One night stay to visit Leolandia. Excellent location, 5 minutes on foot and you are at the park. Breakfast in the room with industrial products but still abundant. Good cleanliness as well as the kindness and availability of the host.

Clean and welcoming structure, excellent staff. Highly recommended.

Loft not suitable for families, beds positioned hostel-style, television visible only from one bed, no windows, staircase leading to the bathroom in the loft dangerous and not to be done barefoot. I will not repeat the same room choice.

Unfortunately, we stayed only one night at the b2in suite & office facility, forced by fatigue, but if I had had the time, I would have definitely escaped elsewhere. We were assigned a loft located about 100 meters from the hotel. Upon arrival, we left our luggage at the reception earlier than the check-in time as we had to go to Leolandia. They allowed us to leave the luggage, which was taken directly to the room, and to park the car in front of the loft. We walked to Leolandia, although in hindsight I would have still taken the car due to the tiredness of the children at the end of the day. We got the room at 6:30 p.m. As soon as we entered, we found ourselves facing a nightmare. The room was dirty, full of insects, dust, hair, and mold. The whirlpool tub was located outside the bathroom in disastrous conditions. We were 4 people, but the loft was for 3, with a double bed and a cot that looked more like a camping bed. We immediately contacted the reception... Luca assured us that he would call an external company for cleaning. They arrived an hour later, and in the meantime, we went out to dinner, tired and sweaty due to the high temperatures. While we were out, we received a message informing us that the bathroom had been cleaned, but the dust on the pipes, located above and behind the beds, had not been removed. A horror movie scene! Exhausted from the journey (we came from Verona) and from the day spent at Leolandia, with two small children fortunately not allergic, we decided to stay. The stairs leading to the loft were noisy and dangerous. The curtains did not darken the room properly. Breakfast consisted of packaged products. We will never return to this facility, despite the €145 paid.

Unique structure, furnished like a workshop, with a loft with bathroom and whirlpool bath in plain sight (may not appeal to everyone). High home automation but some things were unclear: the digital terrestrial seemed on but didn't work (dead batteries?). No TV but a video projector (which we couldn't use, not a big deal). Essential furnishings. Quite poor breakfast. Despite booking for 5, they only provided 4 beds (our 5-year-old child had to sleep with us). Not a big deal, but why? On the website, the room was listed for 5. Private parking, but the 2 parking spaces are really narrow, so we preferred to park outside (there are free spots in the area). Overall, it's fine for a visit to Leolandia, but I wouldn't go back for other reasons.

Spacious and clean room, basic breakfast with packaged products, good courtesy service in the bathroom. Con: only one chair in a room paid for as a triple with no other support points.

I stayed at this property to support my visit to Leolandia (within walking distance). I chose the Factory room for its uniqueness, originality, and the jacuzzi bathtub included. The children were also very excited about it. Everything was greatly appreciated, just a few very small details: the bathtub and nightstands were not perfectly clean (dust traces) and the stairs were creaky (only annoying at night).

We stayed with family at B2 suite & office while visiting Leolandia park, we were satisfied in every way. The location is very close to the park (10 minutes on foot), breakfast in the room, whirlpool bath, cozy and pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely come back.

I am satisfied. The structure is perfect, modern. Very clean.

We stayed for 2 nights to visit Leolandia. The location is perfect for walking to the park. The room is different from the usual, the children had a lot of fun pretending to be on a construction site. The breakfast, packaged and already available upon arrival, is varied and abundant. There was a coffee machine with pods, fruit juices, water, milk, cereals, brioches, toast, various types of jam, Nutella, and crackers. The Nesquik in single portions was very much appreciated.

We stayed in the Factory loft for one night. The room is equipped with many technologies, on one side comfortable, on the other a bit cumbersome. Overall, we liked the structure, especially the whirlpool tub! The owner and the receptionist are very kind and helpful.

Excellent location just a short walk from Leolandia. Strategically located near a bank and shopping center with a variety of options for quick meals. Very helpful staff ready to meet all the guests' needs. State-of-the-art structure equipped with home automation. We came for the second time based on previous experience. I highly recommend it.

Rooms in modern style, clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The managers Luca and Daniela are kind, friendly, and very helpful. Excellent value for money.

B&B great for those who want to spend a relaxed holiday or for families near the Leolandia amusement park. The structure is very nice, technological, clean, and quiet, I recommend it.
