Every day we will prepare for you a rich choice of breakfast in the Breakfast Room in the attic or, if time allows, we will be serving on the tables outside in the garden. Enjoy your meal! CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST The classic with coffee, milk, tea, yoghurt, fruit juices, bread and biscuits, cookies, croissants, cereals, jams and honey, butter and cakes. Upon request, cheese, ham, boiled eggs and fresh fruit with no fees! SPECIAL BREAKFAST On request, we can prepare a special breakfast for guests with food allergies by using products that you will advise us.

Chambre correcte. Très propre. Vue sur le lac de la chambre. Petit déjeuner correct et gourmand. Le gros bémol c'est la route très passagère qui passe au ras de la maison, du coup un peu compliqué pour dormir.

Dieses b+b ist eine klare Empfehlung und kommt auf unsere Liste, falls wir mal wieder in die Gegend kommen. Herzliche Gastgeber, blitzsaubere Unterkunft und ein ausgiebiges, leckeres Frühstück. Wenn man das Haar in der Suppe suchen will, ist es die Lage an der Straße. Aber die Zimmer gehen zur Seeseite, und bieten einen Blick auf den See und die Berge. Perfekt!

The Swallow is our favorite place! We have been coming here for years, both in spring and summer. The place is made even more magical by Stefania and Gianpaolo, fantastic managers of B&B Il Nido dello Svasso, who know how to welcome and make guests feel comfortable excellently.

We had a nice weekend. The B&B Il Nido dello Svasso is convenient as a starting point for beautiful walks. The managers are helpful and friendly, abundant breakfast.

My husband and I stayed one night at B&B Il Nido dello Svasso and to say that we had a great time is an understatement. Extremely clean and very welcoming room. The owner waited for us even though we arrived after dinner, around 10:00 PM. Furthermore, in response to our request to check-out later, if possible, the owner accommodated us even though there was a reservation for the next day and allowed us to stay until 12:30. Needless to say, highly recommended and if the opportunity arises, we will definitely return.

Equipped with all the comforts, the owner is really kind and helpful, located right on the lake which is accessed via a pedestrian entrance. In short, a good base to stay in comfort… Good and plentiful breakfast.

Guest House Il Nido dello Svasso is a structure also equipped with a pleasant garden ideal for enjoying moments of relaxation and is located near a pedestrian path that allows you to walk along the lakeshore easily and without the need for special footwear or equipment. The managers are friendly and helpful with the guests.

The property is very comfortable and cozy. The owners are kind and above all helpful. The garden, which directly accesses the cycle path along the lake, is also very beautiful and well maintained... I will definitely come back!

Ottimo locale, ottima accoglienza, locale pulito e ordinato, ci siamo trovati benissimo, solo voto 9 per la posizione che personalmente avrei dato di più per via della calma e tranquillità che la posizione offre ma il lago e splendido e ovviamente ci sono altre realtà meravigliose, comunque ci torneremo, posto consigliatissimo

Molto pulita e ordinata. Comodo il letto e molto tranquillo il luogo ove è ubicata la struttura. Molto bello il giardino dove abbiamo potuto fare uno spuntino sotto il pergolato. Comodissimo per la passeggiata a lago. Molto pulito. Molto cortesi i proprietari. Sicuramente consigliato.

B&B situato a 50 passi dalla riva del lago in una delle zone più belle e suggestive di tutto il Lago di Como dal punto di vista naturalistico. Gestori gentilissimi disponibili e attenti alla cura del B&B sin nei minimi particolari. Camera grande, pulitissima, comodi i letti. Ottima e abbondante la colazione. Consigliatissimo sia per coppie che per famiglie.

La cortesia e la semplicità che ci hanno accolto è stata superlativa. La colazione che c'è stata preparata al mattino è stata favolosa. Sarà sicuramente la nostra scelta per tutte le volte che dovremmo recarci a gera lario.

Ho passato 6 notti con mio marito e nostra figlia. Abbiamo soggiornato nella mansarda adibita a camera tripla, con piccolo bagno privato. Ambiente molto pulito ed accogliente, finestra con vista lago. Posto molto tranquillo ma vicino a diverse località turistiche. Abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio noleggio bici con bellissimo tour sul Pian di Spagna e fino alla foce dell'Adda. I proprietari molto ospitali ed allo stesso tempo discreti. Gianpaolo sempre disponibile a indicazioni e consigli per i vari itinerari. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Assolutamente consigliato.

Ottimo posto in stabile recente, bel giardino, possibilità di bici, colazione abbondante con torte e/o biscotti fatti in casa, e soprattutto, il gestore Giampaolo molto gentile, ottimo conoscitore dei posti in zona e "tuttologo" per storia, geografia, botanica e molto altro. Una vacanza davvero piacevole.

Struttura molto curata e pulita. Comoda per centro paese, lago, parcheggio, giardino, quiete. Ottima colazione servita nel bel giardino. Tramite un cancelletto si può accedere direttamente al lago. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato.

Sin dal primo momento la cortesia dei due proprietari ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio. Peccato per le avverse condizioni meteorologiche, altrimenti avremmo potuto commentare anche una mattinata "post-supercolazione" a pedalare lungo il lago. La camera era una graziosa mansarda dall'arredo semplice ma rustico, il bagno attiguo era dotato di tutti i comfort (piccolo malinteso: io e la mia compagna volevamo un bagno privato, in realtà - se fossero stati presenti nel B&B altri visitatori - lo avremmo dovuto condividere). Altro aspetto non da poco. Inclusa nel prezzo c'è la "Carta dello Svasso", ovvero un piccolo carnet di sconti che va dalla ristorazione, al noleggio di biciclette, sino ad interessanti visite guidate nella zona. Insomma, lo consigliamo a tutti e forza Sampdoria!

Super hospitable reception by the host. Beautiful location on the north side of Lake Como. The lake and various restaurants are within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was sufficient and delicious. The B&B is located along a busy road, but definitely recommended.
