Superbly located, will give you the great opportunity to
enjoy the many activities that Lake Como and the mountains that surround
it offer you such as windsurf, kitesurf, trekking, bicycling, hang glider and
paragliding.

Ten minutes walk from the beach and the Sport Centre Club provided with
swimming-pool, tennis courts and soccer field where you can go to keep
fit or just relax.

Within easy walking distance you will find bars, restaurants, shops,
local market, farmacy and the Hospital Moriggia Pelascini.

Situated on the ground and first floor, all the rooms have ensuite
bathroom, tv, frigobar, hair dryer, coffee and tea facilities, free wi-fi and
independent heating. Private parking on the doorstep available for bikes
and motorbikers.

There are no unfulfilled wishes...! The arrival was uncomplicated, there is a free parking very close by (1 minute walk.). The room even had a small, well-equipped kitchen (including espresso machine!), enough storage space and two windows that provided a bit of ventilation. Unfortunately, the street was sometimes a bit loud with the windows open (and passing motorcycles), but everything else was perfect. The bathroom was always clean and well maintained, and towels/shower towels were provided. Upon arrival, there were some useful brochures on the table, and the (very friendly! and cheerful) landlady gladly explained more details to us. She took care of everything we needed and was always open for a nice chat. So, our stay was absolutely fulfilling! The town is wonderful, and with about a 50-minute walk (mostly along the lake), you soon reach the fishing village of Domaso. We will definitely come back sometime!

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast, the owners are very kind and spontaneous. I arrived from Rome with a strong concern for my husband hospitalized at the Gravedona hospital. They made me feel at home, reassured me and even accompanied me to the bus stop for Como San Giovanni, what more could you want? Clean and spacious room and then silence and lots of joy.
