This accommodation was the best choice we made while trying to find a proper and inexpensive stay near Garda. Thank God we did not choose to stay by the lake. It is overrated. This accommodation is so nice and peaceful.

Very friendly host and amazing rooms. Very spacious and clean. The breakfast was made with a lot of love and sweets. Would very much recommend this accommodation.

The owner was very welcoming and friendly. She gave us information about places to visit and about restaurants where to have lunch and dinner.

Excellent, we spent 2 nights and they were great.

We had 2 wonderful days at the property. We were welcomed very warmly and cordially. The rooms are lovingly decorated and completely meet our expectations. The rooms are very spacious and there was also a large bathroom. In the evening, one could comfortably end the day outside. Highly recommended.

The landlady is very kind and nice. Even before arriving, you receive really good information from her. The house is really nicely located and is a great combination of old and new. The chic room has a huge shower. In the garden, one can relax well. Centrally located, Borghetto and Peschiera can also be easily reached by bike. \n\nThe breakfast is sufficient and in the morning, you are greeted with fragrant pastries. We will probably have to go back there. Best regards and keep it up.

We booked this accommodation to visit Verona and Lake Garda. The experience was excellent, both for the accommodation itself (all newly renovated, clean, spacious...) and for the treatment received. They also offer a spectacular, varied breakfast, including homemade pastries. Highly recommended.

We can only be completely satisfied with this stay. We spent 5 nights at this property, a fully renovated farmhouse. Peace and quiet prevail; it is located in an area just outside the town of Monzambano, immersed in greenery and silence. We stayed in room no. 1, nice and large, tidy and clean, with all amenities. Bathroom with an enormous shower, comfortable double bed, an extra small bed for another person or a child, smart TV connected to the internet and free Wi‑Fi. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, for all tastes. The owners were discreet, and we also had pleasant conversations with them. Parking in front of the property. Great location to visit the best‑known towns of Lake Garda, from Sirmione to Peschiera del Garda, Limone sul Garda, Desenzano, etc. Only 17 km from Gardaland. Not to mention the splendid village of Borghetto sul Mincio. All at a great price. Definitely recommended for everyone. Thanks to Francesca and her family for the excellent hospitality.

Francesca is friendly and very kind. The property is very beautiful and is located in a particularly quiet hilly area, close to many tourist sites (10-30 minutes). I recommend it.

The structure is extremely welcoming and very clean, located in a beautiful position, from which you can easily reach the castles and Lake Garda. The staff is very kind and always available. We will definitely return!

Welcoming structure, well cared for, quiet location but not isolated.

The structure is located in a quiet area in a small village but very close to all major places of interest. The house is very beautiful, both outside and inside. It looks like an agriturismo. Well maintained in every detail and with many comforts. From the abundant and varied breakfast to the spacious rooms. Ours had a beautiful bathroom with a shower. Francesca gave us many tips on what to visit or where to eat. Silence, tranquility, and kindness are top-notch here. Seasoned with the cordiality of the whole family. The parking in front of the house is also convenient. The only downside for us was having had few days to enjoy this wonder. Recommended for both couples and families. Excellent value for money.

Very well-kept and relaxing B&B. The room was spacious, rustic, and 'warm'. Large bathroom also with a tub for a moment of greater relaxation. Exceptional Francesca, always smiling and kind. Excellent experience!

Great and new facility close to the main localities and attractions in the area. All comforts are available (wifi, room temperature management, tv, etc.). I also add at a more than acceptable price, so what more could you want? Thank you Francesca.

Beautiful and comfortable accommodation, in an extremely quiet area from where you can easily reach the points of interest in the area. Our room was very spacious, as was the bathroom, which was equipped with both a shower and a bathtub. We slept very well, both due to the comfort of the bed and the present silence. The managers were very helpful. I recommend it!

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. The renovation was carried out with great care and passion, trying to keep the exposed stone wherever possible. Our stay was very comfortable and the breakfast was superb and abundant. Francesca gave us excellent advice on both places to visit and restaurants to eat at. Recommended.

I had an excellent welcome from Francesca, the owner. House from the 1800s completely renovated and very well cared for in details, very spacious and clean room. You feel at home. Congratulations on the breakfast: very varied and abundant. The price is very good. The services and breakfast are far better than many hotels.

I could elaborate with compliments for everything, but I want to say just one word: excellent.

Traditional countryside structure mixed with new technologies in a perfect way. Very clean and with a very welcoming home-like atmosphere. I reported that I am celiac and I was given a basket available for breakfast. The only downside is the inattention to the expiration of the products. In August, I found cookies that expired in April. But it does not matter, the rest was up to standard.

We stayed at this property for 8 days, it is located in a strategic point to reach tourist destinations and more, the managers and their collaborators are very kind and helpful for any type of assistance, what more can I say... I wish Francesca and Eros all the best for their future project, eventually we will come back to be their guests.

Sleeping at the B&B was a very pleasant and relaxing experience; it is located in a convenient position for many destinations but at the same time surrounded by nature and tranquility. There is an atmosphere of peace, serenity, and family. The environment has been recently renovated: ancient and modern blend together impeccably.

We spent one night as guests of Francesca and Eros, a very pleasant experience to remember. The premises have been tastefully renovated and combine the tradition of the furnishings with modern comforts. Extremely clean room, abundant breakfast, and a location near the main attractions of the area make it a B&B to definitely return to.

We stayed in this beautiful bed and breakfast for a couple of days to visit the main locations on the south side of Lake Garda. The place is charming, set in the countryside, just a few kilometers from Peschiera del Garda, Verona, and Mantua. The building has been renovated, very nice, the room with a very spacious bathroom equipped with everything necessary, excellent breakfast with homemade pastries and an outdoor garden. Francesca was very helpful in recommending local places and activities, you can feel all the passion that the owners put into managing the bed and breakfast making you feel at home.

A wonderful place, one of the best Bed and Breakfasts I have ever been in my life. Francesca is an impeccable host! I recommend it to everyone, the photos do not do justice to this little gem.

I found the property on the web and, after reading the positive reviews, I wanted to book. I must say that I had a great time. The rooms were clean, with a comfortable and well-kept bathroom. The room was tastefully furnished, with a brocade bedspread from grandma. I highly recommend it.

We stayed 2 nights in a fairy tale atmosphere with Francesca and Eros who took care of us as if we were long-time friends. Great Bed and Breakfast, very well-kept and clean.

As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Eros with a smile. We are off to a great start already. The assigned room is very beautiful, spacious, clean, and roomy. The location is splendid, a beautiful rustic renovated with taste. Breakfast is a 10 with delicious homemade cakes. At the departure, a big smile also from Francesca, very cordial and kind. I plan to return since we had a divine stay. Giving a 10 is still not enough... you deserve 11.

The structure is really beautiful, well furnished and comfortable. Francesca and Eros were very kind and helpful. And the breakfast was exquisite. We will definitely come back.

The structure is brand new and very cozy, located in a quiet area, perfect for enjoying some peace, but strategically positioned to reach the characteristic villages, parks, and lake locations. Francesca and her husband are very kind and helpful.

Highly recommended! Francesca is a kind and very welcoming person. Fantastic location both for the landscape and to reach the various small villages, it is 10 to 25 minutes by car from the various important cities like Lazise, Sirmione, Peschiera del Garda etc… Excellent value for money! Perfect breakfast both savory and sweet (sweets prepared by them).
