I stayed for three nights with my family to take the kids to Leolandia. The property is very well-kept and the room is very clean with many comforts inside such as a coffee machine and kettle. On the ground floor, there is also a perfectly maintained small garden where you can relax. Carmelo, the owner, is a very kind and helpful person, and his brioches with fresh cream are part of a delicious and plentiful breakfast. Finally, the property is close to Leolandia, so it's a strategic location for visiting the park. Extraordinary value for money.

Strategic location for those like me, who have to go to Leolandia with the family. Very spacious, clean rooms and then, with a breakfast that is ample and good, it's like being at home.

I had to give 10 because 11 is not allowed. Excellent facility managed professionally by Mr. Carmelo always very kind and helpful with advice and his delicious breakfasts. The property is very close to the Leolandia amusement park which can be reached in 15 minutes by car. I definitely recommend it to friends.

We had requested two rooms with a bathroom, and we were given a room separated by a curtain from our friends' room. Obviously, the bathroom was to be shared.

Great facility, a very favorable location to visit the Leolandia amusement park. The manager was very helpful and kind, I found excellent cleanliness in the rooms and bathrooms, I recommend it to families with children. The breakfast service was fantastic, homely and welcoming with great food.

Beautiful villa transformed into a B&B. The manager is helpful and friendly. Ideal location for Leolandia and close to the highway exit. Stayed comfortably with 4 people (including 2 children aged 4 and 7) and good and plentiful breakfast. If we were to stay in the area again, it will definitely be our trusted B&B. Highly recommended.

Nice and comfortable structure and excellent service. Our family with 4 children stayed here on the occasion of the visit to the Leolandia amusement park with a valid entry for two consecutive days. We had a great time and hope to come back. We recommend this B&B to everyone.

Excellent reception from the host, a delightful person, the true essence of the bed & breakfast, very abundant breakfast, plus air conditioning and impeccable cleanliness; recommended for those who want to take children to Leolandia.\n\nIn general, not in the specific case, I find that the prices are now similar to hotels, from the research done in the area all the B&B prices were equal to the rooms of 3-star hotels, too bad!

A very comfortable and bright house. Kindness and courtesy always come first. The framework of all this is undoubtedly the attention and savoir-faire of the host, who from the arrival showed us great availability in welcoming us. A wonderful place. The rooms are well located at a distance from each other, to respect the privacy among the occupants. The breakfast service is abundant in a harmonious and relaxing environment. Mr. Carmelo made us feel comfortable from the first day and also wanted to make our stay even more comfortable by providing us with a car of his own, to allow us to move from one location to another without depending on anyone. We personally thank Mr. Carmelo for this wonderful stay and for his complete availability, and we highly recommend anyone who wants to go to the Grignano area to not hesitate to contact Mr. Carmelo for a guaranteed holiday without disappointments.

Family environment. The owner is very welcoming and an excellent pastry chef. It feels like being at home. On the advice of Mr. Carmelo, we postponed our trip and thus we were able to attend the Peter Pan musical held at Minitalia. P. S. I will try to make his croissants. Thank you for the recipe.
