The accommodation has an excellent location, as it is very close to the stadium, our point of interest for this trip. The owner Paride was very kind, always replied very quickly to messages, cordial and friendly. However, cleanliness and the external repairs need to be reviewed. The room and the bathroom were fairly dirty, both in terms of dust and stains on the sheets and on the walls. The room was a bit damp since it is in the basement. If some improvements were made, I would choose/recommend it for those interested in visiting San Siro stadium.

Perfect pied-à-terre for a quick stop in the San Siro area. The rooms are well kept. A shame about the general cleaning of the common areas: I found a lot of dust, but the bedroom and bathroom are OK. I will return.

Very kind and helpful host. New and very well maintained property. Excellent for those who want to go to San Siro. Highly recommended.

I liked the accommodation because it is close to the Meazza.

The host was available and kind. The property was in excellent condition and was already warm when I arrived.

Everything was perfect.

It requires more cleaning and ventilation because it is a basement. Mattress and bed need to be replaced.

The structure is nice, the room is clean and tidy. The convenience of being a fifteen-minute walk from San Siro is priceless. We did not meet the manager in person, but when we spoke to him on the phone, he was always available and courteous. If we need anything, we will definitely return.
