This is not a Hotel, not even a Motel. There is no sign for the hotel. We couldn’t find the hotel even though we were at the same street using the Google maps. We had to ask at restaurants in the area. Air conditioning is not working during our entire stay, even though we advised the owner Marc and his assistant on both of our stays. No change for bathroom towels if you stayed less than 3 days. There is yellow stuff in the corner of the bathtub, not sure if it’s mold or rust. When you shower water falls on the floor making it soo slippery so with the no change towel policy there wasn’t much we could use to clean it up. Water bottles are only provided on the first day. Lastly, the downstairs is pretty noisy and the walls are quite thin. Overall, the stay wasn’t very pleasant and I would not recommend staying here.

You spent more than 3 hours to reach us from Linate airport 9km because you didn t realize where you landed . !
so you lost 3 hours to cover 9 kilometers distance to reach us !!
Your journey has been for 2 nights , if you strongly need to replace towels daily you should ask and pay for it.
our policy is that we clean and replace towels every 2 nights .(it's written in the information )
The air conditioning is still working probably you expect a freezer temperature (during your stay the temperature was max 27degree celsius
and during night 13 degree Celsius !!!
You recevided for 2 days free complimentary water 4 bottels
not even in 4 stars hotel you get it for free...
Guest with your attitude should book 5 stars hotel and pay for it ! not €264 euro for 2 nights in the trendy central area of Milano
for 2 persons in a studio 28sqm with kitchinette and private bath, free wi fi
Good Luck for your continuos trip to Venice and Rome... in 5 stars deluxe hotels ... isn t it ?
