Alberto is a very courteous and responsive host. The apartment is in a great location and had all necessary amenities. Lovely and quiet courtyard, we will definitely stay there again next time in Milan.

I am not very satisfied with the service for the price paid. The accommodation/location is good, consistent with the photos, but the cleanliness was not perfect and a light was broken. For the price, I expected a certain standard that I did not find. Furthermore, I was disappointed by the fact that the owner does not offer any luggage storage service, given that the accommodation must be vacated before 10:00 AM and check-in is only possible from 3:00 PM. 100 euros for less than 24 hours of rental implies at least a quality service.

Great location, and that's the only positive point. The place is very old, there were exposed wires in the bathroom and you couldn't throw paper in the toilet. Also, the house is not air-conditioned, as advertised. We asked for at least a fan to fight the heat, but we were ignored. I wouldn't come back.

I had a good time in this establishment. The room was lovely and clean. The breakfast was extensive and essential. The staff was very kind and professional. I would gladly return to this establishment also because it is close to restaurants and bars for dining during the day and also to the train station and the metro. Additionally, I was able to store my luggage for a few hours free of charge, an excellent service.

The apartment is nice and in a beautiful location. The manager is kind and punctual. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired.

Comfortable apartment located in a strategic area with everything at hand. The host is attentive, available, and open to dialogue. The apartment is minimal, but super equipped, clean, and well-stocked. I will definitely return.
