We stayed in this property for 2 nights in July 2025. The strengths are: the friendliness and charm of Giacomo, the greenery and the panoramic view, the family atmosphere. The room is not air-conditioned, but very cool. The property is quite close to the La Spezia Migliarina station, from which it is possible to depart to reach the 5 Terre in a short time. Recommended accommodation!

Before reviewing the structure, I would like to compliment the manager, a person available, prepared, and who makes guests feel comfortable. Uncommon structure in the sense that it feels like going back in time, large rooms, perfect bathroom, and impeccable cleanliness. Rooms that do not require air conditioning, as I can assure you that in the heat of August we had to cover ourselves with the sheets. Furthermore, the structure has adjacent parking and is located a 5-minute drive from the center of La Spezia, close to the main roads to reach other tourist areas. Strategic location and above all not congested.

Magical and secluded place away from the chaos of weekends, allowing quick access to all the typical places in the area between the sea and the mountains. With three nights, we easily visited Lerici, Fiumaretta, Marinella, Sarzana, and Fosdinovo, following the precise and thoughtful directions of the amazing manager of this fascinating ancient Villa who, besides being very affable, friendly, and attentive, welcomed us with great care. Exceptional “international” breakfast with organic products, excellent for us demanding guests (we drink plant-based milk and he provided almond milk), and rooms that are cool, spacious, clean, and meticulously tidied up daily. Prices are definitely reasonable especially considering the service: we will return.

How to enter a castle, beautiful and very fresh rooms: the villa is in a central position, overlooking the gulf with a breathtaking view. The host is very helpful, full of attention, provided us with lots of information and tips to discover the territory. Rich sweet and savory breakfast.
