Al Baitin B&B is the perfect destination for an unforgettable experience at the heart of the Stelvio National Park in the Alta Valtellina valley. Come experience a long tradition of hospitality and service at our establishment: a typical mountain lodge built from local wood and stone at the heart of Santa Caterina Valfurva during the first half of the nineteenth century.

At Al Baitin, breakfast is absolutely essential to start your day in the best possible way. In the "Saléta"—a word that comes from dialect to describe an old masonry room in mountain lodges—located on the ground floor, a generous and varied buffet is spread out over an old wooden work table, complete with freshly prepared hot drinks (coffee, cappuccino, tea and milk), fruit juices, freshly squeezed juice and fresh fruit, freshly baked bread and pastries, traditional cakes, authentic jams, cereals, eggs, cheeses, yoghurt, local cold cuts, and a wide selection of products prepared daily. Relax front of the fireplace, enjoying the warm ambience and your breakfast in a cosy, tranquil and evocative setting with the feel of yesteryear, surrounded by the old, locally sourced wood used for the panelling. We spent a long weekend in Santa Caterina and stayed at B&B Al Baitin - Charme & Nature. The rooms are very cozy, warm, and well-kept, just the atmosphere you expect to find in a mountain resort. The breakfast is plentiful, varied, and of good quality, served by Giovanna who is an impeccable host, always ready to meet the needs and requests of the guests. If you plan to spend a few days in this area, we highly recommend it.

Highly recommended! Initially I was looking for a place in Bormio, then I found this B&B Al Baitin - Charme & Nature and... thank goodness! My husband, my daughter and I had a great time! Perfect location, you can walk to the ski slopes in just a few minutes. Excellent service both from the manager and at breakfast. The B&B is really well-kept and managed with style and that mountain charm we were looking for. We spent beautiful days in the snow and tranquillity.

I only spent one night with my family in this property, but it was enough to appreciate the pleasant welcome, the warmth of the room furnishings, the attention to detail also present in the breakfast area which was very rich for both adults and children, of excellent quality with pastries and Illy coffee that makes the difference! I had a great impression from the website images, but upon arrival I was even more pleasantly surprised. I will definitely come back!

I stayed at this new B&B for only one night but we would have stayed for at least a week! Giovanna's welcome immediately struck us, prompt and helpful, she directed us to a very good restaurant! Definitely a positive note is the covered garage! The rooms are furnished with a unique taste, clean and fragrant, all in wood. The bathroom is a touch of class! Abundant breakfast with excellent quality products. Truly exceptional.
