All my stay there was perfect, thank you.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for 3 nights and had everything that we could have wished for. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast was classic Italian, sweet with coffee on the side. The hosts are very friendly and caring. We felt very welcome during our stay. About 25 minutes outside of Milan by train. 10/10.

Place really perfect, from every point of view, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast. I highly recommend it, very available person.

A little corner of calm and cozy just 15 minutes from Loreto, spacious and very clean rooms with private bathrooms, a small kitchen, and substantial snacks including fruits and homemade cake. It's highly appreciated! The owners are very friendly. Came for a friend's wedding, we had the B&B all to ourselves. Our hosts and their children are smiling, helpful, and accommodating. I even recommend it for visiting Milan, 15 minutes by car or 35 by metro but with the peace and comfort at an appreciable price. Thanks to the whole family so adorable, accommodating, smiling, and dynamic! See you soon!

Beautiful property located in a quiet area that makes you feel safe as soon as you arrive. In the room, besides being very clean and equipped with every comfort, I found a basket full of snacks and a bottle of water. Not to mention the kitchen! I was amazed by the amount of treats for breakfast. In addition to other bottles of water and complimentary items in the fridge, I had at my disposal a microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, cups, tablecloths, glasses, cutlery, etc., as if I were at home. The bathroom is small, it's true, and without a bidet, but this does not make it less comfortable than the other rooms. On the other hand, there is a nice large shower. But the strong point of the property is without a doubt its hosts. I had the chance to meet members of this family, modest, very polite and extremely helpful people. They made me feel welcome as if I were at home and that means a lot to me. I conclude by saying that with B&B Il Gufo 42 in Vimodrone you are in safe hands.

I booked to accommodate my relatives and they all had a great time. The structure is warm and welcoming, the breakfast is complete, and the host is kind and helpful. It will remain a point of reference in our area where we can bring them back.

Good value for money. Excellent location for San Raffaele and well connected by metro. I would recommend it. The presence of the refrigerator and the space to consume a meal purchased outside.

I stayed here for visits to the San Raffaele. The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. The breakfast was abundant. The managers were very kind and helpful. Excellent value for money. Not very close to the hospital, but just a few hundred meters away, the subway was very convenient for my movements. Recommended.

The structure is nice, tastefully furnished, well maintained and clean. The room is comfortable, with a comfortable bed, a comfortable wardrobe and a small desk. The bathroom is very spacious, well cleaned, new, furnished with all comforts. A basket with snacks and water in the room, very appreciated. The common room for breakfast is well cleaned, with the possibility of preparing coffee, ginseng and all kinds of herbal teas. Milk, yogurt, juices, tea, assorted biscuits for a rich breakfast, plus a very good slice of cake. The structure is in a very convenient area to reach, quiet, in a strategic position to go to the San Raffaele hospital or to the center of Milan. The parking in front is greatly appreciated. Excellent quality/price ratio; we will certainly return.

Optimal solution for those who need to go to Milan in the city. It is well connected by public transport as you can reach the green VIMODRONE stop in a few minutes and from there in about half an hour you are in the center of Milan with an urban ticket. The room is well maintained and has all the comforts: comfortable bed, spacious and airy room, desk, wardrobe, and large bathroom. It is very useful to have the possibility to use the common kitchen space to eat something when returning. Yogurt, juices, and milk are provided in the refrigerator and there is a wide choice for breakfast, with a machine with pods for drinks and every morning a dessert provided by the hosts Simone and Francesca who are two excellent hosts, really courteous and helpful.

Great B&B in a strategic location in Vimodrone. Structure excellently renovated. Excellent cleanliness with a complete breakfast. Great prices and unique kindness and assistance. Congratulations to Mr. Simone, a very kind person.

The structure is comfortable and clean, at an affordable price. Having stayed for 3 nights, however, we have some suggestions: 1) I immediately informed the staff of my gluten and lactose intolerance upon arrival, but no one bothered to provide me with something suitable for breakfast the next day (which I couldn't have); 2) the light switch in the room is located outside the door, so mistaking it for the corridor light switch, other guests "illuminated" us twice in the middle of the night... it should be changed to avoid such inconvenience; 3) check-out is at 10 a.m. and we were slightly late: we were asked to vacate quickly, with no tolerance for my ninety-one-year-old mother who is slower in dressing and moving... while other guests were allowed to comfortably have breakfast in the kitchen. We hope that our constructive criticisms can help you manage your facility better.

High-level structure for a B&B near the green metro and the city center. Welcoming, we were greeted by a young man quite competent who showed us everything related to the room: water bottle in the room with snacks in a bowl, the kitchen complete with everything, fridge full with a colorful napkin like the room, which includes milk, yogurt Müller, etc. \nI wanted to point out because, being a traveler, it's the first time I've encountered so much accuracy for the price paid.

Structure in the quiet Vimodrone, far from the hectic Milan but within easy reach of the green metro in 5 minutes, located on the outskirts of Vimodrone, a very quiet area with plenty of free parking. The structure is equipped with all the comforts, the owners are downstairs always available, very kind and understanding. The kitchen is equipped to make a good breakfast, equipped with everything, very welcome the daily slice of cake and the water bottles, including a Ferrarelle. Impeccable cleanliness, beds quite comfortable, presence of many electrical outlets and excellent heating system. The only small downside is the TVs, perhaps too small for the distance and the walls/doors that are not very soundproof. Overall, I recommend it and will gladly return.

We had a great time the owners very kind, varied breakfast with a fresh pastry every day, fruit, juices, yogurt always available, the metro is a few minutes walk the area is very nice, quiet. Recommended.

Clean room, spacious new bathroom, good breakfast. Especially nighttime silence, which is crucial for those not used to living in the city.

Great B&B, great location from the green metro line to easily reach San Raffaele Hospital. Very clean, abundant breakfast. Efficient air conditioning. We had a great time. If we need again, we will definitely book at Il Gufo again.

No issues with the staff and the facility but the latter, quiet and clean, is secluded from the area with shops and commercial activities given that there are no regular buses or taxis and the metro is a 20-minute walk away, tiring with luggage.

I have stayed three times, the first two exclusively on weekends while the last stay was for 10 days. Beautiful, clean and spacious rooms suitable for both short and long stays. The managers have always been very kind, clear and above all available. The breakfast is really good. Moreover, it is a very convenient structure in case you work in the Cologno Monzese area (not even 5 minutes by car). Nevertheless, the structure is located in a quiet, relaxing and not very noisy area, even though, as mentioned, the television studios are a few steps away. First-rate quality-price ratio!

I booked at B&B The Owl 42 for my guests for work and I must say that they were very happy and if they come back to Milan they will stay here again. The owners are kind and helpful, perfect cleanliness and a large and beautifully bright green room. Congratulations, I recommend.

Excellent structure, very kind and helpful owners. A bit outside the city but reachable by metro.

The owner was very kind, punctual, and helpful. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Abundant breakfast and above all, we had the opportunity to taste the apple pie prepared by the owner.

The B&B Il Gufo 42 is nice and comfortable, with the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. For breakfast, we enjoyed a delicious pie and the selection of drinks was also wide. The location is great, the metro is a 10-minute walk away, and there is parking available in front of the property. I highly recommend it.
