We were passing through with our motorcycle and could only stay for one night. When we arrived, we had to call a phone number and immediately there was a contact person available. We could converse in English with him. Luckily, the apartment was already ready for us and we could unpack immediately. Consequently, we had more time to explore Como. The location is very good, you can reach the old town and the lake on foot. Breakfast was left for us in the kitchen and we made our own coffee. This suited us just fine, so we were not bound by any time. We would go back to this apartment at any time. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Price a bit too high for the national B&B day. Cleaning costs exaggerated to clean a bedroom with an attached kitchen, 60 euros are definitely a lot and mandatory for a 2-day stay. Besides, I had to pay extra money not included in the initial contract. It would be advisable to establish transparency with the owner from the beginning, from what is provided at the payment stage to what will actually be paid in the end. Not just the issue of the few extra money I had to spend, but at least provide a coherent explanation. Nice place even though quite far from the lake on foot.

Gentile Cristian, offriamo camere indipendenti con bagno privato e con zona cucina privata, attrezzata, per essere autonomi con i pasti. I costi comprendono la pulizia, il noleggio di lenzuola, asciugamani e l'IVA dovuta per legge, purtroppo ovviamente tali costi non dipendono dalla durata del soggiorno ma sono in base al servizio effettuato. I costi sono chiari, oltre alla camera è richiesto di pagare le spese di pulizia finale e la tassa di soggiorno, si può vedere alla prenotazione, siamo spiacenti se la comunicazione non è stata chiara ma dipende dal portale Bed and breakfast, non da noi. Arrivederci a Como

The studio where I stayed for three days had two large windows, so it was very bright and overlooking the inner courtyard, also quiet. Convenient private parking. Strategic location, in a few minutes on foot you could reach the lakeside, a supermarket and restaurants for dinner. The only flaw was that the bathroom, clean and bright, could not be locked and the kitchen equipment was minimal, lacking even a colander. However, I would recommend it.

The Casa Aurora structure is at the center of the customer's attention. Starting from the well-furnished, clean and organized rooms to the friendliness of the manager who, in a very spontaneous atmosphere besides making you feel at home, suggests visits and places of interest in Como. Attention to details such as recycling bins or adjustable electric shutters of your choice, create a completely familiar atmosphere. Spending the weekend here was refreshing. The possibility of hosting my small dog thanks to the separate room from the others allowed the other guests not to feel uncomfortable and personally allowed me not to disturb. Another positive note is the proximity to the historic center and at the same time the neighborhood is very quiet. Steps away from shops and restaurants in complete convenience. Having parking inside the facility is an added bonus that gives great value to this structure. I highly recommend it.

Simply fantastic experience. Fantastic room and bathroom, very spacious and well furnished. Exceptional cleanliness, but above all, unique friendliness of the manager. He proved to be extremely flexible and friendly, much appreciated by us travelers. Moreover, the location is in a quiet position but just a stone's throw from the historic center of Como and about a km from the lake. Little to say, recommended to everyone.
