is very near the train and bus stations but only a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of town. Grazie mille!

This B&B was an awesome experience! The rooms appeared to be newly renovated. Very very clean and comfortable. The breakfast and breakfast room was wonderful. It included meats, cheeses, pastries, fruits, biscotti/brioche, yogurt, cereals/granola, and a selection of beverages. The hosts were very friendly, inviting, and helpful. The entrance and the room windows are along an alley, so it was quiet. Close to the train station, and not far from the city center. There is no elevator, but the host whisked our luggage up to our room on arrival. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

A lovely experience in Brescia. It is a 10-minute walk from the train station but far enough away not to suffer any of the negative station activity. The small building is ideally located on a main street and a lane so it is quiet. There is no elevator but my hosts were more than happy to help with the suitcase. The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom covered every detail. There is also a small TV in the room - Italian channels only. The windows are new and with the shutters, it is well insulated. The breakfast room is cheerful and the food wonderful - fresh croissants, coffee/tea, meats and cheeses, toast, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal. Everything displayed appetizingly and served by our hosts. Eva and Eduardo are really kind people who love what they do. I would highly recommend staying in Brescia at this charming B&B and discovering a city that is not generally on the tourist itinerary. It is really interesting.

A top stay in this bed and breakfast! The location, just a few minutes from the train station on one side, from the city center on the other, is ideal. The welcome is very friendly and attentive (but exclusively in Italian, which quickly limits conversations if you don't speak this language). The room was spacious, well-equipped (perhaps just lacking a small wardrobe) and very clean. Good quality breakfast. We highly recommend!

Since one day before departure my doctor declared me unfit to travel due to a serious and potentially contagious illness (shingles), it was necessary to cancel. According to the current law, the guest must provide a replacement or the landlord must find another guest to limit the damage to the tenant. The landlord rented the room to others for 3 days, as clearly demonstrated by the occupancy list on his website. Therefore, I expect a refund of the excess amount charged and have given him a deadline until Tuesday, May 23, 2023. Contrary to his usual practices, he has not contacted me since debiting the rental fee. If he had waived the re-rental, that would have been acceptable, but renting out twice and then disappearing, that is unacceptable. Neither in Germany nor in Italy.

Excellent attention from Eduardo. The room is small (it's the only one available when I made the reservation), but sufficient to be comfortable. The room was on the first floor by stairs (about 15 steps). The bed is comfortable and spacious. The bathroom very clean. It is close to the historic center of Brescia. The property is practically in the center of Brescia, a short distance from Piazza della Loggia. The room was very spacious, spotless and tastefully furnished, with soft and fragrant towels and a large, comfortable bed. The air conditioner did its job and we managed to sleep despite the heat. We were traveling by bike and, as previously agreed, our two bikes were stored safely in the garage. The owners welcomed us warmly, were attentive to our needs and requests and helped us in every way. I highly recommend this B&B.

The location is not too far from the main monuments in the city center and the station. Clean and welcoming room. From the description, it was supposed to be a double room, but there were two separate single beds. The air conditioning was a bit noisy. The breakfast was very abundant for being just a small B&B. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. At checkout, they also allowed me to leave my luggage and pick it up in the afternoon.

I definitely gave ten to all categories: structure, cleanliness, location of the structure, manager, value for money, breakfast. The structure is in the center of Brescia and all services are easily reachable, furthermore, you can rest magnificently as it is located in a really quiet place. The family management by the two spouses is simply fantastic: you feel at home. The attention to detail is of really good taste, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the costs, etc. In short, what can I say: I will definitely return and I highly recommend it!

We are a couple with a small daughter. We stayed for a weekend in the triple room. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was plentiful and the managers were very kind. I highly recommend it for those who need to go to Brescia. Bonus: the sheets were very soft.

The structure is located in an excellent position to visit the historic center and is close to the station. The managers are very kind and I was able to leave my luggage after the checkout time. The room is spacious with all the necessary comforts, beautiful furniture, the wooden ceiling is not displeasing at all, well cleaned, the owner is very kind and helpful. The only negative note, but it is obviously not the owner's fault, is that there are no free parking spaces, at least unless you want to walk. So add ten euros for parking to the price of the B&B Corso Matteotti 62 which is already in line with hotels. I almost forgot. The breakfast is really excellent.

A few steps away is the beautiful Church of Saints Nazzaro and Celso. Inside you will find paintings by Moretto and Titian. The B&B Corso Matteotti 62 is very nice, clean, and offers a good breakfast. Despite the room facing a busy street in the center, it is not very noisy and easy to find. The only small drawback is the 28 steps on spiral stairs (a bit high for those carrying luggage) to reach our room, which is very beautiful with exposed beams.

The excellent location just 10 minutes walk from the station and 5 minutes from the center is definitely appreciated. The environment is very clean, with a good smell everywhere. The bed is comfortable and both the room and the bathroom are warm. The managers are very kind and served us a plentiful breakfast, both sweet and savory, with some local products. They showed maximum availability to leave the luggage both before and after check-in. In the room, we really appreciated the set for preparing herbal teas. The structure is nice, quiet, strategically located in relation to the center and the central station of Brescia. The double room and the bathroom are spacious, clean and welcoming. The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. Nothing is missing, not even the kettle for a herbal tea (set of teas provided free of charge in the room). However, I feel like suggesting to the manager to better darken the rooms, especially those facing the illuminated street, with blackout curtains. Despite the shutters (which can go unnoticed), a lot of light filters into the room since the street lamps are in front and at window height. Lastly, if there was also a mini fridge for those staying longer, it would be perfect.

Undoubtedly the best B&B of my trip (37 days) through northern Italy. Clean structure, good atmosphere, safe area, 400 mt from the central station, with nearby services (bar, supermarket). Very kind and caring owners, a very good breakfast, with a variety of pastries and cold cuts, fruits, etc. Good-sized room and bathroom, excellent shower, comfortable bed, good internet connection. I recommend it without hesitation. And Brescia is a fantastic city to visit. The owners are very kind and efficient, Mr. Edoardo was always very helpful, answering all requests and doubts, giving great suggestions. Spacious room, large bathroom, and comfortable shower. Cozy, very clean, safe and quiet environment, close to the city center and the train station. I will definitely return when I'm in Brescia again.

It has been recently renovated with taste and is equipped with all the comforts. Fantastic stay! The owners are super helpful and friendly people. The property is in a very convenient location to the station and the center of Brescia. Neat, clean, comfortable rooms, with everything you need and more (there is a kettle and some herbal tea infusions). The structure is new, well maintained and in a great location, the managers are very courteous; even though it is in the center, parking is practical as well. One point to pay attention to: for one-night stays cash payment is required, or at least that's what is written in a notice in the room. However, at the time of payment the manager told me that he would also accept debit cards. In any case, ask beforehand to avoid withdrawing cash unnecessarily. Overall, a great experience.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, well-kept and clean; excellent cleanliness. Very welcoming atmosphere. Nice location: in the center but absolutely far from the traffic noise.

Great experience, the manager welcomed us with responsibility and friendliness. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and there were all the conditions for a pleasant stay. We will always return when we go that way.

My husband and I loved everything about this B&B, the location, cleanliness, comfort, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful owners. I can only recommend it and when we come back to Brescia we will definitely stay here again.
